Went before Christmas, my daughter got french braids and son got a hair cut . The hair cut was amazing , the hairdresser was so great . My daughter's braids were very sloppy and loose , I could have done a much better job at home . 100% recommend hair cut . Will not be returning for anything other than that though

My kid's very 1st haircut was a disaster... stylist not patient with fussy toddler, borderline rough. When she was done, I asked her about my toddler's lock of hair to keep as memory, she just went to the pile of hair on the floor that she had gathered with the broom and took from it and put it in a box for me. I could clearly see that other customers hair were mixed in it. The haircut itself was uneven and price very expensive. Very bad for a 1st visit there. Also, don't waste your time trying to get an appointment. They are always "fully booked" every single time I call. Dropped by to see how busy they truly are and not even one customer inside???? I'm giving 2 stars just for the entertainment (paw patrol show on the tv in front of each kid & also because the seats are actually cars with wheels so toddlers like them.

My son had his first haircut with them and the first experience was great, awsome stylist, very friendly and ovetall a good experience. I decided to go back and made an appointment. I was 10 mins late and was told that the stylist could not see him because she was going on lunch in 5 mins. I understand everyone is entitled to a lunchtime and that time is valuable however, I drove all the way from Gatineau with 2 kids. The receptionist tried to give me a spot at a much later time. I also would like to mention that a stylist was standing there with the receptionist and there was no one at the salon (all parking spots were empty). I was suprised that they have a strict 15 mins window for every haircut. My experience this time was very disapointing. Dear responder, there is no need to provide me with a 3 paragraph response as this is my honest opinion.

We took both our kids (4 years old and 14 months old) for their first haircuts and the staff were fantastic. They remained calm and worked efficiently - and the kids look great! It’s not ideal circumstances to work in, yet everyone remained professional. We really appreciated it and will definitely return.

This is one of the best places i have ever seen for kids hair cutting. I took my son when he turned one to get his first cut and absolutely loved the environment, how the hairstylist handled my baby while cutting. It was his first cut and she was very nice, kept encouraging me and him while he had started crying, she stopped and waited patiently for him to settle down. Overall it was a very wonderful experience and i got a first haircut diploma for my child and a souvenir of his first hairs cut. The environment is wonderful with all the happy children coming in and going out happily only. They have cars seat for seating while haircut with a screen infront to play kid's movie, song, etc.

Gisele is phenomenal at helping kids get comfortable with getting their hair cut. Each chair has a tv and children can watch movies to keep them entertained during their hair cut. Prices are good and kids get to choose a toy once they're done. There is also a small lion ride that children love.

We had an awesome experience at Chiquicuts. We took our son there for his first haircut (he's just over a year and a half), and Karen did an amazing job. She worked quickly and gently, and was great with the other kid customers there too. Our son sat happily and watched Paw Patrol, and after 15 minutes he had a new haircut and looked clean and tidy. The staff there kept everything well sanitized and treated our little guy with lots of care. Will definitely be back.

Save your money if your kids have curly hair. They have no clue what to do with curly hair. 20 seconds after I went over to see why she couldn't do her job, hair was detangled after I did it. She didn't have a wide toothed comb, OR detangler on hand...IN A HAIR SALON. She had to "go to the back" and get hair cream and then I did her job FOR HER. This was a black stylist, and she clearly needs more training if she can't even comb curly hair. Overall, not a good choice for curly kids, take them elsewhere with a more competent staff . All of this was after they were 30 minutes late for the appointment as well. Luckily we left without my kid bald because I swooped in to fix the mess she made of it.

Although set up to be kid friendly. I would never bring my kid here again. We were there last spring we Brought our daughter once on a recommendation from another parent and NEVER AGAIN! Not only did the lady not listen to a word we asked for style wise she tied our daughters hair up right away so we didn't get to really see till we got home. Upon arrival at home and taking out our daughters hair elastics we realized my daughter pretty much had a bowl cut. Not to mention the god awful sparkles that we asked the lady NOT to put in her hair took forever to get out.

First time there. Was recommended by family. While the place has lots of appealing decor, I thought the stylist wasn't particularly pacient/know how to handle a 2yrs old. One would expect they have tricks to get them through some of the most challenging/boring parts of the process (like dealing with hair falling on the face). We went to Chiquicuts twice with my *very busy* little guy and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. This place is wonderful! There is a lot of distractions to create a fun experience for kids (toys, cars, costumes, cartoons...) and our hairstylist (We had Giselle, the manager) is obviously an expert at handling toddlers. She was very gentle and friendly, offering toys and distractions while cutting my son's hair. By the way, his haircut was simply perfect both time. I highly recommend this place!

I have 2 very active boys- my oldest is on the autism spectrum and adhd. We've tried lots of differebt salons both for children and adults and chiquicuts is the only place i take them now. Giselle is incredibly kind and patient, and my boys love her. Going anywhere else has been stressful but the staff at chiquicuts makes it quick and painless. I cannot recommend them enough!

Had a great experience at this place for my 2 year old son's first haircut. They had a tv with a very big selection of different kids shows. We got exactly the cut we wanted. But you have to book the longer hair session to get a more complicated cut. It also allows a longer time slot for the hair cut so there is less rush.

The place is very kid friendly with a large enough playing area away from the door. The chairs are customized to look like cars and have a tv in front of each to keep kids entertained. Absolutely awful. We went on a Monday, so maybe it is just the hairdresser who is there on Mondays who is very unfriendly? I put my son in a race car chair and she flicked on the Cars movie in front of him. He was quiet and sat still for a while, then asked if he could turn the wheel of the car. The lady said: "No, just watch the movie." He obediently sat longer, and then later tried turning the wheel a bit. Then the hairdresser said: "No, just sit still and don't touch the car." SERIOUSLY? I was flabbergasted that she only said 2 things to my son the whole time, and they were frankly mean, despite his wonderful behaviour. I will definitely never go again, as my son (or any person) deserves more respectful and friendly treatment wherever they get therir hair cut.

Can someone explain to me why there's a significant cost difference between boys and girls? These are kids, I would think in terms of amount of work needed they would be the same. Boys cuts start at $16 and top out at $23. Girls cuts start at $23 and can go up to $55.

Went for easy cut in my two kids and the result was awful, neither of my kids moved they just sat there very patiently. I had to cut their hair back again once at home. Will not go back and do not recommend. Very disappointing

The princess dresses given to them were small and not really princess like in the promotion photos, I paid for tissue napkins and ended up with paper handkerchiefs in a color other than that of celebration. The package includes a hairstyle for the princesses but their hair hasn't even been touched. The princess arrived, not really prepared, she had just planned 3 games and of the 3 only one really pleased the girls, moreover a real disaster. I had to improvise dancing to fill the time while waiting for the cake to be cut. In short, a very bad experience for the price paid. I do not recommend. (Original) Ma fille y a fêté son 4e anniversaire et le service était bien en dessous de la promotion faite sur le site web. Les robes de princesses qui leur ont été données étaient petites et pas vraiment princesses comme sur les photos de promotion, j'ai payé pour des mouchoirs de table en tissus et j'ai fini avec des mouchoirs papier d'une couleur autre que celle de la fête. Le package inclut une coiffure pour les princesses mais leur cheveux n'a même pas été touché. La princesse est arrivé, pas vraiment préparée, elle avait juste prévu 3 jeux et des 3 un seul a vraiment plu aux filles, du reste véritable catastrophe. J'ai dû improviser de la danse pour meubler le temps en attendant la coupure du gâteau. Très mauvaise expérience en somme pour le prix payé. Je ne recommande pas.

I would give 0 stars if I could! My kid was waiting for two weeks to get the haircut and was refused just because I accidently booked the appointment under his brother's name (which had a haircut two weeks ago!)!! I admit that we were late by a few minutes, but you state that you are keeping the appointment for ten minutes. Care to honor your own rules please! And it's not that you get a quality haircut either! My other's kid hair wasn't cut straight at some spots and the back of his neck was full of hair. And please don't tell me that I write it because you refused to accept my other son: we moved from another city where a similar place provided a high quality haircut, so I have something to compare to. Not recommended at all!

I have been taking my two sons to Chiquicuts for a number of years now, after trying to cut my 15-month olds' hair unsuccessfully. : ) The salon is bright, colourful and tidy, with fun chairs for children to sit in while they get their haircut. A small play area is available for kids to play in while they wait their turn or for a sibling. A movie can be played to help distract those kids that are particularly wiggly or anxious. In the five years that I have been going there, the stylists have for the most part been patient and kind with my two boys and they always ask exactly what kind of cut I'd like them to have and ensure that I and my boys are happy with it when they are finished. A lollipop is offered to them once we leave, but the stylist always asks if it's okay before saying anything to the kids, something that I and I'm sure many parents appreciate. My boys look forward to having their hair cut and are always happy to go to this fun salon. I highly recommend Chiquicuts and I'll definitely be bringing my baby daughter there - once she has more hair!!

The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. I always take my 4 year old son here because he can't sit still and he hates having his hair touched. The atmosphere makes it fun, and the tvs create a good distraction. The hair stylists are always very friendly. Hot tip: you need to make an appt at least a week in advance. More if it's around a holiday.

Baby’s first haircut was so enjoyable with Shelley B! It is very clean and so cute with fairytale-themed décor in the salon and race car seats and an individual TV playing Paw Patrol at every station. Shelley was excellent, so amazing with my 13 month old - put him right at ease, worked around him moving his head, and was able to use clippers to get a close cut on the sides, a bit of a fade - as requested by me. The appointment was quick, the result was amazing (we are getting so many compliments on his haircut!), and it ended with a box of baby’s curls to take home, a first haircut certificate, and a little toy. 100% recommend taking your baby here!

She is not friendly and was rude. How can we expect an 18months to stay calm when its her first hair cut. I would never recommend this place.. Great first experience here! COVID protocols were followed, and they were really patient and awesome with my child with ASD. After the haircut, which was well done by Shelley, they allowed to him check out the "fashion show" room in the back. They even turned on the disco lights for him and he had a blast! It's always great to see a business be so welcoming to those with special needs. Thanks again!

My son had a full thick head of long hair, plus a toddlers attention span, combined with the fact it was his first haircut. This salon was patient and understanding, took my suggested hairstyle (a longer boys cut) and made it work for my son, as quickly, and gently as possible. Immediately after it was finished, my son didn't want to leave the salon! The hair dresser (a male stylist), gave my son a smile and a few words of encouragement along the way. They leave with a great cut, an adorable style (with bonus sparkles or braids) and a few little gifts. We moved to New York a few years ago and when we visit Ottawa we make a stop at Chiquicuts. The prices are fantastic! The only thing that would make this place better is if they would cut my hair at the same time LOL!

Tried to take my 8 month old for their 1st cut today and was turned away from a completely empty salon, with all parking spots vacant, because they were "fully booked" for the next 2.5 hrs. I had errands to run, so last night before bed, I checked their booking system for the time range I was looking to pop by in, and all 15 min appointments in the 2.5hr window I was looking at were available for reservation. I thought I was safe doing a walk-in, so be turned away and told not a single window was available for the next 2.5 hrs was a shock. Now, I may have been able to overlook the turning away of a walk-in in a completely empty salon, but it was the customer service that sealed it as a poor experience. There was no offer to assist me to book another time or time taken to explain how the place works since I said I was looking for a baby's 1st cut. It was certainly not a warm or welcoming atmosphere to get your child's 1st hair cut.

Today my 23 months old son had the worst haircut. The lady was in hurry and did not do her job properly and simply wanted to get rid of us within 7 minutes (though in principle we paid for at least 15 minutes). I was holding my son and kept asking the lady to make his hair shorter and nicer but she insisted I had to pay double if she had to do that. She was using a trimmer and it could take couple of minutes to do to the job. Upon my argument she changed her statement and said if she had used the smaller number trimmer, it could be dangerous to my baby which was absolutely wrong and double standard. I have been to this place several times and they used smallest number trimmer and nothing happened to my son, and had a great experience. I brought my son home and my wife got pissed off and took his photos to send them. We right away took our son to another hair dresser in a regular hair salon to get his hair fixed, and the guy did a great job, spent 30 minutes, and paid less money. I used to go to Chiquicuts all the way from the East end, but not any more. I called them to complain but they did not answer my phone and I left a message.

My two boys LOVE to go to Chiquicuts for haircuts. We have had several stylists over the 5+ years we have been going, and they all have been great. We have been at the stage of first haircuts when the child is crying the whole time and I was amazed that the stylist could still do a great cut. They love to sit in the fun chairs and watch the movies, and don't want to leave when we are done! A very kid friendly place.

The salon was a great experience for my kids. With restrictions lifting, the salon was packed however the receptionist was the most amazing person I've ever had to talk to. There were 3 hair dressers going and while the appointments were transitioning she had to cash out the others, screen the new people, change the TV show or movie, answer the phones and even help the hair stylist sweep the hair. While balancing and prioritizing all of that she was so kind and accommodating. My son was somewhat nervous and after the others were settled she came back and started talking to my son about Paw Patrol. What she did was not something she had to do by all means nor would I have expected her to considering everything she had to balance. After the haircut my son turns to her and says "Emma I didn't cry" and she was so happy for him! He has not stopped talking about his haircut since this morning so I figured it was worth sharing with others, My experience with Emma and Vilma today was fantastic. Chiquicuts definitely cares about the customers experience!

The stylists are great with kids, so calm and composed despite the fears that some display. Very professional! One of my children likes Giselle very much so we always book with her. My son is absolutely PETRIFIED of the hairdresser. Therefore, I’ve usually cut his hair myself. But in an attempt to normalize the hairdresser for him, I decided to take him to Chiquicuts in the hopes that it would be more enjoyable for him. We showed up ten minutes early to help him adjust, and were seen almost immediately - great. My son, however, was not having it and wouldn’t sit in the chair. The woman was rather unfriendly and not at all comforting; in fact, she told us that “we had to get this going” as she had another client coming in. We had only been there 5 minutes, and were early! How much of an assembly line is this place? So I then ended up sitting down on a chair and holding my son - nonetheless, he was still crying the entire time and moving all over. The stylist still wasn’t at all friendly, but rather seemed annoyed with her job and that “this happens ten times a day”. After we left, we noticed cuts on each of his ears and the back of his neck. I’m really hoping they do as they say they do and disinfect the tools after each client! I understand an upset child must be frustrating, but is there zero compassion, friendliness, or warmth that could help calm a child? I also mentioned to her that since he was so upset and moving so much, not to worry about the detail and difficult areas as I could touch it up later myself. But she did them anyway - hence the cuts! Overall, just a rushed, forced, unfriendly experience for both me and my child.

My daughter had the most amazing experience here! I waited until she was almost 3 yrs old before her first haircut and I was so nervous she wouldn't let them cut her hair but they were so good with her that she wasn't even phased! They distracted her by seating her a pink convertible with movies and amazing staff that were so good with her! She got the cutest braid up do and a certificate at the end! Highly recommend this kids salon for haircuts and parties!

Although the staff is very friendly and they dealt with my 22 month old ( who is very difficult and hates having his hair cut ) his hair was butchered!I had been growing his gorgeous hair out for many months and had finally gotten it to the length I wanted expect for his bangs, which were in his eyes. All I wanted was a bang trim that's it. The hairdresser said ok and that that she would even it out. He got a FULL haircut and since he was screaming and waiving his arms around I'm guessing she missed her mark... His hair is destroyed. He has huge long strands in some areas and super short almost to his head short in other areas. He almost has a full blown burtchered mullet! Now I have to either stomach the awful haircut or force my screaming tantrum throwing baby at yet another hair appointment, where I will be forced to give him a buzz cut! I am not a happy customer !!

As an FYI to all those reading this review, I took my daughter to Magicuts the next evening and service was performed by "Rad", where utmost attention was provided and low and behold a hair dry! Her hair was fixed and looks beautiful. Original review: I brought my daughter there yesterday at 3:40pm for a haircut from long to a short bob. When I said it the hairstylist said "Really?" with a raised eyebrow - I should have taken that as an omen. She started sectioning the hair and seemed to know what she was doing at first. She gave up on the sectioning afterwards and just cut the rest as though she had an imaginary bowl on her head. No technique used at all. She asked if she wanted braids after my daughter said yes. She braided it and then said "OK" as though to signal she was done. What about drying her hair? It's minus 20 outside, I didn't say that though but thought it. Anyway, I got her out of the car chair. Straight up - the hairdo was awful. I paid anyway and left. At home I undid the braids and looked closer, her hair was very noticeably lopsided, she still had long strands in the back that were not cut at all. I could have done a better job myself. It left me feeling very angry that I paid for such a terrible job. Now for the soft stuff: This is not the first time I brought my kid there for a hair cut. Every other time was good, service was friendly and the hairstylist was friendly, she usually got braids and some glitter in her hair. This time, service was quite different, on top of the bad hair cut there was no specialness to it as kids want to feel going to a "magical" salon. There was no glitter in her hair, it wasn't even mentioned. She wasn't asked what program she wants to watch. She wasn't talked to at all or even greeted. As I was waiting, I was asked to vote for the salon in a contest and expecting I was about to receive the same service and job as before voted 5 stars. I'd like to rescind that now, I should have waited till after she was done. I am taking her tonight to get it fixed at another salon and likely spend another $30. It only takes one time, confidence is lost. We won't be going back.

Excellent place to get a haircut done for the kiddos. They have different color cars for seating and different monitors to play Paw patrol and different children animated series and rhymes. They're experts in getting it done quick and safely too. The stylist asked us if we have a preference and we showed the pics and voila it was done quickly within 10 minutes. It's a very kid friendly place and would definitely recommend. They do ask for proof of vaccination and keep the premises clean. Excellent service and amazing staffs. Thank you ❤️

Only reason that I'm not reviewing them as 1 star is that the location and service is decent. What isn't is arriving 5 minutes before my son's appointment (3:30) and him not getting seen until 3:57. Our stylist was Vilma and she did a 4/10 job. Did not listen to what we asked for and was very judgy. For the high price of $25 I would expect a bit more punctuality and more professionalism. I might look into other child-friendly hair salons in the future if this continues to be a trend.

The decor is why we are giving two stars, otherwise this place only deserves one. You’d think that at a kids salon, the stylists they hire would actually like or care about kids... our stylist barely interacted with our child and when the cut was over, he had had hair all over him which she didn’t bother to remove. We asked her about this and her response was to toss us a cloth and tell us to do it ourselves! We had way better service at an adult salon where all the stylists were super excited to see a little one and gave him the royal treatment. Won’t be bothering much with these kid salons in the future...

Do not waste your time coming here. Took both my boys for their first cut and it was an awful experience. The lady we got was horrible with kids, and not accommodating at all. She refused to let my 18 month old sit in my lap for his first cut as he refused to sit in one of the cars and kept screaming and crying. Meanwhile a different client had her son sitting in her lap and was getting his hair cut by someone else. I drove 40 min out of my way for this place and made an appointment over a week in advanced just to waste over half hour of my time. I left very frustrated and drove to a place on Merivale that wasn't specifically for kids and the guy was great. Both my boys left with a cut. So unless you want to be disappointed by the quality of service beware.

HORRIBLE!! To be honest even writing this I'm getting so infuriated. I called yesterday at 12:30pm to see if they had availability for my son and informed them he had long hair, I was told to come at 2:45-provided my information and made the reservation. We arrived at the salon at 2:47 and told we were far to late for our appointment, naturally after driving a hour from the country and being refused for being 3 min late was frustrating but that was just the beginning. The receptionist reluctantly agreed to ask the stylist if she was still able to fit me in, and then proceeded to ignore me for over 15min while making call backs sitting there. I approached her again as we were all still in our jackets and boots unsure if we were going to be seen or not as she had never gotten up to confirm with the stylist. I was informed she hadn't asked yet because the stylist was still working on the client that had a appointment before my son. Now I want to clarify in no way is this a issue with us having to wait longer as I fully understand things sometimes run late, my issue is that as soon as I arrived I was told we were too late for our apt by being 3 min late and now found out even if we were onetime our stylist still wasn't ready 20min after our scheduled time. When I explained how I didn't mind waiting but was a little frustrated I was initially being turned away for being 3min late for a appointment I had made in advance when the stylist still wasn't ready for us. The receptionist then getting annoyed of me for simply trying to figure out what was going on told me reluctantly that either way they would see us when she was done, I appreciated the information and honoring our appointment and continued to wait with my son. I had now been at the salon for roughly 40min trying to keep my son from getting restless so we went to go look at the star wars masks in front of the receptionist and this is when I started to get EXTREAMLY aggravated. I picked up my son to see them to which the receptionist looked at me and asked "Is that Wesley?" ... Yes... he is the only child with me and we have been here for 40min me talking to you with him on my hip... Then I was told that there was no way they were going to fit me in now because he had long hair and they only put him down for a 15min slot. I TOLD THEM WHEN I BOOKED IT WAS FOR A BOY WITH LONG HAIR CUT!! I was simply brushed off and told that whoever took my reservation never marked that down... THATS NOT MY PROBLEM! I even asked if we could go do some shopping and come back if there was a time frame that worked as we drove a hour to get there from Quebec. I was told "everyone who comes does some sort of traveling" Yes that's fine I understand people don't teleport however I MADE A APPOINTMENT! I PROVIDED THE NECISARY INFORMATION, I WAITED ATLEAST 45MIN, I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE PUT THROUGH. And after all that I was turned away with no effort to resolve any of this. With a child bawling his eyes out because after all that and how he was so excited and picking out what chair he hoped to get we wasted hours of our day waiting and driving and gas when we tool all the proper steps and this place was just so unorganized and had zero accountability or customer service skills. We had been once before and believe had Giselle which is why we came back today but after this not only will we never be back but hope others can avoid this terrible experience and waste of time.

Took my 6 year old son for his first salon cut. I usually do it myself since he has Autism and doesn't like blow dryers or buzzers. Taking into consideration we talked about it for about 2 weeks prior to prepare him, He did AMAZING! The lady who cut his hair ( Ann ) was awesome! She spoke calmly and was patient. She let him touch the buzzers to show him what it felt like. She was able to have him so comfortable that he didn't care about the blow dryer, spray bottle or even the buzzers! Ann did a great job on his hair! I couldn't help but give her a hug for making the experience so fantastic! Price was very reasonable considering all the extras. We used to go here frequently when we lived in Ottawa and it was fantastic. However, we were recently in town and thought we should bring the kids for a haircut. The change in the last few years is quite stark! The staff has changed and the person at the reception desk was gruff bordering on rude. The atmosphere is also now overwhelmed/cluttered with models where before they simply had an inviting and fun space with a few cool things hung on the ceiling. Not too pleased with the changes.

Can someone please explain how it's possible the person on the other end of the phone is unable to confirm the confirmation received by email just to make sure and then proceeds to give the customer a whole bunch of attitude and trying to re-book the appointment knowing full well it's not the customer's fault? And then proceeds to hang up on a frustrated customer. I don't care if May is having a bad day, she should not have a job dealing with the public. Definitely not impressed. Sep 26, 2019. Upon hearing from the ownership of the franchise I am satisfied that they would like to make it right and turn a negative experience into a learning experience, They expressed they would really like us to give them a second chance. We appreciate this, and tentatively accept the offer. I would be more than willing to update my review at that point. Thank you.

I recently visited Chiquicuts while visiting my granddaughter in Ottawa. I was absolutely blown away at such a unique and creative idea in hosting birthday parties and styling children's hair. My 2 year old tends to be fussy in new environments so I was worried about her getting her first haircut. She did great in the salon as there are a lot of distractions and the lady that cut her hair knew how to keep her calm and interested in things while she was getting her cut. The lady was also constantly asking me if I was happy with the cut as I was reluctunt in the beginning to cut much and once she was asking I was able to let her cut more and more. Make sure you verbalize what you want with the hairstylist before she touches your kid's hair. The service I got today was awful I almost started crying as she used the clippers on my son before asking me what kind of cut I wanted on him. She told me numer 3 or 4 is what I usually use on boys and just went at it. My son never had a haircut with the clippers before. It was too late to go back after she had already took a big chunk of his hair off without even agreeing beforehand with me that this is the kind of cut I wanted for my son. Not impressed at all!!! She thanked me for not yelling at her. The place is awesome for kids very well decorated and inviting. My experience with this hairstylist today made me really mad. I have to say that I had been there before with a different hairstylist and had no problems she did listen before touching my kid's hair.

Though my review of what happens stays the same, the customer service I just received was of great help and worth trying again. Thank you Gisele for the call. Will not be going back. At least not to the one we went to on Clyde. I had to repeat 5 times how to say my sons name. The girl cut my sons ear with the razor. She wasn’t good with him at all. He hates haircuts yet this is his 5th and the worst experience we have had. I also said to cut it as short as possible and she kept leaving the top long. So I had to keep saying no it needs to be shorter which took more time and of course my son crying and freaking out longer (he’s only 2) I also told her he is afraid of the blow dryer so of course she used the blow dryer. I felt horrible for my son and hope this doesn’t make him even worse next time.
