My experience at Michael's was horrible. The man who cut my hair did NOT listen to what I wanted and I need my ears covered always. He cut it soo short half my ears were showing. Gave him a second chance. He did it again. he cut it way to short as my right ear again was only half covered with my hair wet so he left the left side longer!!!! and did not give me the cut I wanted. I even showed him a photo of my hair as it's suppose to be. This guy is an older guy so he should know how to do a decent hair cut. It was just my bad luck that I ended up with him as I was a new client and did not know any of the staff. I don't want to give you even ONE star as the experience was extremely upsetting for me. I am a senior and sometimes I feel nobody listens to us.

I love this place. I go in every couple weeks to get my undercut shaved and the staff are always so nice and genuinely happy to see me. It’s nice to go somewhere and always feel welcomed and appreciated. The prices are good, the place is always clean and beautiful, and I just love the people.

I went to Michael's on Main requesting full head highlights. The result was very poor. What I received was too few, too thick, too uneven highlights at the top of my head where I part my hair. Neither the area near my hair line nor the back of my head received any highlights. Bailey did not work calmly, and rushed her work. When I expressed my disappointment with the final result, she stated that it was my problem that I had too much hair. Worst highlights I have ever received :(
