Same experience with what Annika had posted. Might be the best hair dresser in town but I won't have a chance to expereince. Showed up on time for the appointment and had to wait for 45 mins without greeting or letting me know she is running late. It's not worth it to keep waiting as I don't have much time to entertain.

Been coming to Jennifer for Japanese hair straightening and hair cuts for a couple of years now. Jennifer is very patient and takes her time to cut hair, paying attention to all the small details. One time my hair didn't work very well with the straightening chemicals couple days after, and she took my appointment last minute to help as much as she could until after the place was closed which I super appreciated. I also like that she is not very chatty, which I find common at a lot of salons. That being said, if you want to chat she is also very friendly. For the cost and quality, I would highly recommend Jennifer.

Finally got a haircut after 10 weeks due to covid19. They spaced out the chairs in both waiting area and the styling area. Masks are required and they have wipes and sanitizer available for customers to use. I think they do a good job prepared for the relaunch and I feel safe to have a haircut there.

The hairdresser Jennifer not so welcoming with her customers, worst experience we ever had! we tried to show some pictures to give her an idea what haircut we like. Oh my it was a complete mess, my hair was all tangled looks dry my bangs have no directions and no style not a chance similar to the photo i showed. And my husbands hair she make it like a helmet she cut the bangs so short and his hair are not even both sides, it was a complete nightmare for us. Terrible Service!!! Terrible Haircut!!!

Waiting more than one and half hour. Worst attitude and service in Canada ever seen. Worst hair design and have no patient. Mendatory tip will be added into your fee and you could not refuse. WORST!

my boyfriend booked a hair appointment a few days in advance. we walked in and ten minutes after his appointment was supposed to begin, we were asked to wait another ten minutes. we waited for 50 minutes before we just got up and left, the staff didn’t even check on us or keep us informed on why we were waiting. when we walked out the door the staff said nothing. overall very disappointing and not the first time they have been running behind/overbooked

Jennifer is highly experienced. You can get a men's haircut for ~$25 including a hairwash (03/2019). I've gone twice now, and overall, I'm satisfied with her work and pricing and will be going regularly. Whether you want a fast trim or a more careful haircut, just let her know. It's appointment based. My hair is super stiff, straight and ends up sticking out to the sides. I've been trying out different hair salons throughout Calgary, and so far, I'm satisfied with Jennifer's work. She's really careful, takes her time, makes sure the end result is satisfactory. Contrastingly, past barbers would just trim my hair methodically, not account for my straight hair, and just leave it at that. On top of that, Jennifer is nice to talk to and even took the time to teach me how to style my hair.
