Amy is the best stylist by far that I have ever had. She is an expert with colour and cut. I love my hair every time I come! She is also incredible at styling my hair. She recently styled my hair for a wedding I was attending and it was beautiful! Prices are also very reasonable. I am so happy I found Amy and this salon. Worst haircut I ever got . I kept on saying to trim my front hair layers . He did not . He said that I am not feeling good about the hair cut because it’s not blow dried. C”mon’ they can’t do a basic haircut . I can do better at home . I had to go to another Parlour to get my hair properly trimmed .

It's a nice setup work is also good but I found it very pricy for a cut color and half head highlights I paid $200. I am sure for the same amount of money I could go to a much better and fancier place. There are no prices posted any where. So I felt there charges vary from person to person.

I called the salon many times to make sure when to come in, because I know they are very busy with brides and makeup. The person on phone said 3:30, and i came then. They told me to come back after an hour because there is no one to do an eyebrow threading. So i came back later, ???? and the owner did my eyebrow threading, i didnt feel welcomed at all and sat there waiting alone. The thread she used was very very hard on my skin and left it red and a scab with minor blood. I told her to just clean it up and she understood, but she took off way too much and made them thin and short ???? and the paper she cleaned my face with was so hard like bathroom paper and my skin hurt badly. She also kept stopping and talking to other friends in another langauge and didnt even say hello to me or talk. Needs to be much more professional, they need to understand they are in a busy area and alot of people just want nice eyebrows or nice threading done properly!

Just called to ask if they had availability for hair color and the lady on the phone said not until 4. And I said "oh ok that's fine it's too late. I'll try back another time". Then she says she had one for 12 and I decided I would do it another day. She proceeds to give me attitude asking why am I calling for an appointment and I'm given the times and not take it. Told her she didn't need to give me attitude and I had just changed my mind and she hung up on me! Never been to this place but that was very rude and I won't even try going here anymore. If you want customers, you should work on your customer service!

first time coming to this salon. came in for an eyebrow waxing and an upper lip waxing. It wasnt the greatest experience. the lady who did my waxing services got wax on my lips and didnt take it off, therefore it got into my mouth when i pressed my lips together. the entire service felt very rushed. my eyebrows were not even when i left, which isnt a big deal but just frustrating. she only trimmed my left eyebrow and not my right? so i had to deal with that also. I didn't feel very welcome when i came in. i don't think i will be returning.

Save your money! I went there right before my wedding for hair colour. They told me a specific colour and price before my appt. Then on the day of my appt they doubled the price and made my hair orange rather than the light brown I requested from their sample book. Horrible service, the workers were making fun of me in Arabic as well after I got upset at my hair colour results. Beware of this salon.

One of the worst highlight jobs of my life. Has no concept of how to do balayage. Instead I got these horrible chunky highlights on dark hair even after I showed her several photos of what I wanted. First of all, the owner Amy, is so distracted trying to see almost all clients that come in that she really doesn’t take the time to listen to you and hands you off to these styling guys who really only know how to do one style with blow drying and a straightening iron. Immediately after leaving, and crying for an hour I had to go to a different salon to dye my hair back to fix the mess they made out of my hair. Never going back. Worst experience. This was taken 3 hours later at the different salon.

I will not be going back. Customer service was poor. I went to get my chin & underarm waxed & as a result the skin is raw & scared due to waxing over the same spot. The wax wasn’t hot but maybe because the quality of the wax, the technician wouldn’t have to reapply several times.

She ruined my eyebrows! She did it an awkward chair that hurt my neck and she took off too much near the front! Then my arches were at different levels and one eyebrow was thicker than the other. I had to cover it with makeup for a month! They weren't even friendly. She was unsure when I asked her to remove a single hair that was clearly missed.

I would recommend this salon if you enjoy looking and feeling awful! The staff were so complicit in my own dehumanization I really had that authentic “these people don’t care about me” experience. My hair was butchered in both the cut and colour, they thinned it beyond recognition and the colour was nowhere near what I asked for. They refused to fix it or compensate and I ended up paying full price for the hair equivalent of a raging dumpster fire. Do yourself a favour and love yourself in 2019. Don’t go here

I was recently recommeneded by a co worker to get my hair done here and honestly i have not regretted it! Any gave the best advise on what i should do for my hair. Even though there was a bridal party in her studio she made sure she kept on coming in to check my progress and see how i was doing THROUGH OUT. She is super hands on and i can guarantee you wont be disappointed. Her studio is spacious and well kempt and i love the feel of the business. Everyone was really nice and my hair feels fantastic. Be very careful in going there specially if you want to color your hair as they dont know anything about hair. They will damage your hair. On top of that they will charge you extra money for fixing it . Even they they will not be able to fix it. Still they will charge you money as they are very greedy. Also Ammy the owner is very rude and greedy. Try to avoid using their services, it is better for you. Find out some other place for the service. We had very bad experience with them. We will not recommend anybody to use their services for their safety. Very dangerous lady Ammy.

Truly the worst salon ever. Completely butchered my hair to the point that I felt like crying. Some workers smell like cigarettes and the owner Amy was very rude. Heard her arguing with other customers in terms of pricing as well. She is nice to your face before your appointment but after messing up she will blame you and try to charge you extra!

Half my hair was dyed red beforehand and it was naturally black, Amy said she could still bleach it blonde. After almost five hours I ended up with an awful orange colour, half my hair missing (because her team and her ripped most of it out since they did not know to handle thicker curly hair) and all my natural curls gone. Amy dyed it dark again but it ended up brown and blonde on top and green blonde at the fried ends. I am left with fried, over processed, green hair. In the end she still had me pay her after claiming "I should be charging you more". She did not fix anything. I feel cheated and that I paid her almost $150 for garbage hair. Thank you Amy for this awful experience.
