Tori is the best!! I went in with a picture of how I wanted my hair to look (except I wanted it a little brighter and blonder at the ends) and she basically replicated it. She also consistently gives me the best haircuts ever - better than I've had anywhere else. I highly recommend her and can't say enough fabulous things :) Below is the before, then inso pic, then the final result!

It was pretty good. Maintains good care and hygiene during covid. Only reason giving 4 stars, is I felt the lady was experienced enough to cut hair. I felt there were small detail missed and was kund of learning new.

I come to straighten and cut my hair. My hair is in damaged condition and very dry. After being consulted I decided to do it. And all of a sudden my hair is very soft and smooth after that. They are so soft that I love my hair so much. Very pleasant smell from the hair. Very satisfied with everything. The owner is very kind and nice. The salon is very clean. If there are 10 stars I will give 10 star rating to the salon. It totally worth for the price . Come if you are looking for a salon. You will be as HAPPY as I am xX ????????

We were excited to get an online appointment while other salons were sold out. The online app said $135 for full highlights and we expected to pay more for haircut and blow dry. They delivered as expected and my daughter’s hair looks great BUT my bill was $480. I took responsibility for my naive online booking but we will not be back sadly. Update: I have changed my review to two stars from one because my daughter really likes her hair. Please review prices with new customers beforehand so they are aware. Your quality is beautiful but I did not have the budget and would have discussed cheaper options with you had I known this was going to be the price.

I'm new to burlington and i was looking to get a haircut. A friend recommended me this place and i called to book an appointment and they had Lalesca (Lali) available. Not only was she absolutely lovely but she also gave me the haircut and styling i was looking for. I'm very satisfied and will surely come back when needed. Place is super clean and very well run.

WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE ARGUED WITH BY THE OWNER. Voli is beyond RUDE and IGNORANT. I have never been to a hair salon with such an unprofessional owner. There is new staff each time I have been here which goes to show they probably can't stand working here. You think the owner would want to impress his clients but instead he repulsively brags about how he's the best in the business and knows EVERYTHING about hair, therefore making your opinion wrong. He will not listen to what you want, he will give you whatever HE thinks is best and will then threaten to charge you double if you want it fixed. Save your time and money and find another salon in Burlington (God knows there is one on every corner.) Will NEVER be coming back here and neither will my friends who were also repeat customers. Maybe next time he will think about how he treats his customers before it runs his business to the ground.

The boss is very enthusiastic and gives very reasonable advice. He knows what he is doing and is always honest. I really liked my hairstyle after he cuts it. They make me feel very beautiful and confident. My hair is softer and prettier after having been adjusted. I use the shampoo he recommended. Unexpectedly they smell very fragrant and completely natural. Love it so much.

I’m only coming to this salon going forward. They fixed my terrible hair colour and gave me what I wanted! I had used semi permanent blue hair dye on my bleached blonde hair and the colour was not leaving. They spent 5 hours to make sure I walked out happy. They know what they are doing especially Voli the owner. Had a great time chatting with him and the staff. Very friendly people. Highly recommend Services: Hair coloring, Highlights, Haircut
