Amy gives amazing haircuts. The problem is they always screw up appointments. I walk in and tell me to set up an appointment to avoid waiting as they are always busy. I call in for an appointment and confirm only to find out they got double booked and to come at another time. This happened not once, not twice but thrice! WTFlyingF?

Staff are always very outgoing and personable. In all my years overall I've had fairly great cuts for the price I paid. They've increased their prices a bit recently but it's still cheaper than other places. It's fairly small and gets busy quick so I highly recommend calling ahead of time to book an appointment.

Ive been going to Amy for atleast 7 years now and i always leave with a smile on my face. Im someone who cant part with my long hair and she is one of the few hairstylists who actually listens to me when i say "just a trim please". If Amy is busy i get one of the other ladies and she makes sure to tell them "not to take off too much". Its true that if you explain what you want she can do almost anything. Id recommend Amy to anyone i know because the quality you get for the low price is unbeatable.

I trusted Benny with my hair going from brunette to blonde and he did an absolutely amazing job. He is very patient and does not cut corners so you know you are getting a quality job done. He also makes sure that your hair is as healthy as possible after bleaching. Amy is also extremely nice and welcoming! You are in good hands here.

Amy is very welcoming and pleasant. Always tries to take good care of you. The downside is that the wait time can be very long sometimes. Her business seems to be getting busier now and I'm not sure if she can handle the demand. Usually the quality of her haircuts are good, but lately it's more of a hit or miss depending on who cuts your hair.

Amy is super sweet and she does a great job with hair cuts, she makes sure u get what you want, just show her a pic and she’ll give u a great cut. Ive had both benny and amy do my dye, i went from virgin black to bleach blonde and silver and it looked amazing! Minimal damage to the hair and they spent so much time and care doing my hair. Benny is great with colors and can do such pretty ones. The prices are reasonable specially for cuts. Make sure to book an appointment because they get quite a lot of walk ins, but if youre ok waiting a bit they usually accept walk ins too. Im really happy n would defo go back for bleach and cuts

Grew my roots out enough to do a balayage, Amy said she will do it. I specifically asked her not to give me chunky highlights. She gave me chunky yellow highlights and called it balayage. Waste of money and waste of time. This is the second time she has screwed up my hair to the point where I have to spend more money to get it fixed. If you're looking for a hair cut this place is fine. But anything that requires more skill, stay away from Amy.

I used to come here for haircuts because of affordable pricing and the owner was good, but the wait was beyond ridiculous. One time the owner had the other stylist to start working on my hair while she worked on somebody else's hair, and that stylist cut a good chunk of my hair off, even though I wanted it longer. Then there was one time while the owner was cutting my hair, she just kept talking to the guy who was on the couch waiting for his turn, completely ignoring me, even though I tried to talk to her. I know this is not a high end salon but I think i can expect more respect and customer service than that, especially after waiting an hour for a haircut. Never came back since.

Very bad cut and highlights! Went in the next day, Amy tried to fix but just worse. Almost 4 months later my hair is still fried on the ends. I can’t cut any shorter, I’ll have no hair left. Not worth the headache to go back. Found a great place, Hair Image Beauty Salon. Better service, better cut, better prices and a way better salon (highly recommend). Don’t waste your time, hair or money at this salon. It’s okay if you’re a guy and just need a bit off the top but women, stay away. This salon needs an update! Not sure if they know what their doing here.

I'm and very very sad the first time I went there Kim did amazing with my hair was very pleased anyways I went back yesterday and left in tears I love my very very long black thick hair I said please don't take away the length I kept repeating that anyways she took almost 4 inches off my birthday in a few weeks and I'm so disappointed and hate my hair it hasn't been this short in years and I'm so upset. Needless to say I won't be going back sadly even tho she is the sweetest nicest person ever I don't think she understood me saying leave the length now I'm traumatized and haven't stopped crying every time I look in the mirror if u love ur long long hair I would suggest u stay away

Amy has done my hair for many years now. She can make small adjustments and style your hair the way you request it to be. She is talkative if you talk but not if you don't want to talk. Make sure you call in ahead of time or go during less-busy hours to avoid waiting!

I was recommended by a coworker and was looking for my hair to be trimmed. Amy the owner was really nice to squeeze me in last minute. She took the time to cut my hair, really got to know me and gave me tips of how to take care of hair. I mentioned to her that I wanted to do Grey hair again and recommended to Benny that he is an expert. Definitely loved my haircut, listened what I wanted and she was super sweet of getting to know me as I got to know her more. Definitely coming back here again for my next appointment :)

I was recommended to go here by a friend in high school and I've been going to Amy (the owner) to have my hair cut for about 10 years now. She's the only one I trust to cut my hair. I have long straight Asian hair and in the past I was never happy with how people cut it. There's been a couple times I had a trim elsewhere because she was on vacation and that was a BIG mistake. Never cheating on her ever again! I recommend her to people all the time; my mom, brother, sister, my ex boyfriend's mom and step dad went to her as well. Walk-ins are totally welcome, Amy is the ABSOLUTE SWEETEST so she will accommodate you the best she can. But if you want to avoid long waits, best to give her a call and ask so she also knows when to expect you.

I'm a man in my 20s, working in a professional office. I wanted a fairly simple, yet stylish enough for my age and professional enough for the workplace. The person who cut my hair was Amy. She was very nice, very professional. She would ask how I wanted it, ask for feedback during the cut, make adjustments and recommendations, but not forcing you to do anything. You could tell that she wanted to do a good cut and not to just get you in, do a generic cut and usher you out. I was very satisfied with my cut. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, not too stiff. I would definitely recommend this place. It was $12 for a men's cut. $14 for scissors. Like a review said, they seem to give you a random price at the end. I paid $15, which was still well worth it to me. Note: they don't seem to have set hours, so give them a call first. Amy stayed behind till 6:30 to cut mine so, very happy with that service.
