Neck shaved without having asked for anything !!! It will take years to push back. I'm just awful, never had such a bad experience! Nuque rasé sans avoir rien demandé!!! Ça va mettre des année à repousser. Je suis juste horrible, jamais eu une expérience aussi nul!

The place is nice in general but 55$ for pedicure what a joke and they don't even accept debit cards only Visa or cash. They have some machine inside that takes more fees than an actual bank machine. The pedicure was not even done properly, feet were still hard. I'll stick to going to runaway beauty bar downtown Montreal they do away better job.

Nice people and nice place, but asked for my hair to be layered and cut shorter in a V shape and I got the opposite (even showed multiple pictures as reference.) Went from long hair in a nice V shape to a short, straight cut with no layers. I was fine until I went home and checked the back... Disappointed, was not even done symmetrically, will have to wait at least a year to grow it long enough so that I can let someone else fix it. Sad because I liked the atmosphere and the hairdresser in a personal way, but not for the haircut which I came for.

I am giving 5 stars because of Brigitte ❤️ I got a haircut from someone else at the salon and my hair was a total disaster. I went back and explain the situation to the ladies at the reception who were very kind and Brigitte was very sweet and generous to fix it between clients. I try to give her a tip and she refused. Well she just gained me as a client!!
