I was worried going to a nail shop I've never been too. I booked with Cindy to get my shellac nails with artwork done during lunch break, since it's 5 min away from work. I couldn't be happier, my nails look amazing and ready for Christmas! At first, it felt like she was rushing. I only wanted a color change and not a full manicure, but my nails look perfect! The shape, colors as close to cuticles as possible. Will definately come back, left and returned to work in less then 45 min.

I visited this place yesterday for my pedicure and eyebrows threading. The girl who did my eyebrows was amazing, very satisfied with her services but I am very disappointed with the pedicure. Not satisfied at all. Worst experience for pedicure. The girl suggested my worst Color of nail paint and ever she has not applied the nail Color properly. I spoiled my 50 dollar.Worst experience for my pedicure.

I paid 50$ for the worst haircut I've ever had. The goal was a trim on my long layers. The result was one blocky, blunt layer all the way around with a chunk on the right side that is for some reason 2 inches shorter than anywhere else. Unhappy about dedicating the next year to growing this disaster out. He deserves a negative rating for his work. I'd like to shave a 2 inch chunk off his head so he'd know how it feels. Notice this shop only replies to positive reviews and ignores the negative ones. He takes no ownership for his poor work nor does he offer compensation.

I don't know how their hair stylists are but nails aren't good. I got a gel set with plastic tip extensions. Unprofessional, I was rushed out and didn't get what I wanted and the aesthetician knew it and let me walk out unhappy. After I went home (to clean up my own nails..) the polish that was overhanging off the tip came off and looked jagged and disgusting so I took the nails off myself. Instead of feeling happy and confident I got nails that made me feel embarrassed and cheated out of my money.

Thankfully the owner got me in right away and gave me the look I wanted plus a keratin hair treatment! My hair has never looked so good. I highly recommend this salon.

Beware of the eyelash extension service here. I booked a classic set and left with volume that made me look like I was wearing glamour strip lashes, and the entire set is covered in excess glue so they're really uncomfortable on my eyes. 2polished down the road is 10x better and only slightly more expensive.

I honestly wish I could give this place a -10 rating but I couldn't so I had to settle with a 1. I came here one year ago with a full set of healthy hair and left with not only fried hair, but I lost about 70% of my thick locks. I was clear with what I wanted to my stylist Jenny, but she seemed to have something else in mind. I said I didn't want my hair to be thinned out but she convinced me to do a little. Who knew her definition of little was 50% of my hair.. And on top of that she thinned out my hair from the roots! She literally started from the top and went all the way to the bottom. But that's not even the worst part. The photo I had shown her of hair I wanted was a rooty subtle blonde balayage. Instead I got half a head of platinum blonde hair, a quarter of literally white hair, and then a quarter of it was brown. Nothing was blended I had chunks of orange here and there and when she started blow drying it chunks of hair were falling out. I told her this doesn't look right but she kept insisting this is the style. I paid and left the salon that day in tears because what was left of my hair was hay-like and orange/white/brown. I went back a few days later telling her how unhappy I was and just wanted my money back because this is not what I wanted and the condition of my hair that she left me in was unbelievable. I had strangers telling me that it was terrible and I needed to get my money back. She refused. No matter how many times me and my mother insisted she refused. She just kept saying she'll make it better but how am I suppose to trust someone that just ruined my hair!? After about 40 minutes of begging for my money back or even a portion of it she said the only thing she was willing to do was try and fix it. Me being the guilable person I am I gave her a second chance. I let her try and fix it but no matter what she did my hair would just look worse and worse. I left and box dyed my hair myself and I did a better job than she ever would have. A year later and my hair STILL hasn't grown back to how thick and healthy it use to be. I wasn't going to write this review hence how later it is now that I did it, but I decided I should because if you are having any thoughts about trying this salon out, do yourself a favour and don't. They'll damage your hair, do their own thing and colour it a different colour than the one you have in mind, and then refuse to compensate you for the mess they created. If this review isn't enough to make you run, maybe these photos will.

I went to get my hair done yesterday, and It was the first haircut I've had since I had shaved my head from chemo treatment. I had been wearing wigs until my hair was a length I was comfortable with so I wanted a cut and color. I was at the salon for 3.5 hrs and was paid $160. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and I said if you cant do it its fine, just do the cut. She said no its fine and that she just need to check if she had time. she cut some and then put bleach in. I mind you my hair was all natural no previous color in and she started with the roots, her first mistake. my hair is now two different colors, I have white roots and orange ends. She told one of the other girls she put 40 volume on the roots and 20 volume on the ends even though it was all natural the cut she also gave me looks nothing like what I asked and resembles more of a bowl cut then the cute pixie cut I requested. At this point it was 515 and they were closing and I just wanted to leave. as soon as I left I sat in my car and cried and ended up wearing a toque on my head. At this point I'm forced to continue wearing wigs because she fried my hair for no reason and i'm too horrified to been seen in public with this hair. I called and left a message to speak with the owner and never received a call back.

I walked in with no appointment on a Saturday when they were understaffed, looking for a shampoo and blowout. I was getting a fabulous shampoo and scalp massage within 15 minutes and they even curled my hair after once they found out it was for a wedding! Three ladies helped complete my look - they were such a team! I will be back for more services. :)

I usually don’t leave negative feedback but I had to for this experience. I got my hair done from this place and I did not get what I wanted at all. I showed the lady(she was nice but I really which she had just told her me she couldn’t do what I wanted and saved me from this experience and saved me the money) who did my hair a picture and she said she couldn’t do that and it couldn’t be as light. Which I didn’t understand because I had asked another person and they said it was possible but I was okay with it being a little darker. She didn’t do a proper balayage which I asked for and I asked her to keep the tone of the colour cool and she did the opposite. And on top of that there was purple sections in my hair which she didn’t get rid of and when I told her she was like it looks cute and I left but I called in and she tried to fix it for me which was nice but it did nothing because the purple was still there and it just damaged my hair further. I can usually just tone the colour if I don’t really like it from previous hair places but after a couple of months of struggling with this hair there is no hope because it isn’t the style I wanted and there are random purple parts and on top it’s so brittle. She also kept combing my hair when it was soaking wet and using a curling iron oh my wet hair which completely fried my hair. I would suggest please go somewhere else because the price is not worth what happens to your hair. I really wish I had just spent 50 more dollars and just gotten it done from another place and had cute hair.

I am new in town and had seen ok reviews on this place. Normal prices, friendly staff.... However i will never go back... The nail tech Cindy B was very pushy and by pushy i mean.... i told her what i wanted done (wich was very specific because i was in a wedding and the bride wants our nail to look a certain way) and she keep tring to convince my to do something that see liked... All i asked her to do was draw a simple flower on my two ring fingers.????????‍♀️ When I politely told her no thank you; i want this style, she kept pushing..... Also two of my nails completely popped off later that day.... I was typing on my computer when it happened... i got my nail done for my besties wedding and now they are ruined. Its a complete waste of money to go there. I will not ever go back for any service they offer and i would not ever recommend this nail salon to anyone.
