The customer service I received was sub-par at best. The associate I approached when I entered the salon completely ignored me and stared off into outer space. When I inquired about a massage, I was told that they would be booked up until April. Circumstances like this should be met with an apology and a call to action. As someone who works in customer service, I know that their c/s team has a lot of work to do. As for the services they offer, I will not be returning. Thanks for making my decision easy!

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! I came in today to get my hair cut and for a massage. Robin did my hair and Patti did my massage and they were both absolutely amazing. I love my hair and Patti did the most amazing massage. On top of the spa being beautiful aesthetically everyone is so kind and professional and genuinely care about your experience at the spa. I will definitely be returning :)

One of the best salon experiences i’ve ever had! I have recently gotten my hair cut by Brooke, who is an incredible stylist. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she really has a passion for what she does. The haircut would be best described, for a lack of better words, “full service”, with your scalp being massaged before the cutting begins and several washings of the hair in the duration of the appointment! I used to find my neck would get irritated after a haircut, due to tiny hairs in my collar. This is not the case here! The salon itself is gorgeous, being stylish and spacious. The beautiful scent of the salon is calming and serene and gives you a sense of quality and luxury. I would recommend Brooke to anyone looking for a quality haircut!

I booked an appointment at 12, had a quick foot soak then waited in the room until 12:30. The esthetician was very kind but needed to go and find out a question that any esthetician should know without having to take 20 minutes to figure out. I booked the appointment expecting to be finished in the allotted time so had to leave when she finally came back in as I could no longer fit it into my day. I get regular facials and am never left in the room waiting for longer than a couple of minutes. Very unprofessional. It’s unfortunate as I had been there 2 years ago and had a wonderful and I had sent many people there based on my previous experience.

My past experience with this salon has been very positive, but I feel there’s an unrealistic inflexibility (/unjustified snobbery) about the place now. I wanted to book a haircut but wasn’t ‘allowed’ to, because I needed to have a cut done in 55 mins as appose to 60. I still don’t understand why this wouldn’t be possible. I get that there needs to be a system to be able to organize the schedule, but surely there can be allowances (of 5 mins! ). Yeah... no. Going somewhere else.

I am always greeted with a smile and offered coffee, tea, or water. The place smells fantastic. I am about as manly as it gets (lol) – a sophisticated businessman. A haircut is not just a haircut. I have seen dozens if not more of other hair stylists that don’t seem to care…. I see Brook religiously and she washes my hair after clipping the back so that I don’t leave with an itchy head. Its GENIUS. I am a busy businessman and I don’t have time to waste but yet I want to feel relaxed and cared for – I don’t want to leave with an itchy head and I need appointments to be maintained and on schedule. I always get a head massage and leave looking sharp. Getting a haircut at Grand Senses is an experience like no other.

Heather is the best on what she does! However the front desk service is the worst I've ever seen! I did my eyelashes extensions on April 19th as soon as I finished I rescheduled my refil for May 3rd and made very clear that I was leaving the island May 5th so that's why I had to get my refil in TWO weeks, okay left the place with my appointment on May 3rd! Today I called to confirm the time and they said they scheduled my appointment to MAY 30th (20 days after what I have scheduled) and they couldn't do NOTHING about it! Very very disappointed with Grand Senses Spa!

Came here to get my eyebrows threaded. The girl was nice but hacked up my brows. I have scabs all on my left eyebrow for a wedding I'm going to today.... grand senses my a**. Definitely would not go back nor recommend

I will never go back to this spa. Greeted by workers who look as if they would rather be anywhere else, not even a smile, to see some workers on their phones. Service was subpar for the pricing, my right eyebrow is now uneven.... I highly recommend to stay away. Pure Spa is an amazing establishment, with a beutiful view form the waiting room and a wonderful HAPPY staff. AND, be sure to feel pressured to tip.......
