Went in as an emergency because I wasn't happy with how my hair was cut elsewhere. I'm so glad they could fit me in on such short notice! I had Dorothy and she was amazing. I was so happy with my haircut and blow out. The price was great too for the job she did. Definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately, I had terrible experience here. As they were brushing my hair out they ripped so much hair that now its thin and twice less then what it was before. Originally I booked it through Classic Hair Design, but it was done in Silk Hair Salon Building. It was for Saturday 11:15.

From cutting, toner, wash, color and finishing cuts. really had a great hair transformation, and the color fits my skin color, my eyes, my whole face. I am loving my new hair style. Sadly I've never been in, but I have been next door , picking up a pizza. but they're always seem to be people in their chairs and having work done so it must be a good place. I came in to the salon today with a disaster of a haircut. Half mullet, half mom-bob is the only way I could describe it. Candice took the time to listen to my wants and needs and decipher what I wanted through my neurotic ramblings. I now have a cute asymmetrical cut and a new lease on life. I no longer have to hide and lurk in the shadows, I can walk in the sun with the rest of humanity. I'd give Candice more than 5 stars if I could, and also my first born child. Guh-bless.

I have been to the salon 3 times now, all appointments with Rebecca. (although spoken with Dorthy who is super nice!!) Rebecca and I are working as a team to make my, basically black hair, into blonde!! she used a new product call olaplex, and it worked amazing. after 3 hair colourings I can now say I'm a blonde! - all thanks to Silk Salon for their knowledge.
