I’m very disappointed with my hair. Went in the first time to get my hair bleached to light blonde colour the results were super patchy and parts were brassy. I thought to wait a month and go back to see if there was anything they could do to fix this. They put toner in my hair and turned the parts that coloured correctly the first time grey and the brassy parts turned green. When I said I was unsatisfied in the chair I was told it was just poor lighting. I almost cried in the car because I was so upset with the results. When All my friends saw it they said I have GREEN hair. Now I’m almost $600 deep and have to cut my long hair off because I hate the green colour and don’t have the money to continue to fix this mess. I’m disappointed because the people were nice but if they couldn’t fix my hair (the mess they made in the first place) they should’ve just said they couldn’t I would’ve went somewhere else.

Jesse was recommended to cut my daughter's long hair for the first time. We showed him a picture of around shoulder-length hair (3rd pic attached) and my daughter ended up with a chin-length cut (2nd picture). When I questioned him about why it was so short, he said he cut it short so it would all grow back out at the same length... I was reassured that he's great with children, but he barely spoke to my daughter during the appointment. I was also quoted a different price when I booked the appointment than what I was charged the day of. Jesse told me I could get the price I was quoted for my child's next appointment but we won't be going back. This appointment was at the end of March, 2021 and I waited to make a review in case I was just overreacting, but I'm still super upset at this experience.

I love the work Linh does on my nails!!! Gel overlay. She is fantastic at what she does. Grest waxing too. Place has three tanning booths. Two stand up. Always clean and no appointment necessary for them.

I dropped in and received a fantastic haircut from Emily. It was quick and convenient. I've gone back several times now and always get a great cut from her. My wife is even able to get a quick tan in which makes it so convenient. Highly recommend!

I Haven't had my nails done for years. A friend suggested Linh. Glad she did. My nails look amazing! Linh is such a sweetie very gentle and supper clean. Overall the whole business is super clean, and Friendly. Just great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning to see Linh.
