Unbelievable!!!!! I've never even been there before. I called to make an appointment for my daughter and I and they simply said they are booked! Like what the hell is that? Who does that? Not very professional I'd say. If you want my opinion do not waste your time with them. There is a lot better places to get your hair done in Chatham or anywhere else for that matter.

I asked for my hair to be lightened with no stripes or streaks. There are stripes and streaks. It looks trashy which is exactly what I asked not to have happen. My hair is very thin and straight and the stylist absolutely ripped through my hair while wet with a brush just shredding the healthy ends I had. The stylist I had was meant to be the "expert" on lightening. Not the case. Do not get your hair lightened here. Also had it cut a few months ago and one side was longer than the other. Nice people with sub par small town skills. Just go to Calgary and save your money

I was here in the summer and was not impressed. The stylist was very distracted and seemed more interested in talking to her coworker about her boyfriend than in paying attention to my hair!! Not a great job or great service here.
