Really nice, friendly salon, with nice staff. I can only speak of the artist that cuts my hair. She is fantastic. Close handicapped parking, restaurants, banking, pharmacy, LCBO, all in the plaza. Very convenient.

Terrible salon. Really poor communication skills by staff. The prices rival regular salons but the service and feel of it is like that of a third-rate establishment. I had a stylish appointment booked with Sonia. she started 30 minutes late and kept stressing how long it was going to take and how inconvenient it was. She charged me $75 and did a really subpar job. my hair was so unneatly done and all the 'stupid came out within an hour. I called the salon and the lady who answered wanted me to come right away to get if fixed; anyways lesson learnt to not support this subpar salon with rude customer srrvice
