Massage and facial 5 stars! Maria is AMAZING. She is such a positive, kind, caring and full of life woman who helped me figure out I had rosacea which catalyzed my journey to seeing a dermatologist and fixing the issue. In the past people did micro dermabrasion and heavy treatments on my sensitive red skin making it worse. Maria said nope you need a dermatologist I’m not going to irritate your skin and she instead did a very gentle facial and got rid of my blackheads and improved my overall skin texture. Her massages are a next level experience. Highly recommend seeing Maria at La Vida.

I got a men Brazilian wax, the best experience I've had so far. I've been to other salons and this was the least painful and comfortable wax. The lady that does it is very nice and comfortable working on men. I'm definitely coming back to this salon.

First off I am not one to leave reviews ever. But I need to share my experience here. Though I’ve never had my nails done here or gotten a massage. However I did go in and have my hair dyed. Below I attached the photo of what I was assured the “blonde specialist “ was able to do no problem! I wasn’t promised my hair would be as light as in the pictures as it was my first time ever dying my hair and it’s taken YEARS to grow it out this long. And I understood that. But what I got was my whole head of hair completely dyed blonde instead of the highlighted hair. I went in excited and left extremely upset and disappointed after seeing my hair again, completely dyed blonde. And not anywhere near what the photo I gave them (almost a month in advance) looks like. Mind you it cost $280. I asked during the process if they could add some highlights to my roots so it at the very least looked blended. But they didn’t. They asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment and I didn’t want to offend the stylist so I said sure. So we did. . After speaking with the owner that I called to cancel my appointment with, that’s when I decided to post a review. he got reaaaally upset and probably became the most unprofessional person running a business I’ve ever spoken with. I called explained why I did not want to come to my appointment and how dissatisfied I was and explained in detail why. He told me he would call me back and that’s when he lost it. We sat going back and fourth for 35 minutes on the phone because he was trying to twist my words and tell me to come back and pay more money to have done what should’ve been done the first session I went too. After having enough of the yelling and screaming at me. I told him to have a great day.

I am still feeling touched after visiting "La Vida Salon and Spa" today. I reccomend this place not just because I had incredibly looking manicure and my daugher was stunned by her hair color. This place is more than just providing services, they will make you feel like you are some sort of VIP. I have been to many places around the town and found La Vida incredibly welcoming and warm place with different level of hospitality. Try it for yourself.

I was helped by Christina and she did an absolutely amazing job. I had very long hair and I was very hesitant for a cut but I wanted a change. From 16 inches I went bob cut and she was supportive and did an extremely good job with my hair. Very friendly and professional. Other staff was also very friendly! Loved it.

Definitely I will be a client for life. Maria and her husband, the owners, are amazing. I went there for a FACE TREATMENT with Jennifer. And she did an amazing face cleaning and she fixed my red blood veins on the nose. I tried so hard to find a treatment for that, and with her, I fixed that. I don’t normally write reviews but I just had to for my first perm experience. Sarkis, the person who was doing my hair was very friendly, very approachable and really made my experience amazing. Never in my life have I had barbers or hair stylists just have a normal conversation with me and just talked to me through the whole process. It amazes me that he knows so much about my hair more than myself LOL. The perm itself looked crazy good. Sarkis didn’t make my experience boring either which i like because I hate going into a hair salon and the whole time its just awkward silence. Sarkis down to earth guy, friendly, kind and I will definitely come back here. I trusted his judgment, and the perm turned out to look good. Good service .

I had booked a haircut and colour on a Friday, a massage and pedicure for the Saturday...Frank called me the day before for an appointment reminder and said I could do it all in one day. Sarah, a senior stylist did my cut, colour and toner...WOW! I showed here one photo and she went above and beyond my expectations. Maria did my massage and ultimate spa pedicure...so professional and friendly. If you want the ultimate pampered spa experince, you must come here! I would recommend this salon to any woman or man! They also offer couples massages as well as mother and daughter mini spa packages...I will definitely continue to come here for all hair, nail and massage needs and will be back with my mother. ????????????

I wrote to them because I wanted a hair change.. heading to 60 zone I needed something new and refreshing, however most salons I went to didn't want to touch my hair as I have been dying it brown/black for years. I just moved to Windsor and it was my first time at La Vida Salon. I had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was extremely friendly, it was clean and they took all Covid precautions. They had plenty of parking! My stylist Sarah Bertram is amazing. She was very attentive to my needs and was so knowledgeable. This girl knows hair. I have a lot of hair and it has an interesting texture, most stylist panic, but Sarah had my back!!! I got the best haircut and colour I’ve ever gotten! Can’t say enough good about this salon!

As a Muslim hijabi woman, I was looking for a hair salon that had a private room and woman hair stylist. Thankfully I got that here, and genuinely this place gave me the best hair styling experience in my life so far. It was my first time getting an undercut with short hair, and I love how my hair turned out. The staff is really friendly, and skilled at what they do. Pricing for service is also fair and affordable. I noticed before getting my hair cut there were fake reviews being posted which is saddening, because not only are they lying, but hating on a salon that truly provides wonderful service with amazing staff.

Please don't go for highlights here. They don't know how to do them. Charged me triple at the end. Please save your money, time and hairs. I'm still repenting. Will never ever go here again. Worst ever. I went for highlights here, they gave me golden hairs. I told them this is not what I wanted, Manager asked me to make appointment again so as to make it look better and he told me more charges too. I mean are you serious? Don't you know what highlights is? And now please don't give lame excuses for providing worst service.

My wife and I visited this Spa over a weekend. The Rooms were all very clean and the Staff was extremely Nice and helpful with putting a package together for us. They also made sure to have a technician with medical training to deal with diabetic feet for our visit. We will definitely be visiting again!

please save your money. after I've gone there and got the total opposite of what I wanted. please if u can't fix or do something the way people want don't touch them. but if u say u can and do the opposite and ruin it then it makes ur Salon look bad. I booked a manicure, pedicure, facial and Hair appointments for my Fiancee. She is beyond excited and happy with the services, and the quality of work. Her nails, hands and feet looked fantastic, her facial was glowing and radiant, and her hair (blond with highlights and blending along with a cut and styling) was done amazing and she is beyond happy. Nonstop compliments from everyone after each appointment!!! Far exceeded any other places she has gone to, and paid top dollar for. The owners are passionate and caring and always willing to go above and beyond before and after the appointments and personally followed up to make sure my Finacee was happy and assured that if she noticed anything or needed any adjustment or fixes, to call and they will get her in right away! Nothing is needed, but definitely a very kind and caring way to do business. Thanks Frank, you have gained a lifetime customer, worht every Penny!!!

I requested that I have my hair done in a private room and they were very kind about it and I felt accepted and welcomed to the area. Here is only a few things about what I loved! 1. The owner is so kind! I called many places while doing my research and a lot were very rude when I asked for a private room. The owner was so kind, accepting and welcoming and I decided this would be the perfect place to go. All the other staff were so friendly 2. Such a clean and neat salon and spa. The tool my temperature and allowed me to sanitize my hands at the door. I was glad to know that they took COVID seriously! They also wiped down chairs and equipment before I entered. 3. Sarah is one of the best hair stylists and she is so incredibly sweet, kind and funny. She gave me a beautiful fringe, layers and highlighted my hair. I love the way my hair looks right now. I felt so happy to be in such a relaxing environment. 4. I met some other staff and they were all very sweet as well. I felt no discrimination at all. I’m so glad I went to this salon and I will definitely be a loyal customer! As a young hijabi women, I really recommend this salon to get your hair done perfectly and beautifully!

You can tell by all the recent reviews on damaged hair at this place. don't go in asking for a hair u admire because you'll not get what you want at all. you''ll leave that place with absolute fried hair. they damage your hair like crazy and then make it seem like its your fault which is so unprofessional. for a place that charges so expensive you would expect more then what you receive. I am so disappointed in what my hair looks like after leaving this place. I had to cut it so short to get rid of the fried color. u ask for something u don't receive it and they try to put words in ur mouth. trust me save your money and go somewhere else you'll thank me

I received a deluxe manicure and pedicure, which was delightful, and the polish lasted for weeks without chipping! I also appreciated their focus on the cleanliness of the equipment they use. If you are looking to pamper yourself and truly relax in a pleasing atmosphere, I would recommend LaVida salon and spa. The only problem you will have is deciding what to start with, as they have so many great services to offer!
