I have to chuckle when see customer reviews from clients who think they know how hair colouring/toning works, as if they are a stylist with years of experience, and they think they know what the stylist did wrong that caused them to be unhappy with the outcome of their colour, as with one reviewer here - “Steph”. Everything she describes about how the colourist messed up is just impossible. She claims that she was already a blonde when she went in to have her hair bleached and it came out brassy yellow and orange...impossible! If you are already blonde you will not have any orange pigment in your hair, only pale yellow, which bleaches out in 5 minutes to butter yellow, so it is absurd that blonde hair can be bleached out to brassy yellow, which is actually darker than blonde. Bleach only lightens hair, does not make it darker or add brassy tones.

Very horrible and Poor experience over a course of 2 days and now my hair is fried .. :( Already blonde An going lighter is a simple process or you think it would be with a professional .. apparently not .. I was bleached out and then the hairstylist decided to mix her own cocktail together to tone out my hair (brassy yellow ) in roots , instead of going lightest blonde with toner she mixed yellow beige and violet to tone my hair (deciding on her own to make me a Ginny pig to whatever she was attempting to do with full knowledge of what I came in there for ) I then had said before applied remember I want to be a solid platinum blonde , she insisted this cocktail she mixed up was right , she applied , washed out after set time , after washing I looked in mirror An said my hair roots An pieces through my hair are still brassy so brassy it was very noticeable she insisted. It wasn't and my hair was just wet , then refused to dry it and says she has another client coming , I trusted her and paid a total of 200$ . as I get home and dry my hair that's when I notice the pink white An yellow /brassy pieces through out my hair I get in contact with her An she says to Come in the next morning , as I did in hopes she was professional and would fix it , she then bleaches my hair again when it should have just been toned out , An also proceeds to tone it again this time with a different toner , I sat there for set time washed out again An then again she refuses to dry it An says she has no time but insisting it was all same colour An no orange brassy yellow or pink in it anymore I once again get home to dry it and and notice not there are shades of blue purple white An all the brassy yellow still in my hair . So I again get in contact with her let her know about it and very unprofessionally she replies Unfortunately not as simple as you think im sorry you don't like your hair but I don't think I will be able to do your hair anymore my bosses are upset . Safe to say I won't be going there again and I will be warning everyone about the horrible experience I encountered at this salon
