They did my wife's hair for our wedding and did an absolutely stunning job. She exclusively wears her hair down and straight, but wanted to do something fun for our special day. They tried a few different styles patiently taking feedback as she indecisively suggested different ideas. The end result was stunning, we couldn't have been happier.

Industry Hair and Body Care is the best! Sam has been the only stylist I'll go to for many years now, and even my 6 year old daughter won't go anywhere else. The staff will treat you like a princess and make you look like one too. You won't regret it if you switch to Industry!

Worst experience. I am so upset right Now! First time getting my eyebrows dyed and all I wanted was a dye. That's it. Even said that!! First, the lady does my eyebrows with my eyebrow makeup on. Who does that! Then the worst... So I have little eyebrow hair from an accident and it took forever to get as much hair as I do right now which is not alot.. And without permission she starts trimming my eyebrows!!! Now the hair I took so long to try and grow will take another few years to grow back!!! I literally cried as soon as I got home. She did a very bad job at the trimming and it looks like a hack job. Never going back here again!! ASK PERMISSION BEFORE YOU DO SOMETHING TO SOMEONE!!! THIS IS NOT OKAY!!! ????????

I came here during my holidays as I was displeased with my haircut that I got at home before heading to tue Island. Sam was happy to fix my hair and she gave me exactly what i had originally asked for at a different salon. I will make sure I need a haircut each time I visit campbell river, just so Sam can cut it. This was my first time at Industry Hair but it won't be my last! Staff were friendly and caring. I felt like a million bucks when I left. Carly used deep conditioner on my hair before she cut and blew dry my normally wavy locks. Thanks for a relaxing hour and my beautiful trim. I'll be back!
