I asked an employee that works for 'On The Fringe Hair & Esthetics' for a hair cut. I explained to her the style I wanted. 9 months later I scheduled an appointment with the same Hair Stylist. She asked what I would like to have done to my hair and I said " The same as last time " , and for the first time in my life and continuously a decade later she has performed the same Hair Style I had originally asked for.
