The owner Liz is the most loving and up beat person I have ever met. She is so knowledgeable in hair and product. She worked at a salon in Guildford Mall and right when me and my family found out she had open her own store we quickly switch hair salons. I have never been disappointed in my hair cut or the service I have received and will always continue to go and see her.

so this was the first time i got to have my hair cut in the style I chose to have for myself. needless to say elizabeth did an excellent job and i am obsessed with how my hair looks now^^ she was very friendly and talkative as well, and that made my experience all the better! even if i don’t end up coming back to BC or Chilliwhack, i hope she does well in the future, and i would recommend this quaint salon should anyone need a haircut and they’re in the area [good luck with Spain! :) ]

If I could rate Elle V out of 10 stars i'd give them 11 stars. I made an appointment with Liz to change the color of my hair from very dark brunette to blonde with low lights and also get a trim, I knew changing so drastically would mean I would be in the salon for a long time. Liz totally understood my vision and my hair came out even BETTER than I imagined. She was friendly and so knowledge about hair, she taught me lots. I can tell that the products used on my hair were really high quality, my hair is soft, shiny and looks healthy. I have never left a salon with such soft, shiny, healthy looking hair after having it bleached to blond. I asked Liz only to trim my hair as I didn't want to loose much length, she trimmed it perfectly, so it looks healthy but also I got to keep my length too. I will definitely be going back to Elle V for all my future hair color & trims! This is by far the best salon I have ever been too!

Apprentice was great and super friendly and did a great job. I didn’t enjoy the 21 dollar base cost for a boys haircut. 20 bucks usually covers a boys haircut and 5 dollar tip at places meters away from your salon. Overall a friendly place but wasn’t overly satisfied with the service. Again. The apprentice was great. Nothing to do with her.

Liz is awesome. This is the best salon in Surrey. I won't go anywhere else. She was able to fix the mess made by a horrible salon on 64 & 120. Elle V is my only choice from now on.

Liz, was absolutely amazing. It has been 8-9 years since I have had a salon experience. I had left over box dye in my hair from years ago. I showed her what I wanted and she did her magic. You could tell right away that she knew what she was doing. I was so nervous as I knew I was going to be in there for a few hours of lighting my hair. She educated me on my hair and I had no clue that my hair was thinning as much as she showed me. She told me exactly what to do to take care of it. Made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this place.

Elizabeth is the perfect hair dresser. She is the best of all I never known. She has very high knowledge and experience that I cannot compair to my previous hairstylists. Sooo very nice personality and kindness. She will work with you to satisfy you to the highest degree of your expectations. But be careful about the other stylists working in her salon as they are not associated with Elizabeth's salon, they are just chair rentals and have nothing to do with Elle V Hair Salon. So, if you want to experience what I experience every time with Liz-Elizabeth, please contact her and only her. Amazing. 1st time I came here on a whim because they were open on a Sat and I was desperate to get my hair fixed after another salon messed up my color! Ella knew exactly what to do and i left looking amazig and it didn't cost a fortune. So...i came back amd yet again I am so happy i did. My highlights are amazing! Ella did great. When I originally walked into the salon, I was going in for a drastic change with my hair. Newly single and ready to begin my new life. I haven't changed my hair in over 10 years so needless to say, I was terrified that I was going to chicken out. Elizabeth made it a very enjoyable visit. She was very calming and even made me laugh! When she finished my hair, I couldn't have been happier!! I was worried I would regret cutting my hair off but I do not regret it one bit! I walked out feeling amazing and I recieved a ton of compliments! Words cannot express how happy I am with how my hair turned out !!!! on and off for five years I’ve gone from stylist to stylist trying to achieve the look that Liz gave me tonight and I learned something with all of this, there is a cost when it’s done by a professional and done right! and the cost at the end of the day is well worth it, I’m able to feel beautiful and confident with myself again. The stylist who did my hair was unclear about price and their website does not offer definite prices. I was over charged and then when confronted about it she gave a gift card I will never use instead of my $$ back. DO NOT GO THERE!!! They don't even talk to you when you are sitting there for 2+ hours, it was my first and last time!!!

I got my first haircut and tone from the lovely Elizabeth a couple weeks ago. I am so happy that I found her on google and decided to give her a try, thanks to her great reviews. I had highlights and a haircut done at a different salon a few weeks prior and was dissatisfied. After the first wash, the tone of the highlights became rather brassy and my hair felt dry, brittle and overprocessed. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and experienced and knew right away that the technique and bleach used was not suitable for my hairtype. She gave me a healthy cut with beautiful layers and left my hair feeling soft, healthy and full of bounce. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for a great haircut. I look forward to getting my future haircuts and highlights by this talented lady!
