Amazing experience! I went here after getting my hair cut at another location which left me looking like a complete mess and did not do at all what I asked for. Jean the hair dresser and owner of Delano salon take care of each costumer as she is the only costumer at his place, he gives all the time to understand your needs and desire to have the best look and what you are expecting. Best Hair colours Best Hair cuts I love it !! I Buy also from them my L'Oreal shampoo ,Hair mask and everything I need for my hair type, they would help you to know witch best product to buy. Jano the Professional Makeup artist has a magic hand, she can give you the best makeup and nail colours for any occasion. I’m so glad I found John! I just walk in and say do your usual magic and he does, every time! I don’t know how he does it but for the first time in my life I truly have a wash and go cut, if I’m running late I just put in a little product in my wet hair and let it dry in the car, and the layers look great. The staff mislead me... I went to get my hair permanently straightened ... And the staff made me feel very satisfied with what they were gonna do and what the reaults would be... After the treatment was done... My hair were still wavy and more dry... In the end they just said they cant guarentee the treatments. Very bad experience. Never going there again

I went for the first time based on google reviews. I have long hair and have always just gotten a trim to cut off the dead ends (1-1.5 inches). I go once a year so going to the hair cutters isn't a usual thing for me. The woman who works here was so judgemental at the fact that I only wanted 1 inch off. I mean I understand it is a tiny amount but I am paying you so I do not understand why she had a problem with how much she had to cut?? Then there was another customer getting her hair dyed and she started babbling about how she would never come to the salon and pay to get a trim and would do it herself. The woman cutting my hair also agreeing made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable sitting at this salon. At the end she even looks at me and goes, "I dont know why you came, theres nothing even on the floor" ..... Not all hair cuts need to consist of bunches of hair on the floor. Although, the guy (who I'm assuming is John) was great, the woman who cut my hair made me not want to visit ever again. Just a very unwelcoming environment.

John is an artist except with scissors. If you are looking for a fresh cut or just to simply change your look this is the place to go. Tucked away in a little shop hides a gem in Mississauga. John is amazing at what he does and shows lots of passion in the work that he creates. Along with his employees which are very friendly and also great at what they do. This little shop is filled with talent and creation, its not your average hairdresser I've been to this location and swear by it. I always come out extremely happy and blown away with how great my hair looks every time I leave the salon. For mens hair, they cut very quickly and very well. Some places have similar quality cuts but take way too long, and other places have lower quality cuts but are quick. This barber does quite well to cut to your specifications. I made sure to bring a few sample photos and the barber did very well to match the style. The cost is a little on the expensive side at $28 (before tax and tips), but worth it.

I had researched on-line to find a good salon. I went by reviews. So today I had an appointment for 10am. Jano was there to greet me. Then John came in & greeted me too. I wanted to get a full colour treatment & highlights along with a small trim. John went through the full process with me and explained how the colour might not stick since I've been using store colour boxes. Then I told him that not to worry because I've had highlights done before & I'd still like to get it done. After the colour was applied, they washed it off, dried my hair & then put in highlights. The overall look was amazing and the cut made my hair look thick & healthy. I was very pleased walking out of there! Loved my experience & can't wait to go back again! Plus I highly recommend this salon to everyone!

took my wife here for a cut. she had long hair which i really liked. it was up to her lower back. she went in to get her split ends cut. she showed a picture to the guy. now her hair is just a little below her shoulders. he thinks he's some big artist tried to give his input and my wife said no. he still went ahead and chopped it off. give the customer what they ask for, they dont need your input unless they ask. also no need to tell customers how pretty they are thats some slimy unprofessional tactics. if you can't make good conversation with your clients, just shut it and cut their hair how they want it. my wife was crying and shes too nice to say anything, all because you decided to chop off a years worth of hair growth.

This place is EXCELLENT! Ladies, if you want someone who is a master at achieving the perfect shades of blonde, go here and ask for John. My hair has a natural red pigment which makes store bought box colors impossible for me to use. Hairdressers have also had a hard time giving me the perfect tone of blonde locks that I want. Not John. All I have to do is tell him “it’s summer, lets go lighter” or, “it’s winter, lets do more gold”, and I walk out of the shop loving what he has done. Highly recommend you give Delano hair Salon a try. I have never walked out dissapointed with my highlights and haircuts.
