I took my two boys for a haircut. One of my kids cries a lot getting a hair cut. The owner was very understanding and she brought different candies to calm him down and in the end, he was able to have a splendid haircut. All in all fabulous service.

I called in ahead of closing but when I arrived they were actually very busy. There were 2 guys who were hard at work and to be honest, I wouldn't have minded if they had just told me they couldn't take anymore people that day but since they told me to take a seat,I did. I waited half an hour for them to get to me. Don't get me wrong, their work looked amazing(on others) but since I went in for a cut and wash I think I just received subpar service. My wash was very quick and rough, not something I would expect at a salon like this. It was also the first time I left a salon with my hair still damp(he mostly blowdried my front). He wasn't very gentle with blowdrying either. I think I would've preferred to come another day if I were to get better service.

The place was a bit crowded because people were trying to get their hair done before the stay at home order. Covid protocol was not followed strictly. Noticed only one stylist wiping her place after every customer, but the men in the salon didn't really care about the hygiene. Not a place I would visit again, there are other places that offer better services. The prices for hair services are cheaper though compared to other salons.

Amy Salon is now my go to salon! I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. Maher is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. Even got my mother-in-law to try their awesome service and she's satisfied! The prices are great for Oakville , and I’ve been getting compliments daily as a result of his work! I’ve finally found my spot to go to when it comes to hair. I highly recommend! ❤️
