Really cute salon in downtown Brockville. Went for my first cut since before Covid, so needed a trim badly. My split ends were bad. The salon was super clean, following all Covid protocols. And I LOVE that each station has its own hair wash sink. That's clever design and also easier for sanitizing! The stylist who did my hair was a young woman and she was super sweet and easy to talk to. But she was an apprentice, and I wish I'd known that going into my appointment. I would recommend the salon include an option to book a senior stylist or an apprentice, and perhaps have longer time slots for the apprentice stylist. The appointment took a full 1.5 hours (not 45min as it says online) and that didn't even include styling. I opted out of styling because the next customer had already been waiting 15min (so that was my choice!). I also would have gone in with more information about what I wanted, as I got a really blunt trim and lost a lot of the texture that was in my hair before. It is actually heavier at the ends than before. I have been to hair schools and seen apprentices when I've been on a tighter budget, so I usually go in with that expectation and more instructions. That being said, the price was fair for an apprentice and at under $40, I am not complaining. I just think that little change to the booking system would help clients make the right choice for their appointment.

Excellent service the 3 times I've been there. Different stylists each time I've gone, but have been extremely happy with the results. My hair is difficult to cut, I've never had luck going to the same place (usually get butchered haircuts and uneven trims) since I've moved to the area, so very very happy I gave this salon a try!! The staff has always been very polite, in person, online and on the phone. Super comfy atmosphere!! Great job ladies!!

This beauty lounge is cute, charming and welcoming, just like its owner: Genevieve. I was a manicure «virgin» before my visit. I love the result. It is a one stop shop with full beauty treatment. The downtown location makes the experience that much more pleasant because I can grab coffee or shop right after.
