Impossible to call in when calling from a rotary/ office phone as you are told to press 1,2 or 3. Very inconvenient .. called the princess location to advise and seek help as their line gets answered without having to push anything; reception was super unhelpful and kept telling me that it’s not her fault and she has nothing to do with the other location .. unfortunately you carry the same company name and ARE correlated .... just super unhelpful- I hung up.

The girls are always so professional and truly passionate. The spa itself itself is a stunning and relaxing environment.
