I can not say enough wonderful things about this salon and its staff/ the owner. I have been going here for a little while now as well as my mother and grandmother..we all love it here and I would highly recommend to everyone! From day one I have always been greeted in a kind matter and it is such a warm environment. The staff are very professional and fun! I have been seen by numerous stylists and have had the same amazing customer service from each one of them and my hair always looks AMAZING whether I am getting a cut or blow out.. they kill it every time! I have been to many salons in the past trying to find the right one and I am so glad I found one where I actually leave HAPPY.

One of the better places I have been to in Cambridge. Not a pretentious shop that feels the need to over charge. Prices are very good, staff are friendly and the shop it clean! Edit: stopped going here when my hair was chopped and the hair dresser felt she had a right to comment on how my patner looks and how he's not what she had imagined me to be with (with a scrunched nose!!) I'm sorry but I'm here to get my hair done not make idle gossip about my personal life!!!

Over the past year and a half I have had my hair done quite a few times. I live over an hour away and yes I have a hairdresser locally but it's great going into Kristian Lee to be pampered. I enjoy going to the back to get my hair colored, have a cup of coffee, socialize and go threw the magazine's. My hairstylist listens to me. She knows what I had done last time and picked up from coversations that I love purple streaks and surprised me by adding them underneath. I loved it! I think the wash and conditioner is the best massage. I'm never rushed and there's always so much to watch as it's a busy salon. Cutting and drying and straightening is a personal experience and I feel terrific when done. They have lots of products to chose from on my way out too. I'm hoping hubby will get me a gift certificate for Christmas again to come back and see everyone.

Me and my daughter have been going to Kristian Lee for over 10 years i have had almost every stylist do my hair. Myself and my daughter have never had issues or breakage and I color my hair. all the staff members are very friendly. The owner is very polite and I find this hard to believe all these bad reviews when the poeple writing them are not even clients to the salon. How can you judge a salon if you have never been there. I will continue going to Kristian Lee and shame on people that have to go this far to get there 5 minutes of fame on social media.

I went to a very expensive trendy hair salon in Waterloo and they had no idea how to do fun color and I spent a ton of money and was very disappointed so I was so happy to find Robyn at Kristen Lee. I dye my hair purple and Robyn knew exactly what color to use and it turned out perfect. I get lots of compliments on my hair color people love it. I've had other salons fry my hair and ruin it ... my hair now is healthy and soft and shiny. Oh and I bought the shampoo and conditioner they sell it's amazing it smells like cupcakes!

Went to KristianLee for the first time after my friend had been suggesting them for years. I have two different tones of blonde streaks, do not dye my hair regularly so it does not respond normally to the dye, due to hard water and a recent move my hair was very dry and crisp. Not only did I get an amazing cut, and awesome current style, but my hair was treated, the color was fixed and now not only even but the tone was perfect for me and exactly what I was looking for! Robyn is amazing and what a talent! She gave me amazing advice and totally saved my hair, and fixed my color beyond my expectations! Thank you Kristian Lee and Robyn!! Highly recommended.

Love this place and most of all my stylist Rebekah I have very long hair and am always nervous to try new things with it. Due to the thickness of my hair getting the right cut is a challenge for a lot of stylist, she not only does the perfect job on my cut but also gave me colour and highlights that were so stunning and I received so many complaints for it. She makes you feel at ease and keeps great conversation while making you feel at home the entire time. I highly recommend Rebekah and this salon.

I like to change my hair ... a lot. That being said I have never had a bad experience here. The one time I wasn’t happy with the colour I was told to wait a week to give my hair a breather and wash it once and when I still wasn’t sure about it I went back colour fixed. No hassle, everyone was as delightful as before and the stylists knew exactly how to fix what I didn’t like about it. Atmosphere, people, ease of getting an appointment is amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for colouring it’s difficult to find somewhere that does fantasy colours well but can also switch you back to more daily acceptable colours without ruining your hair. Recently I had my hair cut & coloured by Jess and I love it - I’ve also had so many compliments. Aside from my hair, I always feel so comfortable and enjoy being at the salon. It's clear the recent 5-stars are fake; the owner is asking friends to give a positive rating. Why? Because the public realized what a horrible place this is in NUMEROUS ways. Instead of treating customers properly, they're faking reviews to cover things up. Be CAREFUL when thinking of this salon, pay attention to when good reviews were posted. Notice the sudden increase around October - November 2019. Again, the owner's getting friends to make reviews to hide the wave of bad reviews.
