ABSOLUTELY do not recommend these people to dye hair, I spent 135 dollars to look the exact same as I walked In with dye splash's on my neck. Terrible place to get your hair dyed or even done.

I went in wanting a big change. I told the stylist to do what she thought would look good on me. We cut 7 in off, highlighted (beautifully on my virgin hair BTW!) and put face framing layers. I was beyond happy. My stylist Shelley R did an amazing job. She made me feel good, had nice conversation and I went home looking and feeling so good. Thank You ! I will definitely be booking there from now on !!

I always go to Creative Looks when I'm home visiting, and I've never had a bad haircut there. I've loved each of the stylists that I've had, and--compared to where I go back in Ottawa--a cut and full colour is incredibly inexpensive. Would definitely recommend.

I'm new to the area and was in need of a new hair dresser. I walked in one day and asked for cut/color not expecting to be able to get both as a walk in and they were very accommodating. I went back today for my 2nd time (by appointment) and again a great experience. Very friendly staff & comfortable atmosphere. You can see they all really work well together as a team and help each other when needed. Would be nice to see a little more product/merchandise in store but all around great service!! Keep up the good work girls!! :)

Nothing but good things to say about this salon, they have an amazing staff force that make you feel very welcome . My son recently got his first haircut here and it couldnt have gone any better. My all 2 visits were disappointments. In my first visit girl let me out without cleaning my hair , after reaching home i had to take shower and my bath tub was clogged with hair. She should have blowed my head before letting me go. My second visit the lady did quite the opposite of what i asked. I asked her not to use trimmer still she insisted that its the best and i end up with worst haircut ever.
