I have have very thick, kinda finicky half-Asian/half-white hair, and I was very satisfied with how my haircut turned out. I’m new in the area and decided to try here, and will most likely be going back. Jessy did a great job and was very good about helping me pick a style that was close to what I wanted, but realistically achievable.
I've always had a wonderful experience with hair cuts from Nancy. I've been going to her for several years, even when she switched salons. Highly recommended! All the 1-star reviews are literally posted by the same family from a single poor experience of a child who didn't understand how expensive it is to bleach hair, which I personally think is super rude and completely not reflective of the salon. (Also.. how can a prom be ruined when it must have been cancelled due to Covid..?) The salon is also super safe. Very spacious so everyone can be distanced, masks are required for everyone, hand sanitizer is available, and everything is cleaned.

Customer beware! DO NOT TRUST Christine . She is a Charlatan!! My 17 years old daughter went there for a simple hair dye. She is minor female living a teenager life. The hairstylist Christine ( I think she is the shop owner) who served my daughter took an unforgivable advantage of my daughter by charging her way too too too much. Christine (who is supposed to be the professional with the proper trainings) made 3 unsuccessful attempts to bleaches my daughter's hair and ruined them pretty well. At the end, instead of an apology, she charged my daughter EIGHT HUNDRED AND FOURTY dollars. This is the very definition of Deception! Under BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, what she did is considered as Unconscionable acts or practices. Even when we decided to talk to her on phone, to make her understand her wrong-doings, first she pretended that she can't speak english, and then she hung up on my wife. We are going to pursue this matter in the court. BE AWARE!! DO NOT TRUST HER !!!

Great service for the price! I've been here a few times and received outstanding haircuts every time. The place is very clean, and the stylists know what they're doing. All cuts also come with shampooing too, so you don't have to worry about getting hair in your shirt, or going elsewhere after you're done. Sometimes the salon gets pretty busy, so I recommend making an appointment before coming.
In general, it was great experience. Good service, stylist (Hyemi & Amy) were kind and did a good job cutting my curly hair. Only thing was the price but I guess it's commonly accepted ($21 for men) this area.
Nancy is a wonderful stylist, who made me feel relaxed. She listened to what I wanted, and gave me an amazing haircut. Love the salon!

Friendly but only good at men’s and children’s hair cut.
Giving one star because the gentleman (probably the owner) books me for 6pm to get a haircut and I see one designer with the customer. No choice but just wait until that designer is finished. Of course he doesnt care- not really interested in his customers, just busy with his phone. This happens every time when I’m here - either he overbooks for money, or just book it anyways and make customers wait until next designer is available. Designers here changes frequently - not really concerns me because I’m not too picky but for girls this place might not be such a good idea because designers might not familiar with the long time customer’s preference.

Don't trust them.I bet most 5 star reviews were posted by themselves. The owner Christine is very disrespectful and unprofessional. And when you tell her that she has F***ed up! she pretends that she is scared. I can't believe how people like these guys are surviving in such modern day business trend.

All negative posts were made at the same period, in early July. Apparently someone with a bad intention brought a bunch of his/her family and friends to assault the business over one incident. That is BAD. You should not assault other people's business like that. If you have issues, solve it with proper procedures. Don't publicly shame a decent local business. Don't act like gangsters. You are not the Court to judge others and proclaim the facts. You will be held accountable for the damage. All businesses are struggling during COVID-19. Don't add to their suffering. I visited the place many times, the business owner Christine is a very nice, kind, decent, honest and professional person.
The staffs are friendly and the stylist was really nice and professional. The price is inexpensive and the service was great. My sister got her hair cut with Alex and it’s only $23 plus tax and tips. The price included wash and cut. Definitely will be back again.

Absolutely amazing! I met Nancy seven years ago and since then, she is the only person I have trusted with my hair. She always does such fantastic work! She is so professional, talented, reliable and kind. I’ve followed her as she moved salons over the years and I have received the same high level of service every single visit. I continue to visit her at LaBelle Hair Salon and I always walk away satisfied. The other salon staff are also very professional and the salon is always kept very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend visiting Nancy and LaBelle Hair Salon!

Everyone out here, don't go to this Place.... Stay away!!!!!! I will never go to this place again. Christine ruined my prom. She screwed my hair and charged me a lot more than she told me at the beginning. We agreed to dye my hair for $200 and charged me $840. Over that, she destroyed my hair. My hair is like dishwashing aluminum wool! My parents are filing a complaint on her.
I look forward to my hair appointments with Nancy everytime because of the quality in her haircuts. I have been going to her for many years now, and not once have I felt she rushed out the door. She diligently takes her time to ensure that I am 100% satisfied with my haircut before I leave. From the minute I enter the door, Nancy is there greeting me with a huge smile on her face. Stay away from this shop! Christine is a not honest. She is not Professional, and does NOT deserve even 1 star. My niece went there and she charged her an arm and a leg and at the end ruined her hair. In all fairness, I don't know the other hair stylers, but the owner Christine is not to be trusted! I had great and bad experiences. It seems the staff turn over is high and their skills are not consistent. I asked a certain style but the hairdresser did a poor job.(well I only realised after I wash my hair at home) I won't be going back.
For $16 you get a haircut and shampoo which is pretty good for its price. They follow latest trends and have decent skills. Would return and recommend. They have points system.

Nancy is my favourite hair stylist here. She knows my hair and what style is best for me and taught me how to take care of my hair. With such reasonable price and her wonderful customer service , I would definitely recommend this Salon and Nancy~ Thanks~
I don't recommend this place at all. Hair designers are great but the owner. This guy, as an owner and as a greeter, he never greet customers. He doesn't know how to say "Hi", "Thank You" or "Good Bye" to their customers. He is the one who you will see the first as soon as you walk in to the door. Rather than he stares customers, he never greet. It is really annoyed and very unpleasant. I don't want to go this place at all.
I have been to Labelle Hair Salon for many years. Christine is very meticulous with her hair cuts and can manage the thick Asian hair which is often hard to cut. She offers a variety of services including perms, straightening, waxing, and highlights. The products used are Korean products and are good quality. I had waxing done once where the whites started to show after a week but Christine was more than happy to bring me in and re-do this for me. Otherwise, I have also had straightening done and she does a very good job with this and my hair is never damaged. I drive quite far just to get my hair done by Christine.

Now they can’t do a proper hair styling for women with the staff they have and also they are rude!!!! DO NOT TRUST Christine the shop owner. She is one of the worst business owners who we have ever seen. She is incompetence, and charges like a 5 star Hollywood salons. Her shop is not decent, she is definitely NOT good enough to cut a hair alone and without a supervision, and charges several times more than a good salon. We had a one time experience and are going to take her to the court. She deceived my kid and refused to take responsibility for her mistake. She also refused to communicate with us. We will 100% take her to court.

This place has gone down hill after the owner changed. The hair cuts are horrible since then, and seems like the good hair designers quit their jobs due to the owner. I will never come back here again.
