Worst service ever. I took a haircut appointment and explained that guy very well how I wanted to cut my hair, even showed him a picture. I told him not to cut it too short, upto 5-7cm only. My hair was below my waist and he chopped it off upto my shoulders. Moreover, it looked so bad I didn't even wanted to go out like that. The bangs were cut equally short which looked awful. I literally had to take another appointment from someone else to fix it. If they couldn't do it they should've told me rightway rather than messing it all up.

The whole staff at Looks is great at what they do but Doreen gives the best scalp massage - and the hot towel was a nice surprise! One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had was in her chair ???????? If I could give Doreen 10 stars I would!
