I went to get a haircut and style. I wanted layers and the lady that did my hair, did such a horrible job. I still have pieces of hair that are so longer, which I had to come home and cut and it looks so uneven. And the bottom is so so uneven. She didn’t even bother asking if I wanted to style it even though I paid for it. I didn’t even bother asking since I was so disappointed in what she had done to my hair. Also keep in mind I went into my appointment 3 mins late due to traffic and she literally had me out the door in 15 mins. That is one of the quickest haircuts I’ve even gotten done. I’m so disappointed & will definitely not be going back.

I got eyelash extensions, and eyebrow tinting and waxing. And I’ve also gotten my hair done there as well multiple times! I honestly love it there and here’s a few reasons why. The stylists are sweet and funny and lovely to talk to. But above everything this business does everything in their power to help women and men feel like a new person on a budget. Now don’t get me wrong it’s not a super cheap spot, however with discounts catering to students and promotions to help take the edge off the expense of a top notch service, there’s no where better to go! THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! Love absolutely fabulous!

Has been several years since I was here but the service was so bad I still (5-6 years later) advise people not to go here. I had my nails done and they were so poorly done they cracked within a few hours. They refused to fix them. Resolved in the end, but not without a lot of fight. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you’re going to get anything done here you should probably get their policies in writing because they don’t stick to anything they tell you!
