Asked for a blunt cut and she instead gave me layers (how that even happens I have no idea), and I was charged $92. Definitely not even close to being worth the price, I think a blender could have done a better job with my hair. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I got my hair dyed back to darker color from a very brassy blonde hair. Mina did amazing. She picked the perfect color and she left some blonde hair streaks as highlights which made it look natural and stylish at the same time. Satisfied with the job well done and shout out to the nicest receptionist, Grace.

Just one of the worst pixie cuts I’ve ever got. Not only Jason shaped the whole cut to go the opposite direction I asked (and tried to hide it with blow dry and hair product) he also cut my bangs super short and crooked. I just cannot get 5 min with my hair looking nearly decent. On top of it, it was really expensive. Everyday I look at myself in the mirror and regret ever going there. Just hope it grows back soon so i can fix it somewhere else.

I called literally 7 salons and asked if they can highlight my hair without using bleach, they all said straight not possible. Then I called this saloon and didn’t even bother to ask them if it’s possible and booked the appointment. Hubert was my hairstylist and he straight away said yes, we can do it. The colour turned out great and Im so pleased with the service I received. Thank you Hubert!!! :) :D

I have been going to this salon for years. My go-to stylist is Jason. He's kind, friendly, honest and very skillful. I trust Jason because he's professional, he knows what he's doing and he knows my hair. I highly recommend Jason.

just sharing a not good experience. it was my first time visiting but was not satisfied with the staff. first they will try to do the color requested yup she tried but you can tell by her expression she's frustrated and can't do the color after how many hours and just said my hair is damaged and dry and ended up suggesting a different color but was surprised when she washed my hair it was not damaged... judging it already tsk tsk tsk... after suggesting a different color... after another hours, the other lady jumped in and helped and then another hours of coloring my "damaged hair". second when paying because of not satisfied, its already expensive and took me almost half of the day in the their salon because she cant get the color i refused to pay her tip but said i need to pay tip?! even im not satisfied?! tsk tsk tsk. not recommending it to others. we are all working here in this world and please respect customers who doesnt want to pay tips.

I got my hair straighten done about a month ago and I do not recommend it. My hair only stay straight for about 1 week. paid ~$400 for mid/shoulder length hair. The hair stylist said my nature hair is pretty straight to begin with and I still did not get the straight hair result I am looking for. Back to hair straightener everyday ;(

Unprofessional and rude staff. Came in to ask if walk ins are accepted and was dismissed quickly with a rude no. I was considering booking an appointment but the staff did not give any other details. I will eagerly take my business to someone with a bit more courtesy.

Bad experience overall, would not recommend. First of all I dropped in with no appointment and they were able to squeeze me in near closing time (I had to wait an hour) so I really appreciated them for doing that since I had ask other salons and they did not want to take drop ins. As I begin, I stated that I wanted to get my hair cut but I wanted to donated it to charity and they said that was allowed. However this is the part that angered me. The “master” started talking to the receptionist in mandarin saying “are you sure she’s donating her hair, it seems really short, I don’t think she’s donating it”, not knowing I spoke mandarin. In my opinion I don’t think he should’ve said that as I was really donating my hair. He later proceed to cut it. I ask him to stop as he seem to cut it too short and he says “don’t worry, trust me”. I was very frustrated. Later on in the middle of my experience. The receptionist comes by and states that they are closing the cash register soon so they need me to pay before hand, which is something I found very strange. At this point I already given up, I don’t think anything would’ve my experience worst, I paid around $75 + tip (I was scared that they would mess up my hair more if I didn’t give tip.) Not sure if it was just me that they provided bad service to or if it was a bad day for the master, but I would not go there again. I am traumatized and don’t trust anyone to cut my hair again.

Highly highly recommend Mina!!! She made me feel so relaxed and her shampoo messages are top notch! I just got the cheapest “Master” they called it and it was amazing!!! Love this place and will definitely be returning! Love my new haircut! Also very clean place they’re also very friendly!
