I will not go back there again. They did a horrible job on both my mani and pedi. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. They also said 10 minutes wait and ended up to be 45 minutes. Thumbs down.

Very bad service, i went in for a pedicure, it was busy so i was told to pick a color and wait which is fine, i continued to sit and wait as other people came in, with no appointment might i add since they were asked and then they were seated for pedicures, i let the first time go but by the time the 2nd customer was seated i called the niceone across the street and took my service there, incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Women working there were very rude and unprofessional, messed up my nails and acrylics fell off within 3 days wen they should stay glued on up to 4 weeks. Don't go here unless u want to be treated rudely and get ripped off. This place needs to shut down.

Ok so I’m giving this place 3 stars because the lady that did my nails did an amazing job. But the moment I walked in there was another lady who was very rude. She was rushing me to chose a colour but didnt even do my nails right away, she made me wait 20 minutes. When another client walked in, she took her right away even though there were two more people before that client. The lady that did my nails was extremely pleasant and professional. She did exactly what I wanted and was patient.

After having a horrible experience at a neighbouring salon, I was on the hunt for somewhere new and decided to give Nice One Nails a chance despite some of the reviews being a bit negative. I have only had very positive experiences - I have found my new nail person - Hannah - she is great, very diligent, always takes great care to ensure my nails look great before I leave, etc. My nails easily last me 3 weeks with no lift (I do shellac). I love their colour selection as well.

The people that work there are incredibly rude and impatient. Lisa is nice, but the rest are a bunch of inconsiderate individuals who hate their lives. I couldn't believe that workers would actually talk to customers this way. I would highly suggest that you find a different place to get your nails done.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. My visit was despicable. Upon entry into the salon there were dirty towels sprawled across the entry. I literally had to step over dirty towels to enter the salon. I went for a basic manicure and the technician was so incredibly rude. The manicure was messy, I honestly could have done a better job myself. I asked for a flower on one nail which was basically 4 blobs of polish that wasn't even the colour I asked for. I asked them to remove it, and they did so very rudely and proceeded to tell me if i wanted a flower i should go buy nail stickers LOL. They don't even clean up your cuticles. I also noticed that the tools weren't even cleaned from the client infront of me. This place is an infection waiting to happen. Do not go here.

Tina is amazing! I have been going to her for a few months now. She is super quick and my nails always look amazing, she always gives me the perfect coffin shape every time, I get so many compliments on them. I usually can go 2.5 - 3 weeks between appointments without any issues (No chipping or nails breaking). They have a ton of shellac colours at this salon and the place is very clean and the people are friendly.

Horrible experience! Paid $70 for shellac mani and reg pedi. She refused to pumice my feet - just soaked in water then lotioned - when I asked about pumice - she said no you need to put Vaseline on your feet i can't do anything after you have kids it happens to your feet (I don't know what that even means)! I asked for a flower on my finger nails - it looked terrible my 2 yr old could do a better and she charged me $5 for it! I pick never ever return!!! People rude service horrible!

Only giving 5 stars because of Annie she's the best nail tech there, very diligent, and knowledgeable about different nail techniques. She doesn't let me leave the salon chair unless my nails look perfect.

My sister went in to do her nails, when she walked in she was not acknowledged until after sitting and waiting 15 mins. They were rude to her right from the beginning ...threw their slippers at her...put the wrong color nail polish on get fingers then argued with her about it..they forced her to pay before they finished the job and over charged her ...my sisters treatment overall was appalling I will never go back and wouldn't suggest anyone else does either..they should treat all their customers with basic human kindness considering it isn't a free service their providing.

THE WORST! As someone said if I could give it no stars I would. I should have looked at the reviews before I can. I go for pedicures every other week and have been to various nail places and various Nice One nails.... the lady yelled at me from the beginning, I asked her not to cut a nail because it was very sensitive and she proceeded to cut it then I had to pull it away and put it in the water for her to stop touching it. She was so incredibly rude. The place was dirty. She told me not to move or she would slip and cut me and it would bleed. Every single nail place I go they put hot towels or something... not here though. Such poor service and it cost $32.00. I’ve written good reviews and bad reviews but this was the worst. I can’t emphasize it enough.... go anywhere but here. So disappointed. Work in customer service and your skill set. Stay away from here. I wish I had walked out in the middle of it but I was scared she would throw the nail clippers at me.

Went there for the first time despite the terrible reviews because I was in a rush. I got a full set of bio gel. Within the first week 4 of the nails she glued on broke. I have been getting bio gel for awhile and this is the first time it has happened. Will not be going back.

I had gotten an acrylic set here once and went to go have the nails removed after a couple weeks. The girl was extremely rough and after I told her multiple times it hurt and to please be more gentle, she ripped off a good chunk of my skin and I started bleeding. I asked to be compensated but only got a few dollars off and still had to pay for the removal service.

I can't imagine this shop staying in business. Tried to arrange pedicures for group of 6 people next month. They made it so impossible that I gave up and arranged with another location. They didn't return my call, their outbound voice message doesn't even mention a business name (so you wonder if you dialed the wrong number), a couple of times a fax machine answered, many times I got a busy signal, the person answering the phone didn't know when Jimmy the manager would be in, one person hung up in the middle of me providing my phone number, and sometimes I couldn't understand the person who answered the phone.
