She’s so professional, yet personable, and that has shone greater through these lockdowns with corresponding with her via Instagram, text, and phone. She’s the first face I see when I enter the salon/spa, and the last, and I can’t wait for that again when the lockdown is lifted! P.S. The entire Waters Edge team is wonderful, and the salon/spa offers quality services, quality products, and quality gals! I could go on with only good things to say, but they’re the best salon/spa in Burlington, hands down! I paid a lot of money for what I believe to be a very underwhelming haircut. I was very turned off by the experience when I was asked verbally how much I wanted to tip in front of two other customers instead of being able to quietly select an option on the machine.

Liza is a wizard with hair! She took my covid hair and turned it into glamourous locks! Not only that, she recommended products that maintained and extended my copper hair colour between colour sessions. I am so impressed by all their Covid precautions. I feel safe going in to get my hair done. Liza's an excellent conversationalist and the time just flies by when I'm there. She's got a customer for life!

Update to my previous review, I have had two haircuts from Megan, she is also an amazing hairstylist! Both times she has given so many helpful tips to maintain the style and does exactly what I am looking for (or better!). I can’t talk enough about this place! Must visit!! I had my hair done by Emily and she was just amazing! She really takes good care of her clients. She did exactly what I was looking for with great attention to details and comfort. My struggle for finding a good hairstylist in the area has definitely come to an end! And not just Emily, all the staff I encountered with at the salon was very nice.

Amazing spa I’ve been going to Sara for my eye brows for a long time now. She makes sure she gets every hair that is out of place and I NEVER find a hair that is out of place when I leave the spa and makes it last for a long time. Same with pedicures and manicures. I was seeing Robin when Sara was on maternity leave. She made me feel comfortable being with someone else for my eye brows and did my manicure and pedicure a few times and did amazing job. I always tell everyone I know to get their eye brows or spa services done at waters edge. Now I am a hairstylist so I don’t get my hair done. BUT ! I know they take a lot of education to keep up with new trends and the owner Liza and stylist Megan’s instagram is always popping up and they do amazing work and always make their clients feel and look great.

I got married in September and got hair and makeup done for my bridesmaids and myself. Megan was the coordinator and did a great job answering my questions and scheduling us in for the day. The day of everything ran smoothly and on schedule and all of the staff did such a beautiful job on everyone's hair and makeup, they all looked beautiful. I was able to give them a photo of what I wanted for my hair and she was able to duplicate it exactly. Everything turned out perfect and I strongly recommend this salon.
