I always get what I ask for and the price is affordable and not overpriced. Very clean and welcoming environment, you feel like family when you’re there and the girls are very engaging. I have been living in Shelburne for the past four years and l refuse to go elsewhere, so I will commute for the hour when I have my appointments. Before COVID, wait time was terrible. You could wait for 1 to 2 hours before getting your eye brow waxed or threaded. But right now it’s better, but you have to call ahead to book an appointment

This place is awful. The employees are very rude and they never have time for you! They’re somehow always too busy for simple eyebrow threading, even when no other patrons are in the salon. Don’t waste your time here.

I went to get my eye brow done. Although I came first and was waiting for 15 mins, the salon staff put another customer without appointment before me. The customer did not have an appointment because when I asked who came first, she responded to the salon staff she came after I did. I felt disrespected because if she was going to put someone ahead of me, she should have said it. I am sure we all have busy schedule. Favoritism does not bring success to any business. Being professional, polite and so forth is what will make your business continue to thrive.
