Could not have asked for a better hair stylist! Jellen Mak not only achieve the colour I was looking for but also recommended treatments to help my hair growth given my hair is really fine and thin. My hair never felt better! Especially the scalp and steaming treatment! Overall environment and experience was very relaxing and welcoming! When my hair stylist went to attend to another client, the other hair stylist came over to make sure I was comfortable as I was steaming. Another stylist helped wash my hair when I was done so I wasn't sitting too long waiting. I wish I got their names but thank you for making my experience at Air Plus amazing!

The quality of the service and atmosphere is high and although I felt my stylist communicated well in English, they ultimately did not adhere to my clear requests regarding style. What this indicates to me is that the skill level of the stylist I was with was low and that they default to providing styles which they feel comfortable executing rather than adhering to guest requests. That being said, the result wasn't horrible to look at but it definitely did not suit me.

The first stylist was okay but the last one I had didn't understand English. The receptionist only asked if I spoke any Chinese when I got to the salon. Ended up having 3 staff members surrounding me just to try and explain I need a simple trim. The cut I ended up with was satisfactory at best. The receptionist was also very unprofessional. Playing with her phone while standing directly in the view of clients. Personally would not go again.

Jasmine has been my go-to hairdresser ever since our first encounter over 10 years ago. She understands my request and the style that I wanted to achieve. Now we have developed a really good understanding that I did not need to say much, and she understands. I also love the fact that she always provide reasons to support her suggestions, and provide extra tips that may help me with my styling. Definitely highly recommended!!

Jellen Mak did an AMAZING job with my hair colour!!! I was dying to get my hair back to a lighter colour and Jellen was able to achieve the exact colour that I had in mind which was an ashy brown. I also got hair treatment done by Jellen that left my hair nice and soft, even after all the bleaching so I would definitely recommend coming to see Jellen whether if it’s to dye your hair or even a haircut/treatment!! ❤️❤️ Also I wanted to say thank you to the lovely ladies that were helping Jellen out with washing the bleach out of my hair. It was truly a team effort???? I wish I got their names but thank you again! ☺️ Overall my experience at Airplus was awesome, friendly staff, great service and a clean modern atmosphere. Sam was my hair stylist and he is just awesome!! Highly recommend Sam to anyone. I felt like I know much more on how to take care of my hair after getting a cut and dye from Sam. He told me what to do to have it styled nicely. He knew I was in a rush, so he managed to get assistants to give him a hand. Lol it was the very first time I had two people blow dry my hair at the same time. I would recommend going in the weekday to avoid the crowd and probably after 6pm. The hair salon got a very chill and nice environment... almost feels like you're hanging out with your friends. The decoration inside is nicely done and all the staff I have encountered were very friendly. I will definitely be back and would ask for Sam again.

Passed by the salon a couple times, finally tried it which I wish I tried it earlier. Other than the convenient location, the hairstylist is also experienced. My hairstylist Maisie is very caring, she listened to my concern and found me a hairstyle that suits me. I have referred Maisie to my other friends and they all had a great experience. I highly recommend Maisie.

I had a haircut there recently, the service is great, the hair washing is comfortable, but the skill of the haircut is bad. The technique of the stylist like the one in T&T costed $15, but I have to pay almost $70. Not recommend it.

The hair dresser was none stop trying to sell my products. None stop commenting how dry my hair. Put the products right in front of my face. Say how awesome the products are! At the end hair cut was not good. Length of Left and right side are not even same!for $70 of hair cut. This is worse than $15 dollars regular barber!!

Went to this salon for the first time. My hairdresser was Eugene. From the moment I was seated, the salon /Eugene made me feel very welcomed. The service : colour /style was excellent. My hair was done exactly how I wanted it. The only suggestion I'd liked to mention, is that the salon should maybe consider getting larger round brushes for clients that have thick and curly hair ????. I was also impressed on how the staff works as a team. Highly recommend giving this salon a try!

After two visits to this salon I left very disappointed! On my first visit. The receptionist appointed me an ’experience hairdresser’. she was novice at best with my hair and gave me a completely different cut from what was discussed. After several months out of convenience I gave air plus another chance. I've asked for an art director but the reception appointed me a director. This time a young man cut my hair. Again quite mechanical and was not what I've asked. The result looks very unkept and poorly done. As a result, I have to go to a barber now is to undo the poor cuts. In general, unprofessional receptionist, and unskilled hairdresser.

I went to the salon on March 18th for the first time. Yuki was my hair stylist and he was very experienced. I highly recommend him if you want to get a new hairstyle but are unsure about what you want. The receptionist Coral was really helpful and professional, and the young guy who washed my hair was very friendly too. The price was fair and the services were wonderful. I will definitely come back soon! Tips: they are usually busy over the weekend so I suggest making an appointment in advance or calling to see if they have any openings first.

Seriously, one of the DIRECTORS there should go back to school and learn how to do proper hair cut. I came to the salon last week asking to get a bang cut, I asked the receptionist to introduce a director for me. This DIRECTOR showed up with a very messy hair, not those trendy messy style, but the one looks like she never comb her hair after she woke up in the morning… I told myself, don’t judge people by their looks, even she is s a stylist….OK, then I showed her the picture of the hair I want, I even pointed to her it’s exactly the same style as two other girls working in her salon, she said ok, she got it, I thought she got it too, since it’s a very trendy and common hairstyle recently. Here is the result: not mentioned that my hair ended up looking very stupid and no way likes the picture I showed her, I found at least two very ridiculous problem that she has as being a DIRECTOR or even as an inexperienced hairstylist! 1. She had trouble parting my hair in the middle, I never learnt hair cutting , so maybe I underestimated how hard it is for parting the hair, but I assume the nose is a pretty good reference object to find the middle of head, isn’t it???2.She had sever trouble of simply keeping hair sympathetic. ie: she cut hair in different length for BOTH bangs, and for the sides, even after she measured the hair for a few times.…Seriously, I wanna cry after she's finally done. I am not a picky customer, I don’t normally leave bad reviews, I only did it twice in my life so far, and this is one of them. I really hope that the DIRECTOR I mentioned have chance to read this comment and improve her skills, because she may not have idea how much a bad hair style can upset people, and there is no way to fix it until the hair grow longer. Also, she definitely has a bad influence on the other stylist working there, as she considered the DIRECTOR there, people may assume the other stylist maybe bad or even worse than her!

Unsatisfactory service/ Dishonest staff Posted a review a couple months ago to find it had been removed. Booked a shampoo and style over the phone, told it was 30 dollars for the service. After the shampoo and style they charged me 35, I was happy with the service so I didn't mind the price discrepancy. 30 minutes later I realized the product wasn't holding my hair up. I called them back, they said they would redo it but the stylist was getting off in half an hour. I said I could not make it back in that time and I was told that I could reschedule it. I was annoyed since I specifically got the service for an event the same day, but I was happy they would redo the service another time. I called the next day to book it and I was told that they would not be honoring what they had told me the day before.

Poor results, mediocre service, and unfair "company policies". After 5 hours in the chair, the new colour and the old colour were not blended nicely together. My primary reason to go to the salon was to get a stylist to help blend my old colour and new growth together, so I wasn't happy. The stylist tried to fix it, so I sat there for another 2 hours. She put more bleach on it, but because it didn't process enough (it was almost closing time), it caused some patchy colouring (some brassy and some ashy parts), but said it would "fade" and blend together eventually. After 2 weeks, I realized that the brassy colour and ashy colour were never going to blend together, so I called the salon and told them I was not happy with the results. They told me that their company policy was that they only have free "redos" within 1 week of the service and they would have to charge to fix it. I felt that this was unfair, given that I was told that it would fade and blend in, and that it was only 2 weeks later! They told me to come in anyways and that they would give me a "discount" on it. I went in hoping that when they saw this, they'd be embarrassed enough to fix their mistake without charge. They did not and was pretty much charging what other places would charge for a full head of color. I felt that for the price I paid ($425+ with tip), the results should be pretty damn good. Oh well, my mistake -- I have warned you! Hopefully no one else makes the same mistake by supporting this unreasonable business.

Great Staff! Momo was extremely helpful and did my hair exactly how I wanted. Usually I am very particular with my hair but from the start to the end was just phenomenal. I arrived and had many questions and concerns, due to the nature of my hair. Coral the receptionist was extremely tact and patient with me throughout the whole time. In the end, with the prices they charge, AirPlus definitely went above and beyond.
