I truly cannot find all the words to say about Salon 247 and the Ladies. I’ve been coming here for awhile and I’m always frequently changing my hair. I’ve had it Black, Purple, Red, platinum blonde, and also have done Highlights and everything in between. I’m very particular on who touches my hair and I’m always extremely happy whenever I leave. Andrea does my hair and I Love how honest she is on what my results will be and how to keep my hair healthy and looking great. I truly get so many compliments on my hair and it’s all thanks to them. I wish I could give them 10 stars as they deserve it. I would highly suggest anyone to come here and I tell everyone who asks me about my hair where to go. Love you guys and thanks for always making my hair look amazing and making me feel amazing when i leave.

I have been going here for almost six years and have mostly seen Carla but sometimes Melissa who usually works in the barber shop. I had long hair when I first came and have worked my way to exceedingly short and have always been delighted with the service, the friendliness of everyone there and the final result. Even people I've never dealt with treat me like an old friend! The one time I had a moment of panic, went back and Carla saw me right away and worked on it until I was able to leave happy. The customer service at this salon has been great. Yes they are busy, but that's because they're great at what they do. They are very customer oriented and truly make an effort to ensure I'm comfortable at every moment. From the initial phone call with Andrea to the final haircut with Lurdes was an exceptional experience. Trust me - worth the wait to get in.

I want everyone to know what a horrible experience I had at this salon. I booked for a hair colour and this was by far the worst place I have ever gotten my hair done from. I got my hair dyed red twice from Andrea and she charged me both times. She told me the colour would fade the first time so I need to come back in the second time and after that it won’t fade for a while. But the same problem occurred again, my hair started to fade completely after jus a couple washes. Also, the bottom part of my hair turned completely blonde even after cutting them. I don’t know what chemicals they used on my hair, my hairs completely damaged from the bottom and no colour of hair dye would stay on the bottom pieces of my hair. I asked them to fix my hair and said I won’t be paying anymore. She gave me such an attitude saying “we can’t do anything about it and blamed the whole thing on me saying “I wasn’t using the right products”. However, she agreed to just cut the bottom blonde parts of my hair for free as she should. I payed a total of $400 for my hair and I absolutely hate how it looks. She booked my appointment for a haircut twice but I got confused with the time and said I am running a bit late and would be there soon. Andrea was extremely rude and said they won’t take me anymore as they had other clients coming in as well and when I asked her when her next availability is, she blocked me on Instagram which is highly unprofessional. She could’ve at least communicated with me as I am her customer. So, guys please save your money and time as they are highly unprofessional and their services are over-priced and low quality. Also, save your hair from getting damaged. I would not recommend anyone going to this salon as they are very rude and unprofessional.

I came here because I won 2 haircuts from an online auction for a good cause. I just want to start of by saying that first impression of Lou is that she is the most welcoming, sweetest lady. Felt like it wasn't my first timing meeting her. Made me and my daughter feel very welcomed ! Thank you. As for the haircuts , she did an amazing job, took her time and explained why she did this a certain way. Not going to be my last visit, that's for sure !

I want everyone to know what a horrible experience I had at this salon. I booked for a colour and cut with the owner, Lurdes or "Lou," and I have never been more disappointed with a hair service. My colour is patchy and the cut is uneven and much shorter than I had asked. She constantly left me in the middle of my service to answer the phone or talk to other staff and she had multiple clients on the go so I ended up waiting around with wet hair. Overall, she was very unprofessional and didnt't seem to know what she was doing. All the other staff seemed great, but I would never recommend this salon to anyone!

Lou and Andrea always go above and beyond to make their clients feel and look their very best! I do miss the cappuccino they made before COVID - hopefully that comes back after COVID ☕️????????
