Had an issue with my first cut and they recognized the problem and had me back in right away to fix it with another stylist. They made me feel comfortable coming back and were very helpful. It was fixed by Carlee who listened to exactly what I wanted and made extra sure that I was happy before I left. The salon is very clean and the staff are very friendly. They will go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied!

My appointment with Binny was exceptional. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She did threading on my eyebrows which I have never had done. She was confident and explained it well. She also tinted my lashes. She also explained what she was doing step by step for this procedure. Lastly she did a pedicure for me. I have been to a lot of places in town and Eden Street was by far my best experience. Binny made sure my water was always perfect. She was super respectful which I truly appreciate. Due to a disability I can not reach my feet for foot are and have limited hip motion. Binny was very understanding and made sure my chair was in the best position for me. The finished pedicure looks fantastic! This will be the only place I go for future appointments. The atmosphere is also very serene. Thank you Binny.

This is a false post. Someone has used my account. Pretty freaky actually but I do not swim laps and I do not go to Eden Spa. Haven't even been living in CR for 15 years. I have been going to Eden for the past 15 years for relief of knots in my shoulder area from swimming lengths. Having been to many other spa's They are the only place in town there theristists can really give a great deep tissue massage .

Received a fade haircut in Vancouver and it was horribly done, like embarrassingly bad. Called Eden at last minute to see if they could fix it since I was moving out of the country. Every other place in town was booked for weeks, but got someone’s cancellation. Katie did an amazing job, fixed my haircut and gave the best haircut I’ve got in years, arguably ever!

First off I love how convenient the online scheduling is.I decided on Monday night to see if I could get in on Tuesday to get my eyebrows waxed with binhi, she was booked but rebekah was available so I booked with her. I’m so glad I did she was amazing. She explained sugar waxing vs regular waxing. She took the time to understand what I wanted to do to my eyebrows. She answered all my questions. I enjoyed my experience and I definitely will be booking with Rebekah again.

I had been to two other stylists looking for a beautiful balayage. What I received was streaks done with foils. It looked terrible with every shade of orange and yellow to my root line. My hair was so badly damaged it was breaking off. I met with Carlee after my friend told me about her. She patiently explained how she planned to correct the hay stack on my head. I booked a hair and makeup appointment for a wedding I had in town. I saw Shelia who did my makeup and she was amazing! We had some good laughs and conversation. She knew everyone that walked in the door and said hello to them which is huge for me. She gave me a great look that exceeded what I had thought was gong to happen. I am horrible at makeup so she nailed the look I was going for. I can't remember the name of the girl who did my hair but she was a junior stylist and she did a great curl on my hair. Went to Eden street for the first time last Friday for a pedicure with my bestie and we both cannot say enough great things about our visit! The 2 women helping us, Hilary and Andie, were spectacular! They were friendly, welcoming, warm and funny. It was like hanging out with a group of girlfriends! Such a stark contrast to some other spas I've visited in the area that can make you feel as though you are inconveniencing them by being there. Very happy with the service I received from stylist Mackenzie! The back of my hair grows differently than the top and sides and when it's not cut right, it really throws me off. Mackenzie listened to how I like it to feel and worked with me during the cut to make sure I was happy with the way it was sitting. I absolutely love the colours she chose and she blended them so well with my natural base that there will be very little notice, if any, when it grows out. The scent of the products she used are heavenly and I'm thinking I may be switching lines in the near future!

The owner Candice is not a professional person. She doesn't know how to handle customers. If I am not willing to do a service on a date which was booked and I called for cancellation she was very rude to me. she doesn't know how to talk. Being an owner you should maximum try to handle customer rather than being rude to them. Sheila is a very good gentlewoman. she offers good service.

I’ve been going there for a while for my brows and they’re usually really good. this time the lady was super nice and welcoming, BUT oml my eye brows are 2 different shapes lol noticeably lopsided, it’s funny and I’m not mad cuz it’ll grow back but like come on man. They look so janky:(

I've been a faithful client of Eden Spa ever since I moved to Campbell River almost ten years ago. I've had wonderful service from all of the clinicians who have worked on me over the years. Just to give a shout out to a few very special people: Jason, registered massage therapist extraordinaire who leaves me floating on air every time and has helped me be pain-free from my scoliosis through monthly massages; lovely Sheila, who has perfected sugaring and threading and who gives me surprising excellent brows given what little I have for her to work with; beautiful Bini, who left Campbell River for a time, but is back again at Eden Spa (yay) and who is a wonderfully skilled aesthetician; and Carlee, who really understands hair and not only gives great cuts, but excellent tips. These are just a few of the amazing staff at Eden Spa. The front office employees are friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. And, the person who makes it all happen at Eden Spa is the amazing owner, Candace! I can't say enough good things about Eden Spa, but would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves and have a wonderful experience at a spa!

Pleasant staff and lovely environment. Measures are in place for Covid, but it is not done in a way that detracts from the experience. I had a pedicure and it was well done. Everything was fresh looking and clean - something I really appreciate when getting a pedicure.

Will never go anywhere else unless the stylist changes locations. She is AMAZING. She's so fantastic at cutting curly hair, I'm happy everytime I go. No other hairdresser has been able to cut my curls without making them look frizzy. This woman is awesome!!!
