Stick to an actual hair salon. This place is terrible, not only was the cleanliness horrible but the lady here does not know how to cut hair. I went here to try out a "budget" hair salon and I will never in my life go to a place like this ever again. A complete waste of time and money.

I recently moved back to Burlington and there is new staff here. I decided to try it again as I haven't found a new hair dresser since returning and needed a cut! Ive noticed a change from yrs ago ... They did a great job on my hair and actually gave me an honest opinion when I suggested to change my hair colour.

Very unfriendly Chinese woman. She starts refusing customers 30 minutes before closing. Not a very friendly experience. Plus she is asking me what number should I cut my son’s hair. If it’s a number that even I can do with my shaver at home.

Made a mistake taking my kid there. Asked for a trim and wanted it shorter, this became an issue as the lady said 'I will have to start all over again'. I'm here for a haircut, my apologies if I don't know the difference between a #1 & #2 clip. It would have taken another 3 mins to blend in a #1 clip....this customer won't be coming back.

I took my daughter here for her first big girl hair cut. We took 6 inches off. I put her hair up for the day when we left. Before bed I noticed her hair is not even at all. So bad. To top it off they don't have an answering machine so I have to wait til tomorrow. Get staff who actually know how to cut hair.

HORRIBLE. All they did was criticize my hair the entire time and she didn't even brush it she just pulled through it horribly and cause me lots of pain. When she flat ironed my hair, the end result was extremely puffy and ugly unlike any other hair salon I've been to. When I told them my opinion on the result, they said it was because my hair is bad not because they can't do their jobs. I will never return here ever again and I don't think anyone should go here either.

It's simple I will not go back again. I was in the chair for less the 10 minutes. So many issue with the hair cut. - Long hairs behind the ear - didn't shave the sides evenly - hair still on the back of the neck - longer hair on the crown Worst experience ever! I now have to go to another barber to get this fixed. When your job is cutting hair and you can't do it correctly you shouldn't be in that business. This is a factory for cutting hair with very low quality in the product.

This was the worst haircut of my life. I asked for a trim short in the back and long in the front. She had me in and out in less than 10 minutes, the haircut was uneven, far too short in the front and too long in the back, she didn't trim my neck, the right side bangs weren't touched at all (but the left side was) and at the end when she brought out the hot towel she washed my cheeks and left my forehead covered in hair. I will never go back here, and you should avoid it at all costs.

We're new to the area and I was not pleased with the last barbershop I found online near our new home. I tried this Supercuts and was pleasantly surprised at the result. Cindy cut my hair perfectly and exactly how I asked. She is now my go-to hair stylist. Highly recommended!

I've been here quite a few times. I'd say I'm satisfied about 2 out of 3 visits. Sometimes I notice issues in the chair and they fix it, but sometimes I have to try to fix it at home. Not the place to go if you want a good reliable haircut. It does help when you ask for something common and simple and remember the number you like for the clippers. I hate getting my hair cut and I'm not fussy about the results so this place is usually a quick visit and the price is right, but my wife would never come here.

At very reasonable prices, it took mere minutes for Cindy to evenly shape and trim layers of my hair from a picture that I showed her. She explained to me that the corrective colour that I requested would not produce a desirable result, but did offer home care shampoo recommendations. I can see why she comes so highly recommended.
