The female who was told to start my full manicure used cold soapy water then commenced to work on my nails cutting my cuticles hurting my skin, then she used a electric grinder on top of my nails again hurting my nails. I told her she was hurting me when she used the electric grinder right down to my nail. I did mention I had a split nail and not to go over it. She went over it anyway when I finished telling her not to. She did not stop nor did she apologize. The manicurist I usually go to does not use an electric grinder on my nails. Since going there, the 2nd day my nails began to break under the polish. Two weeks later my nails are all chipped at the ends. The other salon I usually go do a way better job and my nails never break with their Shellac applications. I can go to the salon twice after the first time & my nails are still beautiful looking. I blame the careless employee for my nails breaking for her uncaring use of the electric grinder on my nails. I will not ever go there nor do I recommend this business. I will be calling in there in person once restrictions are over to politely talk to the owner on her employee.

My nails are longer on some fingers and shorter on the other hand. The female owner is also very rude and impatient. She treats people very differently and doesn’t treat everyone as an equal. She talks to her employees too as if their dumb. Good luck on getting your nail fixed too! They don’t take appts, you’ll wait so long and owner doesn’t even apologize for it.

I was really disappointed with how I was treated by the nail tech. She filed my cuticles so much that they burned and filed my acrylics way too short so I had to pay to get new ones put on. When I got the new ones on the design didn't look anything like in the picture and the refused to redo it or give me a refund.

FIRST VISIT :Very pricy, BUT- amazing work, Neil knows what he’s doing and did my nails in 45 mins (with appointment) , my nails were terrible before and I’ve never had such great work.

I've gone to regal nails about 4 times now and I always get the best service. They always do exactly what I want. I only come every 4-5 weeks because I am a super busy person, but my nails always last that long! Thank you Neil and all the lovely ladies that take such good care of me! I'll be seeing you again!

I wasn't sure if the place was open because we saw nobody through the glass doors but we were greeted after awhile although it wasn't exactly pleasantly. If I owned the business I would be happy to have customers in an empty place. Two of us had pedicures. I believe the base price is $37. They did a thorough job and nice massage. Never had my toenails painted while wearing my sandals but it was ok. The place is extremely clean, plays music and is very relaxing. I would return and recommend this place to others.

Just got them done today, the lady doing my nails was rough. I now have sore nail beds and I asked for them to be shorter nails, but she gave me long nails. I have already cut them. Money down the drain...

Was disappointed in a service my 13 yr daughter received and contacted and spoke to the manager. I informed him her nails were too long and didn't look right. He rudely informed me it's what she wanted. I explained it was her first time as being experienced they should of suggested a shorted length for her first time. He was ignorant to me on the phone. After arguing with my concerns he very hesitantly agreed to bring her in to shorten them. If he handles complaints like this I would hate to see how he deals with people in person. As possible returning customers we will not be going back.

I have been coming here for a few years now and when I came in today, I was impressed at the Covid rules that staff and clients were expected to adhere to...with the exception of this female red head staff doing nails on a teenage girl, who thought she was above the law and above Covid and protecting her clients. I'm sorry, but the mask goes over your mouth and nose, not under your chin...and as soon as her customer left, she took her mask off and put it in her pocket while walking around the salon among all the other customers and staff. She is the reason I am giving a 1* review, other this place gets a 5-star every time, especially Joban who goes above and beyond for professionalism and safety. I am writing this review to make the owner aware that one of his staff is a potential Covid threat.

I got my nails done last week and they were 80 dollars! for a short set of acrylics, they were very messy on the bottoms and the tips and the day after i got them one fell off! 1 week later they all fell off except my thumbs. definitely never coming back, $80 is what i paid at a different nail salon, for me and my friend with designs and regal charged 35 for just acrylics, every additional color was 8$. very poor quality for such a high price

I think, it is the best place so far where I could have my jell nails done with no bubbles and chips after a week of wearing. The art work is beautiful and stays longer than any other salons I've been before. Staff is always there for you and respect your wish and opinion as a customer, but also do not hesitate to suggest something different or better in their professional opinion. The manager was very disrespectful to my grandma after she asked him about the senior discount. We will definitely not attend this establishment in the future if this is how the manager treats elders. edit: My review of this establishment still stands because the person speaking to my grandmother had asked her "can you read" in a condescending tone while raising his voice at her, so of course her reaction was going to be a negative one. They were rude and disrespectful, but I'm sure your establishment will be fine without our business. If anything these one star reviews show a growing trend of similarity and that is that there is truth to them.

I have been coming here for quite a while and I always get amazing service. I get my nails done by Neil because he did an awesome job on my first time being there so I'm sticking with him! He's super nice and funny and very good at his job. Today I asked for this really cute blue color and asked if he could put a snowflake on my ring finger. He went above and beyond and made my nails look super cute!! I love being surprised and the little gem and added detail is much appreciated. Will be getting my nails done here by Neil for as long as I need them! :)

My mom and I go for pedicures about every six weeks. We always have professional well done pedicures. The staff are very friendly. The place is very clean and all the equipment is sterilized appropriately. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The best nail salon in Brandon! Shaping is perfect, you get exactly what you want and the salon itself is super welcoming. They're very accommodating as well with fitting in clients, and your appointment won't take long at all. I am a French tip fanatic and it only takes about 40 mins. A HUGE plus. They make you feel comfortable and a top priority the whole experience! Regal has a ton of other amazing services that I hope to try before moving in December! Highly recommend!

Awful experience. Rushed, rough working, they hurt my feet, my toe bled. It seemed as if at least the staff member who attended to me had poor understanding and speaking of English. They did not care that they hurt me and ignored my protests. Nailpolish applied without a base or protecting cover layer, streaky and unprofessional. Socalled callus removal is nothing but a very coarse grater and I can do a better job myself. In fact I came home and did it all over. Will never go again and will never advise anybody to pay money for this. Could not see how they sterilize their tools, but the salon was at least clean. Nobody was friendly and I felt like a burden, not a paying client. No thanks. Never again!

Paid $73 for ombre set just for them to come out not even a week after. Very expensive place and the quality is not great. Those sets should've lasted for minimum of 2 weeks but somehow they already started coming off. I will never go back again!

There was a group of 5 of us for a bridal party who wanted to get a manicure, pedicure or both. Some also got acrylic nails. We ended up being 15 minutes late for our appointment because we were late coming into Brandon. We called them to tell them we were going to be late and they said it was fine. We got into the salon and right away the manager told us that usually if people are 15 minutes late, they cancel. The manager told us that we had pushed all of his clients back for that day because they were so busy. We obviously applogized, even said we would go somewhere else but they decided to take us. The manager did one of the girls nails and told her “see what happens when your late” and he kept asking why we were late which is none of his business. He was aggressive with her and would push her hands to where he wanted them. We went to pay and he told us that if we pay in cash we get 15% off because we’re a bridal party which no one mentioned before so we could have the chance to take out cash. He mentioned once again how we were late said this is what happens when your late and referred to the lady who couldn’t get her nails done. I understand we were late but they could have refused to take us. We came to get our nails done so we could relax before the wedding. Instead of being relaxed we were harassed the whole time for being late. Will not be going there again.

Got a mani/pedi combo for mothers day. I'm going to chalk it up to an inexperienced tech but she barely pumiced my feet and she didn't really push the cuticles back and then proceeded to get nail polish all over skin around the nails. I asked her to touch it up and she used cuticle scissors, no wood stick in sight. I had to tell her there was a mani too and I feel like she rushed through it. She got so much nail polish all over skin around the nails they stuck to the skin when drying under the light. And she made me bleed with cuticle scissors. Needless to say I didn't tip and won't be back.

Absolutely great service! I have had my nails done for a few months at Regal and I have always been more then happy! I have also received pedicures there and have always left feeling satisfied. I have been to some places where my nail shape or color application wasnt satisfactory but I have never had that problem at Regal! I ABSOLUTELY recommend it!

First time I bleeded while I was getting service from owner lady. Sometime later, I was looking for girl I normally get service from, but she wasn't available that day. So I was hesitant get service, then owner lady told me “ then If you don’t want service then go.” They have terrible customer service.
