Mila Chic is an excellent salon!! One of the best in Brantford! Sarah and Mila are super professional, and always take their time to make sure you are happy with the results. I have been going to Mila Chic for two years now, and have never been disappointed with my haircut. Mila is exceptionally skilled with wedding hair and makeup, and made everyone in my wedding party look gorgeous. They are always learning new techniques and stay on top of the latest trends. I recommend Mila Chic to all of my friends and family as the ladies are so friendly and down to earth. You won't be disappointed!

Recently had the BB Glow face treatment done by Mila herself. She was extremely informative about the procedure and gave me options on how to have it done. I went with the more gentler treatment and it only being one week later, I am noticing drastic results in my skin texture, appearance and pore size. My skin now looks hydrated and plump! Full procedure took about an hour and there was zero downtime. I am looking forward to having this treatment done again in about 8 weeks! Thank you Mila Chic!!!

This was my first time at Mila Chic, and I will never go anywhere else. Ciara was wonderful! She was patient, knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions as a new blonde. She gave me great product information, general care info and was always willing to go in depth about the treatments she was applying. The toner shade that her and Sam chose was perfect and she was able to give my hair a fresh cut and bring some moisture back into my hair... all for a very reasonable price. My Wife had been going to Mila for a while now and suggested I get my hair cut there because "all their stylist are good and you wont have to worry about getting one who messes up your hair" I used to get my hair cut at the walk-in places, and I always had hit or miss experience. Personally I don't care too much about my appearance but a bad hair cut is a bit annoying to live with for a few months. I tend to be pretty vague about how I like my hair done, I am not very good at describing it. I just want my stylist to make my hair shorter then it is now and make it look good on me! So far it been great! The 2 stylist I've had have both done great work! My wife and I trust Mila will only hire the best stylist, and they will be able to care of my simple hair no problem! My wife has much more difficult hair to style then mine, and she only trusts Mila Chic to style her hair. My simple hair cuts have quick, clean, and the stylist are all super friendly, and make me feel comfortable.

I've been going to Mila Chic for a long time now and will never ever go anywhere else ! The care I have received there is phenomenal. Sarah P knows exactly what my hair needs. I came to her with terrible extensions that knotted my hair and broke off my hair into little pieces and she recommended how to fix my hair and now ( with time) my hair is beautiful again. She introduced me to hot head tape extensions which were the best I've ever had , olaplex ( which is the BEST hair treatment and lets me keep my hair blonde ) and eminence skin care line . I can honestly say If it weren't for her my hair would still be straw like and dead . If you want to go somewhere that actually cares about the health of your hair and uses the best products go here ! You won't regret it !

Went in for the first time after 10+ years of travelling 2 hours to my "regular" salon. I put my trust in Sarah -- told her a VERY broad overview of what I was looking for and trusted her to know what would look good on me. She did a cut and highlights and I loved it!! But... it always looks great when you're walking out of the salon. The true test comes a couple of days later when I have to wash and style it myself -- and... it still looks great!! Sarah really listened to what I wanted (even though I wasn't very clear) and how little time I wanted to spend fussing with my hair every day, and gave me a cut and highlights that work perfectly! I am writing on behalf of my girlfriend. She first found Mila in 2010 after a brutal hair cut which Mila did everything in her power to fix her hair (what was left of it) She left Milas heartbroken from the previous salon but in awe with the amount of time and effort Mila put into her hack job. 10 years later she has watched Mila grow from a small in home salon to a big established salon. She has never forgotten about her clients along the way. She has has numerous cuts and straightening treatments along the way. She refuses to go else where due to the magic mila has performed on her hair every single time. She has not left her salon upset once!!

I recently visitors this beautiful and relaxing salon for a hair colour transformation with the talented hair artist Mila. My hair is naturally very dark brown and difficult to colour and I have had a few less then perfect experiences at other salons before. In fact due to past experiences I was hesitant to dye my hair and am one who loves colour! Mila is clearly well experienced and studied in the art of hair colour and transformed my dulling reddish (old colouring) hair to a gorgeous shimmer of plums and fushia tones with peach high lights. I would highly recommend this salon both for its experienced owner and staff as well as the clean high end atmosphere.

I recently had Aqua 22" glue in hair extensions installed by the owner of the salon, Kamila. and I'm so beyond happy with them. Kamila blended two colours of the extensions together to create the combination to PERFECTLY match my hair. So excited to have long beautiful full mermaid hair for my wedding pictures this month. Highly recommend Mila and her salon. She's so pleasant and professional and we always share a few laughs while she works on my hair. Thanks Mila!!

Mila Chic is a top of the line salon at affordable, and fair pricing. I have never seen such amazing colour/highlight work done by stylists. I had to hit up another salon once for an updo on a Sunday, and the stylist gawked at how good my colour was for nearly 5 minutes before she brought another stylist up to show her too. I have never once been disappointed after leaving Mila Chic, and honestly I am amazed at the skill by the stylists Mila and Sarah. A very warm, friendly, and beautiful salon!

Giving one star because you can't rate with zero stars. I got the worst haircut I have ever had here from Sara. I showed her a pic of what I wanted explained what was the most important part of the pic that I wanted. She acknowledged what I said, cut it wet exactly the length I asked for and said she was just going to dry it and texturize it when it's dry. She dried it then hacked of a few more inches and gave me a completely waaay too short hair cut from what I asked for, that is a whole inch longer on one side, and choppy all over. Sara listened to what I wanted then cut it to whatever she wanted, now it will be a year before it will be long enough to get what I ask for. Don't ever get her to cut your hair. I have never been so disappointed with a hairdresser. Horrible!!!!!

Mila Chic hair design is my go to spot for hair, for life! I have been a client for almost 8 years now and I would never go anywhere else. I have VERY thick hair and a LOT of it. They always give me the colour and cut that makes my hair feel weightless. Their customer service is wonderful and it is very convenient and easy to book an appointment online.

Mila Chic never fails to impress me with their professional, knowledgeable service. I had been having dry hair issues for years and have spent a lot of money on various shampoos. The owner, Mila, suggested I try a new shampoo and conditioner that she recently started selling at her shop by Eleven Australia. Within one wash, I noticed a difference. I will not use any other shampoo or conditioner now! Highly recommend Mila Chic for any of your hair or esthetic needs!
