Franco is such a pro, I was so impressed. What a miracle worker! He turned my nightmare, damaged, overly processed and brassy hair into a sparkling natural looking blonde. The difference is astounding. Hard work, but Franco made it look so easy. He really took the time and energy to not only listen to what I wanted but to figure out what color would truly look great. Franco is so talented at styling as well. He was able to really get the most out of my wavy hair. The atmosphere at Luxe is hip, yet friendly and wonderfully unpretentious. What a great experience! I had the best experience at this gem of a salon. It was my first visit here and everyone was so sweet from the moment I walked in the door. They took my bag, made me tea and took me right away for a consultant. Audrey did my hair. She gave me the pros and cons of what I wanted so we decided on something a little different to better suite my skin tone and face shape. The results are simply amazing! I love it, it is so beautful , and it totally brings out my eyes. We laughed and chatted troughout the whole appointment. I found her to be witty and sweet.

I went here for a trim and highlights. The appointment took 4 hours and throughout the service, I tried to get my hair dresser's attention while my colour was setting because my scalp was burning, but couldn't get his attention so I got the person at the front desk to wash out the colour. The product ended up burning my scalp! The hair dresser didn't apologize and changed me $350! The price was inflated and the service was very poor and took way too long for the poor results. I would never go back and would not recommend this salon.

There is not just one thing that I can write about Luxe because when I came here for the first time on Saturday, everything intrigued and amazed me. From the greetings from the staff to the moment you walk in to all of the fellow clients until you leave, you feel that everything was well worth it. I got fabulous new cut and color by Aubrey. Luxe keeps me feeling happy and young and I look forward to my next experience with them.

I highly recommend getting a haircut from Aubrey. She was so friendly and personable and gave me honest recommendations for how to fix my hair. Honestly my hair was a mess, comletely knotted up with split ends all over. She transformed it without sacrificing too much of the length and asked me how I was feeling about in the entire time. You can tell she loves what she does . The vibes of the salon also make you feel at ease.

My first experience with Luxe Salon was definitely a pleasant one! I left feeling welcomed and pampered! Being someone who doesn't get my hair done much, I went in for quite a change. A hair cut, baby lights, bangs (which I haven't had since elementary school) and a blowout. My stylist, Jessica, did anything possible to make sure I felt comfortable and just relaxed and enjoyed my experience. I love my hair! Jessica did an amazing job! It was quite a change for me but I'm so glad I followed through with it. My hair lays so much better and the bangs perfectly frame my face. The complimentary scalp massage was a pleasant surprise! I look forward to my next appointment with Jessica and will highly recommend this salon =)

Not only did I get a great shampoo, haircut, color and blow dry, but I also had a wonderful time talking and laughing with the stylists. The whole experience starts with one of the best shampoos I have ever had. My head was begging for more! My hair has never looked better! Oh! The prices are totally reasonable which makes the whole experience even better!

Left really satisfied! I got a haircut from Franco and he did an amazing job. I have really thick long hair and asked for long layers. I also asked him to thin out my hair because it's super thick. I've gotten so many hair cuts before where the stylists constantly complain about how thick my hair is while cutting it. However, Franco was so patient! He was so meticulous and such a sweetie. He did cut my hair a little shorter than what I wanted, nonetheless, my hair turned out so great. He took off a lot of weight and I'm so happy and will definitely be back to get haircuts by him!

Anyone with curly hair should have the Luxe experience. My stylist was really understanding of the issues and concerns I had and made sure to address them. She talked to me about how much length I was comfortable losing and listened to every request that I had. She gave me a lesson on how to style my curls, that was incredibly helpful. I left the salon feeling amazing. The cut even passed the ultimate test when I was able to easily style it myself the next day. Their hair products are really amazing as well. Bottom line: if you have curly hair- You need to go to LUXE!

I was recommended to go to Luxe Hair salon by a friend of mine. I was pleased with the whole experience. The Hair dressers/stylists were very attentive and aimed to please. This made it a comfortable experience. They give an awesome scalp and head massage with your shampoo which was AWESOME! And when you tell them what you are going for they really give you what you want. I went with a girlfriend of mine and she was also highly pleased with her cut/color. The ambiance is kick back. The decor is hip. People coming in/out are trendy. There were an equal amount of girl/guys coming in which was cool. The staff is super friendly and making sure that you’re comfortable at all times. If you’re thirsty they have a huge selection of complimentary beverages for you :) The place was clean and pleasant. They got a good music playin', NO ELEVATOR MUSIC! Yes, I would go again. In fact, I’m due for my roots soon. Luxe here I come!

My friend sent me to this salon, after she had tried it out and loved her hair, so I decided to give it a try. I set up an appointment with the same stylist – Marina, that my friend saw. Marina was such a great listener and did an amazing job on my hair. I had my roots colored and some highlights and low lights added into my hair, now I truly look like a new woman! My hair has not looked, or felt as amazing as it does now in a very long time. Thanks to my friend for a great find and Thank You Marina for the magic you worked on me! Went there two times, first time I was super satisfied, going from mostly virgin to blonde, second time not so much. Second time I was in there going back to brown from blonde, my roots were significantly grown out. The person I saw put darker dye on my roots and a lighter dye on the rest of my hair and only told me about it after she rinsed me. Not only did she not tell me in advance, but now as a result the portion where she put the lighter brown dye is fading out way faster obviously than the rest. Only took her probably 3 minutes to cut my hair. I do wear it curly so you can't see if its botched or not, but when I straighten it it looks real bad. Not to mention she wanted to send me out in the cold with dripping wet hair, I asked to be put under the dryer as I didn't want to get a blow dry. Not going back there again.

I went there recently and I loved the salon, it had a great atmosphere BUT the lady I went to was terrible, I felt like she was pulling out my hair the whole time which was a 4.5 hour appointment my scalp was sore for almost a week afterwards. Also my color was blotchy. I will not be going back. The only good thing I have to say about Tyra is that she was good at cutting hair.

I came here many years ago and after moving back to the city, decided to go back b/c my first time was quite good. The store adheres to pretty good COVID-19 guidelines and spaces everyone out; not very packed. I had Sachiko who is in my opinion one of the best hairstylists I have had in Toronto or Vancouver. She listened patiently to what I was envisioning even though I myself wasn't entirely sure of the final product (ash gray peekaboo highlights w/ top head chocolate highlights). During the entire process, she was transparent about what she was doing and the colour came out amazing! She is an experienced hairstylist who is creative with you about achieving your hair dreams!

What a wonderful experience! I recently got my hair cut and colored by Aubrey and the results are nothing short of amazing. I hadn't had my hair cut or colored professionally in over two years, it was a terrible mess, and Aubrey genuinely cared enough to really evaluate what needed to be done and advise me accordingly. She then executed the best cut and color I have ever had. Seriously! She is a true artist and a professional. I am so grateful! (as is my husband!) She is also wonderfully sweet and fun to talk to. It's not about getting the trendiest hair (unless that is what you want,) but about color and style to fit your needs and personality. Going to a hair salon in the middle of a pandemic can be scary and anxiety ridden. Luckily, I felt completely at ease the minute I walked in. I was greeted and a hand sanitizer was provided right away. All staff was wearing masks (as were customers). Aubrey did an amazing job on my color and cut. I have extremely fine hair and I'm always looking for ways to increase my hairs volume, usually by buying hair care products! After my cut at Luxe I noticed that styling time cut in half and my hair looks fuller simply from the amazing cut this Japanese lady gave me, unfortunately I forgot her name. I also did a color on my hair to add more life and shine which worked for my skin tone. I highly recommend paying them a visit, you won't be disappointed!

I knew I was taking a risk when I walked in off of the street ( I don't usually do that kind of thing) but right away I felt comfortable. The salon was so inviting and warm and I was greeted so pleasantly and promptly even though everyone was busy. Today was my first visit to Luxe Salon and I was very impressed with the level of service, friendliness, and professional staff. My hairdresser was Jenny and she took the time before the shampoo to ask me about what I wanted done, about shaping my haircut, level of maintenance (for me it's low), and to give her expertise recommendation on what she would like to do based on my hair (thick and course), my face shape, and my lifestyle. Brilliant. I got an amazing head massage during the hair wash. I felt very pampered! Jenny gave me an excellent cut, knew exactly what I wanted, and exceeded my expectations. The salon is clean, is well stocked with the whole line of organic hair products, and is a pleasant and welcoming environment. I feel like I found my next great salon! I have been at my previous place for over 10 years, so this change is refreshing. I highly recommend!

Let me begin by saying that I loved my experience at Luxe Hair Salon. When I first arrived to the salon, everyone was incredibly nice and friendly. I was initially nervous because I was going to cut my curly hair really short for the first time in my life. Before beginning with my haircut, I showed to my stylist Franco the three different looks I was considering, and after a couple questions he knew exactly what would be the best look, taking into what would best flatter my face and the fact that I would want to wear my hair both naturally curly and straight. A hair wash later, and Franco began cutting my hair carefully and methodically, while also giving me styling tips. My whole experience was great not only because my haircut and stylist were great, but I completely looked and felt like a whole new person.I would definitely go back and encourage others to do so as well.

I had my roots touch up and highlight done yesterday morning. The hairstylist didn't shampoo my hair dyed completely, nor protect my skin from Dye product along hairline. When I got home form my Judo practice last night, my while T shirt and white Judo uniform were cover with black dyed ink around collars and shoulders. The hairline around my face has black ink marks as well. I have colour my hair for 25 years and never have dyed marks left on clothing like this form a professional hair salon. I had to use two different types of bleach to clean it off from my uniform and still had some marks on it this morning. It also left marks on my Judo partners' white uniform, too. I may have to pay a couple hundred dollars to replace my uniform because of the dyed damage is so bad. I don't have pictures of it but my teammates and my husband had witness it, they were shocked to see the marks on my gi. I called Luxe hair salon this morning at 9:59 and told the receptionist what happened, she did not apologise, only says that she will pass it to the owner. I haven't hear back from the owner so far. If I wish I could choose to give no star on this review.

Stepping into Luxe you instantly feel relaxed. Meeting Franco was the best thing that happen to my hair. I really felt he got me and understood what i wanted to get out of my hair . It was probably the best cut i had in a really long time. I was there a few years ago. I had coloring done to mute out the gold colors from a previous color. All because my grey is coming in. It turned out worse. It was super dry. I dont usually color my hair. I use more natural products usually as I'm into healthier pure lifestyle even though we live in a very toxic environment. The hairdresser spoke poor English and the hair cut was a bob. I dont suit Bob's, plus I have curly hair. So like most stylistist Iam seeing in this area, can only cut basic hairstyles for straight hair. No one texturizes or frames the face. I like to know what schools these hair dressers go to because I've been to at least 10 in coquitlam and they all cut basics styles like they are afraid to cut hair. I'm from out east and never had this kind of issue. The hairdresser just wanted to sell me on a expensive color. She wasnt good and the service wasnt good. I wasted $230.00. Of course I didnt complain but it was a learning lesson. Be very careful who you choose to color the hair and make sure they use the best products. It's crazy because when you start asking those questions, if a hairdresser gets annoyed, they are not a good hairdresser. A good hairdresser knows about good products, face shape, and framing. They know your skin tone and what looks good on you. This is all important You could find a style on someone else or there may be a trend but never follow trends. Follow your natural beauty. Honestly, these hairdressers are clueless.

I received the best haircut I've ever had the other day at Luxe Hair Salon. Beth is very attentive - she listened to my thoughts and discussed many great additional options and ideas. After a relaxing scalp massage, she did a very detailed cut. She has an upbeat personality and pleasant demeanor. Since my cut, I get compliments on my hair on a daily basis - it's incredible! Researched best way to have your highlights done, Balayage was all over the internet. Booked appointment with Aubrey and I was amazed how she coloured my hair. I can not stop getting compliments. My friend had ombre highlights and I have never seen ombre look so good!

I appreciate the experience based fees, the stylist I got wasn't too bad considering she's fairly new. She cut my hair the way I wanted and overall a good result. She took her time and always checked with me whether I liked the cut so far. The salon itself was a little too dim and felt gloomy inside, I suppose I'm used to brighter salons.????

I Have had really great experiences until this last time. My regular stylist wasn’t there but they gauranteed that I would be happy with my cut... I’m definitely not. I went in for a trim and the stylist suggested that I cut much more off than I wanted. She had some serious attitude, which I could overlook if she hadn’t have cut my hair length nearly in half. I clearly stated that I only wanted 2” off (my hair was down to my belly button), but they cut off over 7 inches! Years of intentional growth gone!! I couldn’t see her working in the mirror as she sat in a chair while cutting my hair (so my chair was very low and below mirror height). Very very sad, and frustrated that the stylist went ahead and did what she wanted after I clearly declined her desire to give me a new short style, and clearly stated what I wanted (a trim). It’s a frustrating experience and I feel violated.

The woman cutting my hair was 20 (I think) and she spent the entire time talking about herself, it felt like she did not care I was there. My cut ended up being very odd and NOT what I asked for. She became my go-to, listening to exactly what I wanted, I always left extremely impressed. Really attentive service from the moment you walk in the door - Having just moved, I needed to find a new salon. My old one had an okay stylist, but the front desk service was so-so. This place is really great! The receptionist greeted me with a big sincere smile and immediately offered me tea and coffee. When the stylist was ready she came over and introduced herself. She sat me in the chair and we talked about what I wanted. Shampooing also included a miniscalp massage - usually the washing is really unpleasant for me, but this was pretty relaxing. Cut was great! It took about an hour and I was very decently priced, the stylist also showed me some products she used, but really wasn't very pushy at all. Definitely going back.

Totally $$$$$$$$$$$ overpriced and the owner Serge is as cheap as you get. They take way to long to do hair and sometimes you don't even receive a head massage-I had to leave yesterday with soaking wet hair. 3.5 hours for a colour and style should have been more than enough time to get the job done right The owner tried to reschedule me for 3 days later at my MY EXPENSE ( $35 ) .. The colour was not done correctly ( I understand that this sometimes happens ) I just didn't have time to wait to fix though ...I was still going to have to pay full price for the service that interrupted my day ....I tried to work it out on the phone wih him and he hung up on me ...HE IS VERY unprofessional !!! They completley nickle and dime you $5.00 for a flat iron $35 for this $10 for that....all he had to do was reschedule me and say that he would AT LEAST cover the $35 for wash and style .....instead BAD BIZ decsion he decided to piss me off and loose my business $250 to $300 every 3 weeks. The only good place about LUXE - is Barbara - I first had my hair done by her and she was very very good. ONCE AGAIN - Totally over priced and terrible business owner

Went to Luxe yesterday and sadly I am really unhappy with the result. I had a grown out blonde ombré and asked for dark brown hair with a few cherry bayalage strands, but mostly dark brown all over. I said several times I did not want and do not like burgundy hair. What I got was a full head of BRIGHT burgundy hair, almost pink, with just a bit of brown at my roots. I am a professional and this is not a look I can wear in the day to day. My stylist tried to tone it twice but I was so discouraged by the end that I didn't say anything and just wanted out of there. After 4+ hours and $250 I was really unhappy. The salon was clean and the staff friendly, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars, but I'll be heading to a downtown salon next time.

I boxed dyed the heck out of my hair that turned it into a multi colour mess. I went to Google to find a good salon that would correct my mess. I found luxe and just liked the vibe they offered so I booked an appointment. I got set up with Franco, I admit at first I was nervous just for anyone to touch my hair, but I don't regret anything. It's now been a year since I started going to Franco and my hair looks and feels amazing! He corrected the colouring mess I made the first time I went in and I would never go to anyone else. I have also completely changed my haircut style for the first time in 10+ years thanks to the confidence he's given my hair. Would highly recommended this salon and stylist. He just does magic with everyone and anyone. You feel confident and ready to take on the world after walking out of there. He is also great with providing the proper products and at home care for your hair. Thanks again! I was able to get an appt right away with Bobby, who I have heard does great work from my friends. I walked into the salon and was happily greeted and noticed the great atmosphere of the salon. My hair was a mess, had been dyed a lot and was many different colors, I didn't really know what I wanted but Bobby worked with me in discussing what would be the best for my hair. She gave me the best head massage when she was washing the color out. I walked out of the salon with a great cut and color, the best hair experience ever. I couldn't believe how great the experience was. I definitely will not be going anywhere else but here from now on. I would highly recommend Luxe salon as well as Bobby as a stylist.

No Fluff, just GREAT hair.. Oh my god, I had the best experience here. I have short hair that I want to grow out and have been daunted by the idea of months of awkward in-between-lengths and fluffy/puffy hair. ugh. I had a terrible experience at another salon in the area, and was tempted to give up and keep my hair short. After calling to make an appointment at Luxe, however, I reconsidered. First of all, the receptionist asked me about my hair and long term hair goals before he even suggested a stylist - then he suggested several options and settled on Jessica. Consequently, I went in for my appointment with the utmost confidence that I was getting the right stylist for the job. And I was right! Jessica spent time talking to me about what was going on with my hair, what I wanted it to look like in the future etc. Then she explained her idea of the best "plan of attack" and long term stages of cutting to get to my goal length. She went about de-fluffing my disaster of a hairstyle with precision and attention to detail. I was so relieved after she had finished with my cut - I looked like a normal person (a normal person with really chic, cool hair!) instead of a walking tree. The price tag was higher than what I have paid for haircuts in the past, but was totally worth it for the experience of the stylist. The actual salon was very comfortable, hip and fun. I love the location, the building and the atmosphere overall. I have the highest confidence in Luxe staff, and will be a loyal customer from now on!

Well, like many others in the city I just lost my job, but didn’t want to lose my look. Franco was very understanding, and told me that if I put more of my natural color back with blonde pieces, I wouldn’t need to come back as often. I couldn’t believe he was helping me, after all, he wouldn’t see me as often. Baiba is my favorite (I trust her completely and always leave my hairstyle up to her judgement), but I've also had great cuts by Beth and Franco as well. She is truly happy and now I see why. I recently had an awful color experience at another supposedly high end salon. I left in tears, I thought this could not be fixed. What I appreciated the most was how we discussed the different options I had based on the pictures I had shown her, as well as my hair texture/colour/thickness. Made an appt with Maryna for my long blah hair. Let me tell you, no other stylist has even come close to making my hair look this good! She was so sweet and friendly (everyone in the salon is, no pretentiousness here!) She is so far the only stylist who layered my side bang correctly! The cut is awesome and she placed some highlights throughout my hair. The highlights are the perfect shade, very pretty color and noticeable and yet not skunk stripes. Definitely adds dimension to my hair. I plan on making appts with her every 8 weeks to keep up with the cut and highlights. I have a tendency to skip cuts , then after 12 weeks it hits me "hey my hair has no shape and looks horrid!" but now that I found Maryna I see how wonderful my hair can be. I highly recommend this salon!

Most of the good reviews for this salon are fake - check the profiles of the reviewers carefully - many of them live in other countries but travel to Port Moody for a haircut - hmmmm. I can not recommend this salon. The stylists are pleasant, but the owner is completely unprofessional and does not understand what a bad experience can do to a client. I had a severely botched cut and colour from someone who was labelled a master stylist (and I was charged a premium price). Short story is, after contacting the manager several times and going back to the salon so a more experienced stylist (more experienced than a master stylist? Hmmm…) could look at the mess, he refused a refund. The place I went to fix it charged half as much for a colour correction as I paid for the service at Luxe. Terrible experience and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

I used to go to Aubrey years ago and then due to life circumstances our paths uncrossed. I recently went to Luxe for the first time, needing a fresh perspective on my very thick and curly hair. The entire experience was first class, from making the appointment to purchasing product and taking care of the payment. The owner stopped to chat with me as I was on my way back to the shampoo bowl; Franco, my stylist, took a great amount of time with me, getting familiar with me, my hair and what my ideas were about what direction I wanted to go in. Franco did an excellent job, my curls sprang to life and now I get nonstop compliments on my hair, even getting stopped by strangers on the street. The style was easily integrated into my life, not requiring an inordinate amount of time to make it look great. I am beyond pleased and can't wait to go back. The products Franco suggested work great and a great cut have made my life with my curls so much more enjoyable!

They have provided me with a great service, they make sure that u are taken care of. Sachiko did my hair I loved it and from what I saw every stylist in there does beautiful work. When I was looking for a Hair salon around town I figured I try LUXE and see how it goes. Wow was this place great! At other places they would treat me very badly and make me feel not so welcome but when I came to LUXE I was very surprised by the friendly staff that were very welcoming and also very knowledgeable. When I had questions, they had answers! Simple as that. If you are looking for a Hair Salon that's great and need something done the right way, I would defiantly recommend LUXE as my go to place.

Biaba is a very talented hairdresser. Not only did she take the time to consult with me about my colour for the first visit, she also talked to me about how much is going to cost me for my new colour. I was so nervous about my hair color. she talked me and my sister what kinda color I want. She made me comfortable by saying if anything happened Luxe will re-color your hair. She coded the price when I visited first and she used extra foils but she charged that much that she coded me. I am so glad that I didn’t change my mind, I was going to cancel my appointment but I am very happy ???? that I did color my hair with her bc my hair no damaged at all. They are so honest!!!. I highly recommend them!!!! Very understanding with price as well. Thank u Biaba

What a wonderful experience! I recently got my hair cut and colored by Jenny and the results are nothing short of amazing. I hadn't had my hair cut or colored professionally in over two years, it was a terrible mess, and Jenny genuinely cared enough to really evaluate what needed to be done and advise me accordingly. She then executed the best cut and color I have ever had. Seriously! She is a true artist and a professional, I am so so so grateful! (as is my husband!) She is also wonderfully sweet and fun to talk to. The vibe of the entire place is also very friendly and cool.

Just went for my second visit to Luxe Salon to see Tara. Last time was about a month ago for a cut and this time we did a color. Let me just say, both were fantastic and I would highly recommend going to her for either or both. My cut was great. The color she did was a great success. She listened to what I wanted and what I did not like and made her suggestions and the end product was great. I got a compliment on the street as soon as I walked out.The salon prices are not cheap, but reasonable and it’s 100% worth it if you want great service and a fantastic end result.

Luxe Hair Salon is a place where I can listen to relaxing music and enjoy a clean, comfortable environment. I also enjoy the personal attention I get. They really understand the importance of my time. The staff at Luxe is honest and friendly and always very helpful. Marina is my stylist and truly understands my needs and makes me look beautiful. I get compliments all the time about the healthy look of my hair. I would absolutely recommend Marina to anyone. I went from shoulder length to just below the ear and she maintains it great. My blowouts are done well and last for a while. I really like that she pays attention to my hair and makes good suggestions that are in line with my goals. *****stars from me!

I recently got my hair highlighted by Jessica. I am always nervous getting my hair done by someone else since I have been getting my hair highlighted by the same person since I was 14. There was nothing to be nervous about though! Jessica was FANTASTIC! She listened to me when I said I wanted to go blonder for the summer, and my hair came out GREAT! The salon was very nice and clean, and everyone here is so friendly! Definitely going back to Jessica every time I need my hair highlighted!

I had always had the pin-straight, no body hair blues, until I visited Maryna at Luxe. I don't know how she did it, but she cut my hair in such a way that I was able to have lift and volume with my long hair! She has the savvy and skill to cut and style with perfect angles and layering to give my hair life!! Maryna even highlighted and lowlighted my hair to give it perfect depth! I am so impressed with Maryna's talent that now my husband goes to her faithfully! I am extremely elated by this because he has been a product of unfortunate barber-shop $10 haircuts since I met him 15 years ago.

I highly recommend going here for a great haircut! My appointment was with Franco and I could not be more pleased with the results. He was friendly, professional, and very talented. I did not have a solid idea of what I wanted to do so I gave him some freedom in how to cut and style my hair and he really did an amazing job. I already booked another appointment with him! The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. The salon is clean and inviting and the organic/green products are great (for your hair and the environment). Jessica done an amazing color corection. My hair was over highlighted at another salon and I wanted to acheive an ombre look . Jessica was amazing, she explained to me the whole process step by step, and wham back to my natrual color.The color she used to make me close to my natrual color was perfect. Had a dramatic cut today. Went from very long hair to my first ever short cut. Beth was my stylist and said she would finish off the cut after my perm. They offer you a free beverage while you wait. (Wine, coffee, delicious teas) going back for a silk perm in a couple days and I can't wait! Thanks guys! Update Went back for the perm..it didn't hold I'm assuming because I was pregnant at the time...so I booked a reperm 2 months later ( latest they would let me book it and didn't offer my money back) Beth never finished off my cut. One said was cut shorter around my ear, I noticed later. perm didn't hold again. So now I have a short cut that's frizzy and some of my hair broke off at an inch. I waited 7 years with no hair coloring or treatments to perm my hair . I had veeeery healthy hair...I got an apology from the manager and my money back for the perm and told she should never have permed it in the first place because it may not work being pregnant ( this should have been mentioned at my consultation) they offered me 10% off my next service . Story aside ..Beth was not good at perms even the placement of the rods left flat marks against my head. The management was great and very nice but I should have been directed to them after the first time it didn't work. I may return to this salon based on how nice it is but never again to Beth.

I have been searching for a good stylist in the city for a while. Recently I heard from a friend about a stylist named Maryna at Luxe Salon, and from what I had been told she did a great job with my friend. I made an appointment and got a cut and highlights, and they look fabulous! Not only did she do a good job, but she actually creates conversation and makes the experience fun. Since I have gotten them done, I have had nothing but compliments. It’s just crazy how something like a great cut or color can make you feel so great about yourself. I will definitely be back to see Maryna again! I'll be passing the word on through my group of friends for sure!

Above and beyond in service, professionalism, and results! I had just moved to the area, and needed major help. Bobby was the stylist for my appt. She took hair that looked like a cruel joke and made it great. Not only was she friendly, but she truly cared that I walked out of there with great hair. She worked magic and did it in a way that evidenced her passion for her job, and a genuine concern that my hair made me feel like I could face the world again. She took on the challenge and did not just try to get me in and out like some other salons. She discussed all my options and was honest and truthful. The atmosphere was professional, friendly and comfortable. I will return there as long as I am in Port Moody. The staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. I see the quality of product they use and the technique is the latest and tailored to the individual. I recommend this place 100% !

I booked with Sachiko for a coloring service for the first time and the color I asked for was not achieved, it was a lot lighter than what I wanted, she tried to fix it with toner the following week however my hair is now the same color I walked in with, so now I need to go to another salon to try and fix it. So I am very disappointed. On a positive note the salon is very clean.

I have semi-curly hair, and have always had trouble finding a stylist who knew how to cut it well. They're very specific and turn their entire focus unto the customer which is so great! I needed a new color and a new haircut. I recently got my hair dyed by Franco. He is a perfectionist, and listens to you very attentively to hear what you want. He is sweet, and very easy to be around as well. My hair is a shiny beautiful brown, and it is exactly what I wanted!
