Quality vs Cost is more than a disappointment. I paid over $300 to have my hair fried and was given no cut or low lights or anything. Nice guy but he took huge advantage of me and I ended up going to another salon where she charged me a third of the amount, taking nearly 5 hours to fix what he did. Really nice staff, but they're highway robbers. They over charge and their expertise really isn't there. They didn't gain me as a regular client, but the woman I saw after at another salon who CARED about my hair and appearance did. I would not recommend M Salon to anyone looking for proper and knowledgeable hair care.

Great salon with friendly and professional staff who always make you feel welcome. The environment is laid back and relaxed. I've been seeing Chantelle and have never left disappointed. She is always able to find the best cut and colour for me and is friendly and easygoing. It took me several years to find the right stylist in Calgary and am very happy that I finally found it!

Service was really amazing. Even though my hairdresser was busy they had someone at the front help wash my hair and get me ready. Everyone was friendly, will definitely go again because my hair looks great too.

I've been going to M Salon for my colouring and cuts for almost a year now and am always so impressed with how clean the salon is, the stylists and receptionist are always welcoming and friendly. I always walk out feeling like a new me and always feel.listened to for what I'd like done, whether that's trying a different color or cut. I loved that they offered to go take home colouring kits during Covid, apparently I have persistent different coloured roots that like to come out and appear a bit grey so had to get those babies covered and look good during quarantine. It's a great location, I love that I can people watch as well out the huge bright windows while I'm sitting with my color. So happy I found this place, I've had some good experiences elsewhere but also very horrible experiences elsewhere and have been happy with each and every colouring, cut, style, and conversationg I've had at M Salon

I like this salon. The hairdresser was junior and pleasant. However the blow out was far far too long. A blowout should typically take 45 min to an hour. It took 2.5 hours. This is unacceptable and I do understand the hair dresser was joking she knew she was a perfectionist but the time it takes is ridiculous. Longer isn't better.

It is okay place. The owner is fun and active. They offered very affordable price for haircuts, but raised their price like regular hair salon. I was satisfied with my hair cut with the lower price, but recent hair cut seems like not worthy for the higher price.

Love this salon! I followed Colleen here from her past salon and believe she is a hair goddess sent down from the heavens to make people look good. I thought that it was normal that every second or third salon appointment was supposed to be a crushing disappointment before I found her! She has taken my hair from dark brown to red to blonde back to red and I am always pleased. The products they sell are high quality and the atmosphere is always friendly and fun. I recommend this salon to everyone who admits to me that they aren't happy with their current stylist or is suffering from a bad hair style.

ooooooooh man this salon is amazing! I came in with dull, flat, shapeless hair and they gave me a haircut that suits my face as well as suits my fine hair! The staff are all extremely personable, take time to understand what you want done with your hair, and check in with you throughout the process to see if you are liking what they are doing. The atmosphere of the salon is amazing too... it's so clean and beautifully decorated inside! Definitely worth checking these guys out!
