I came here after four months of color neglect on my part. David corrected my red and added the most beautiful contrasts with the blonde that was already there. The entire experience is wonderful, tea and homemade cookies while you're waiting, excellent conversation and all the way through your cut and style afterwards. The interior is gorgeous, the beach boards on the back look do rustic. Just love this place, every detail was so carefully thought out.

The most amazing experience I have had at a salon! Instantly greeted like I'd been going there for years (I'm a first customer - definitely going to be a loyal one now). The salon was so clean and really beautiful and bright. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable since I mentioned going to salons makes me a bit nervous. I did not need to wait around for my apt to start. Heidi was SO friendly and welcoming - well all the staff were. They all work together and make everyone feel comfortable. The speacial coffees are an added bonus to the already welcoming atmosphere. Loved this salon. Would recommend to those new to the area as well as someone who is looking for a safe place for blonde. A check list was conducted before entering the premises and social distancing and masks were use by everyone in the store. In fact it was a lot safer that going into one of the big box stores where social distancing and the proper use of masks are not always in place.

I absolutely love this place they definitely treat you like family. I have been going and treating myself for months now and even my husband tells me to rebook he loves it too. I have a 2.5 year old daughter and her hair is at that point where she needed a trim so I called today and they got her in tonight and I went there and they treated her like family too. Where to start... Finding a hair salon takes time especially when in the past I haven't had great experiences.. I recently moved to the area and started doing my research to find a top salon. I researched for about half a day (yes, I like to get all my facts) and Industry Hair & Esthetics is what I kept circling back to. WHY, you may be asking? Their website and social media showed me how talented the owners are, their mission and passion came through clearly. The salon from what I had seen felt like one big family and going would make you part of their community. Fast forward I was spot on! Seeing a salon so comfortable working with color and any style was also important to me because it speaks to their skill set and creativity. I went on to read the reviews and well... you will see for yourself almost a perfect 5/5 rating and now that I have been I can confirm the accuracy of these reviews. The experience from start to finish left me raving about the people, place and finished results to my friends for days. Having a virtual hair consultation helped share to my stylist what my current hair situation was looking like (NOT GREAT!) and what my hair goals were. When you arrive you will feel the energy, the positive vibes the salon and people give off, you are welcomed right away and feel comfortable. The owners are on the floor working, interacting with all clients which who doesn't love to see?! Sydney my now go to girl is exceptional, she is energetic, vibrant, talented and knowledgeable sharing step by step the process, her professional history and how she started her career with the salon. Who doesn't love having an easy going conversation... I watched the people come and go while I got a cut and colour and everyone left looking 10/10! After being treated like a celebrity my grey/brown/redish hair which had not been touched for a year was transformed and I was looking like a show stopper! Dark rich silky brown hair colour was achieved and yes, I purchased three products (leave in conditioner, shampoo/conditioner (smell amazing!) & all natural hair oil). Wonderful experience and have already booked my next appointment. **Side Note: You can get spa treatments... Its a one stop shop!

I have been to this salon several times now, and they have exceeded my expectations every time. All the staff there are wonderful and keep so current with their training, that they are capable of doing pretty much anything you want! My stylest is Heidi and she is so awesome! She takes the time to listen to what you want, and delivers! I get blonde highlights and each time I am so impressed with the shade of blonde, not brassy like some salons! If you are blonde, you know how hard it can be to get that nice tone, and she kills it every time! I have even gone there with a wedding party to get updos, and I got so many compliments on my hair! It's overall just a great atmosphere. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their salon. They are there all the time working and are just lovely as well. I would def recommend!

I came in to get some colour done with Sam - specifically balayage. The process and end result were super. Sam was consultative and set expectations for experience, outcome, and price. The balayage turned out really great and I am very happy, especially since it's been a very long time since I've coloured my hair and it is a big change for me. I did get a blowout with a few curls, which looked alright, but next time I think I would just leave it as is (because nothing is open during this (5th?) lockdown. I believe the blowout and curls were an extra cost - so that is one area to set expectations/clarify ahead of time. Not sure that part is worth it (if it is extra). I would recommend Sam, 100%; but I would expect more from blowout/curls (if it's an extra charge). Thank you!

Visiting any salon during this difficult time would normally make me hesitate, however, Industry Hair created a very safe, clean and protected atmosphere for their clients. Before even entering, all clients and staff follow protocol to assure everyone’s safety. Collecting personal info, sanitizing, questionnaire and my temperature was even taken. Every space was thoroughly cleaned after each use. I highly recommend anyone to visit Industry for all their aesthetic needs if they want to assure proper procedures are being taken :)

I have been to so many salons over the years. From posh salons in Tampa to many of the local tending salons. I have never found a salon that gave me the perfect cut for my face shape and hair texture. I have also never had a salon as a platinum blonde colour my hair in a way that looks so natural and lasted months without having the burning itch to touch up my roots. The owners are a lovely young talented couple. They are so attentive to helping you achieve what your after. They are also realistic and will tell you straight up it maybe a few visits to get your hair to where you want it. Their screening and cleaning process were the most thorough I have seen and great care went into making sure I felt very safe the whole time. I absolutely love this place they definitely treat you like family. I have been going and treating myself for months now and even my husband tells me to rebook he loves it too. I have a 2.5 year old daughter and her hair is at that point where she needed a trim so I called today and they got her in tonight and I went there and they treated her like family too. I can’t say enough good things about industry hair! I have been going here since they opened and have never left with a bad haircut and dye job from any of the staff. I also had issue with my scalp being really dry and tried all sorts of shampoos and nothing worked. Marilyn and Samantha convinced me to try the goldwell shampoo and I won’t ever go back to any other shampoo! It helped the dryness of my hair and scalp.
