My mother loves this place to cut her hair shorter. I went to get a perm and was told the reason it didn't work was because I didn't know how to take care of it, I've had a perm before and I worked very well and I know how to take care of a perm. Never went back never will.

I went in today to have my hair styled and makeup done for a work headshot. Quentin shaped my eyebrows and did my makeup and Leanne styled my hair. They both did an excellent job, were very professional and personable at the same time. The Salon has a really good vibe, it is not pretentious at all, and we had a few laughs. I'll be going back for sure.

Had the most amazing experience at this salon today ???? I went in with a complete disaster cut all my hair off bleached it at home a real messed up situation ???? Jo (Or Joe) was so amazing she greeted me right away and helped me kind of figure out what I want to do and then set me up with Kelly and she was just as friendly and awesome had some great talks, they both encouraged me so much and just made me feel so welcome ???? I came in upset, I left so happy and satisfied with the work Kelly did and just happy that I got to meet those two wonderful ladies you keep on being great ????????

1/5 stars. I go there looking to get a new style, bangs to be exact. When I was done getting them I thought they looked so good. The next day I showered and tried to 'tame' my bangs, only to realize the girl that did it, messed up so bad. There are long random strands in the front and at the side there are pieces so short, where it should be long because I asked for them to be "connected" to my hair. I never got the girls name, wish I did but she was blonde. So 1/5 do not recommend and I will not be going there again.

Leanne fixed all the brassy tones in my hair left over from me being a red head last year. She did an excellent job and I'm so over the moon happy with the results! If I could give her 10 stars I would. Thank you sooo much from the bottom of my heart. You fixed what I tried to do myself as a stylist a few times over the past year and I just couldnt do it on my own. You really know your stuff. Very professional stylist and the staff and owner there are all awesome. Thank you everyone for a wonderful experience. I will surely be back next time I'm in Brockville!

I've been many times with varying results. Not my regular place, as I've been searching for just the right stylist for a long time and haven't found one yet. I go there if I'm in a pinch and I always tip well and treat them well. My best cuts are from the owner. However the last time I went I asked for sides blended in to the top. What I got from him was a bad undercut...not what I asked for at all. To top it off, the top is uneven all over the place. I am in sales, and my image is important. I look silly with this hair. Sad thing is, I even showed him a picture of the exact cut. I will not be back here, ever.

I have been going here for a long time and loved it, I am a plus size model and normally always come here before a audition, but after what happened yesterday I will not be coming back, I asked for a simple bang trim and she hacked my bangs to bits the cut is so uneven, chunks of un cut hair hang down in my face and now I am looking for another place that will fix it.

My other half went to spoil herself with a nice manicure, came back with some nails uneven, and others cut so short that they hurt. Generally when you pay to get your nails done you shouldn't need to fix them at home. However staff were very friendly and welcoming

My first experience here was 5 stars, a girl named Mikaela. Unfortunately I wasnt able to get her last night. Not sure of the girls name last night, but she was an older woman with short red hair. And she basically ruined my hair. I asked for a bob, with long layers and even showed a picture. Pretty basic haircut. I left with 2 inch bangs and short layers. I had to get her to take another inch and a half off the bottom to try and make the layers longer instead of 4 stupidly placed layers to the top of my head. On top of that, the layers are choppy and not blended. My hair is naturally curly, when I do it curly now my bangs are like an inch bc they go up so much with the curls. She even tried to tell me that I had bangs when I came in there LOL, which I most certainly did not bc my hair is curly and it's too much maintenance. Not sure if she was deaf or blind or all of the above. She also was staring at every single person walking by in the mall, and not focusing on what she was doing, clearly. Worst experience ever. Find another profession bc you suck. There is no fixing this and I have to work with the public everyday. Thanks a lot, you didnt even deserve the ****** $3 tip I gave you. Its going to take at least 6 months to grow out this ******* mess she calls a hair cut. Would recommend Mikaela any day, was 100% satisfied with her work and gave her a $20 tip bc she deserved every cent. She actually listens to what you want.

Don't waste your time or money . I had to go back to have a SINGLE blond highlight corrected AFTER paying 200$ for the base red all over. Two weeks later the single blond highlight is now piss yellow go back to get it toned. A week later yellow again. So after calling the store the owner wants to charge 150$ not sure where her math come from for THREE foils in my head and some toner . Don't reccoreco this place at all

The girl who cut my hair obviously didn't know how to cut hair. I asked for a simple #2 on the sides and shorten on the top. And then she started asking me how previous hair stylists cut hair... and to top things off she dug the trimmer into the back of my neck and left a very painful rash all along where she cut. The owner had to step in and fix my hair, thank God because I didn't have high Hope's once I saw what she had done.

Zero stars is what I wanted to give this place. I went 5 months ago. The lady kept spinning my chair around rather than walk around me. I have a brain injury. I had to correct her behaviour. No one wants to sit in a chair and be spun wildly! Today I had an appointment at 3 p.m. I got there 15 minutes early. I was told to wait until 3. I came back at 3 only to see a lady with long hair getting highlights sitting with my stylist. He was helping someone out, another stylist. Well, my appointment was at 3 pm. I left. It's 3:25 and no one has called me from the salon. I'd STILL BE WAITING. Nope. I don't wait that long. Terrible service here. I will not be going back and I'm out $22 in cab fare, nice eh?
