I have been a customer at Sasso’s for a few years now and would never consider going anywhere else. John and his team have gone above and beyond to make their clients feel safe during COVID-19. From wearing masks, installing plexiglass and keeping everywhere at a safe distance from one another; I was so impressed with how the salon was operating. The staff were constantly cleaning not only their stations but the entire salon. I recommend this salon not only for their amazing colour and cuts but for their incredible staff members who always put their clients well being first.

I've had my hair cut from both Cathy and Mary. They are both excellent at what they do! Attentive and efficient! Been going to Sasso for haircuts since 2013. My only comment is more on the customer service level... There was one occasion where the person before me was very late for her appointment and upon arrival I was made to wait an hour near the front door and it was cold at the time. It would have been nice, if I was called before I got there to re-schedule if the appointment was basically going to go over my appointment. Other than that, I've always had a great experience!

Fresh, updated and friendly vibe. While the original barbers are still awesome at what they do (my dad still only trusts the owner, Gabriel, with his hair), the new talent offer new and updated styles adaptable to your preference. I have been coming to this location since I was born and despite going to school out of town, I still come back to Brampton to get my hair cut by Danny (I give him full creative reign on my hairstyle and he never fails to impress)! 100% recommend trying out this salon!

It all started when a really good haircut of my colleague caught my attention at work. I was referred by him to try Sasso. In my two or three visits so far, I had the best experience and John somehow seems to get the same picture that I have in mind before sitting on that chair. I am extremely picky in terms of how my hair should look. John has never failed to impress me. I always leave looking different. I would give 4.75 stars. I will be easily 5 stars if the salon was open late too! I always have to rush after work to get to the salon. And weekends are not an option for me.

I emailed to book an appointment for a haircut. No response from the owner. Both my son and I have gotten haircuts from them and we were both very happy! I feel insulted and discriminated against. The advertise on FB to email for appointments and then they don’t respond. Guess I’m not white enough to be considered a valued customer.

I was not at all impressed, i wanted balayage for my hair but instead she coloured all of my hair. During the consultation I was told 125 when she saw my hair and I told her what is to be done. later they charged me 80$ extra complaining my hair is thick !!! i ended up paying so much more and not getting what i wanted at all.

I had made an appointment to have my roots done. I arrived at 5:40pm and my appointment was at 5:45pm. The receptionist told me to take a seat and I would be called once the chair is available. I sat there for 25 minutes before my hair stylist Maryanne approached me to tell me that shes still with her previous client and asked if I was getting a cut as well. I advised I am only here for my roots. At 6:20pm I was finally taken to the back where I told Maryanne that I would like my roots done black and not to match the rest of my hair. She proceeded to colour my roots. My scalp and ears were burning so I told her and she tried to remove the slather of colour that was on my ears. At no time did Marianne acknowledge that she was incredibly late or even apologize. She continued to try making conversation but at this point I was so unhappy of the wait that I didn't even bother. Then I was waiting for my colour and she took another client next to me. I had to ask her when I would be done with my colour. She said another 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes before she was done with her client. While shampooing she asked me how to pronounce my name and I told her. She said she thought my name was Raina (not even close to my name). Overall she didn't do a great job as I had to clean the colour off of my face myself and the colour wasn't even black. It was a tint of reddish brown which I didn't ask for. At this time I would think customer service would be a top priority like being on time, acknowledging if your late or knowing my name. I am paying for a service and my time is just as valuable as others. I would not recommend this salon. I now need to get my hair corrected to the colour that I asked for.

The staff at Sasso are friendly, highly professional, respectful, and listen to what the client wants. The owner, John, took the initiative to call me to book an appointment. Danny, one of the hair dressers, is excellent in cutting and styling hair and providing the best results. The salon was clean, organised, and followed proper social distancing protocols. Keep in mind that they are following the protocols properly, so be patient in getting a call back for an appointment! I highly suggest Sasso for anyone who wants to get the best quality and care for their hair.

I got my hair done by Danny for the second time yesterday and I was very happy with the way that it looked. He was very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions on how to keep my hair healthy and moisturized in the winter time vs. the summer. He didn't rush with my styling process even when he knew that there was another customer waiting for him. I will definitely be returning to get my hair cut from Danny again!

He tried his best fixing it and not charged me a penny for that. I can see how he love his work. I can travel a 100 km to get hair cut and color done from Sasso. The whole staff is wonderful.
