New looks hair salon is absolutely the best hair salon in the business. Awesome customer service , fast work environment , and all the workers are super nice. Getting a haircut there every week forever and ever. Shout out Ann!!amazing technique. She always cuts my hair , no other salon can ever have me as a customer.

The place is busy and the people are friendly but it's really dirty and dated, they also charged 20 for just a shampoo and blow dry for very short, man cut hair, and we provided our own shampoo and conditioner.

They are rude. They do not honour their appointments. I waited a week. She served 2 people who were walkins while i waited in disgust . I walked out. They didn't care. Poor service. It's disgusting in this mall. Dirty.

My family always come here for haircut. They have nice staff. But yesterday sunday october 13 was not a good day for my wife, because the person who cut her hair doesn't match for what she was asking for. She thought the lady understood what my wife wants for her hair. The lady keep on saying she knows what my wife wants but in the end, she really don't know. We're not really happy for the outcome. We hope next time, the hairstylist would listen first to their customer before they say or do anything else. And one more thing, the lady she keeps on talking to the other lady while doing their job. We gave 3 stars because we know some hairstylist there are really doing their job.,they are doing the best they can to satisfy their customer. Not like the others that they said, they're the best but I think they are really not.
