I can’t imagine getting my hair done anywhere else and my husband and kids go here as well. You can’t go wrong with any of the ladies here, Bianca is my go to stylist though. The girls that work here are amazing. Legit saved my hair from another hair dresser who left bleach in my hair so long it fell out. I was so embarrassed of how my hair looked after, I didn't even want to go to someone else to get it done. But Stephanie made me feel so good, she helped me right away no questions. Fast forward 2 years later and I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done, I leave this place every time so happy with how my hair looks and that never used to happen to me. Not to mention all the girls here are so nice and welcoming its actually fun to sit in the chair for 5 hours. I promise you they'll give you what you want and more.

This place is awesome and deserves everyone of these 5 stars. I went in for an appointment to get my hair cut and beard trimmed and met Cici, Stephanie and Jennifer. They were all very nice and accomidating. Cici did an amazing job on my beard, shes very talented with the straight razor. The studio itself was beautiful. Very clean and professional. Let me start off by saying, I have only trusted 2 people to do my hair in my entire life, until recently. Long story short, moved to Brampton recently and was unable to see my regular stylist. I needed a new look and have extremely wild, curly hair. Stephanie was recommended as an expert in curly hair, which was my main objective. I met with her and instantly felt at ease. I booked a week later. The result was AMAZING. I love how my hair turned out. The cut and colour are incredible. I can't recommend this salon enough. I have been following Stephanie from salon to salon for her services for almost a decade on and off (even when I lived in downtown Toronto and she was based here in Brampton!). So happy she decided to open her own salon. It is always service with a smile and my hair always looks fantastic. My husband goes to see Jen regularly as well and he is very particular about how his hair is cut and has complained incessantly when he has been to other stylists. They always try to accommodate us and make us feel welcome when we are there and everyone there is very personable. Even when I had relatives from out of town who needed their hair styled for an event, we were able to come to the salon before opening to get some beautiful waves and curls that lasted well beyond the night. With the recent pandemic, the staff has made a lot of effort to ensure the safety of others including the installation of plexiglass and investment in PPE for the team. They notify clients if there are any appointments running behind so that they are not left waiting and idling outside. I hope that these lockdown restrictions will not be prolonged - all the staff here deserve to be using their skills and working!

I’ve only had Natalia cut my hair - she’s absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to listen to what I want, and she always gives me a great cut. The overall feel of the salon is very professional, yet comfortable (not like intimidating and cold salons I’ve been to in the past). I just love this place! I found in through Instagram 2 years ago and since then it has been my go-to ! Stephanie and Jennifer are both sweethearts and the whole staff does know how to give awesome customer service! Its like a happy place where they treat you like a friend and provide you the best overall experience. Many times I needed a last minute service and they have gone above and beyond ( emailing and calling back and forth) to fit me in a slot. There was an incident with my appointment where it was never put into the system. It was concerning but they accommodated me anyways. Any other salon wouldn't have done that, and Jennifer fit me in, and stayed an extra 4 hours to do my hair even though she was sick. They apologized for the mistake and made me feel welcome. Wow...literally wow. I'm absolutely blown away by the exceptional experience I've received from this salon. There's a lot of good about this place. The decor is bright, minimalistic and beautiful. The receptionist is a sweetheart (super polite and sweet!), and my hair stylist, she is amazing!! I was so worried prior to going in because I have had some bad experiences with stylists who don't know how to handle Arabic/thick hair. Prior to going in, I spoke with the receptionistand explained my concern and she assured me that my stylist will be able to handle my hair. And she wasn't wrong! Seriously, take a look at the pic of my hair. I wish I took a before pic so you can see the difference. As well, I don't know if many salons do this, but they offered me water, tea etc! That was very thoughtful. Also, their staff are fun to talk to. No really, they talk about topics that are interesting. They try to get to know you etc. I don't know about you, but when I go to other salons, I really hate the drab talk that the stylist or other staff have with me, so i generally tend to stay quiet. But, here, the girls were sincere. They took their time with me, gave me loads of advice on how to take care of my hair and they made me laugh! They cared for me like I was a friend. Maybe to others, this isn't a big deal, but to me, it is these little things that make a big difference. I don't get to treat myself very often, so the fact that they took that extra effort to make me comfortable and happy, this is what I call exceptional customer service. I'm happy to say that this is going to be my go to place for all things hair and I'm going to recommend my family and friends to go here to. Very knowledgeable and experienced, gave great suggestions on what would look good and worked magic to make it come true! Overall, just great vibes and amazing talent at this salon. Everyone i’ve met is super friendly, and welcoming. No pressure to keep up conversations or chatter away if that’s you while you get your hair done. Booking is very easy, they recently switched to an online booking system, so based on how many hours are needed for what you want done, you can see what time slots/dates are available for all the stylist or if you want a specific stylist (highly recommend Natalia ????). Location is very easy to get to, on Main between Williams pkwy & Vodden, across the street from the Plaza with Giant Tiger & Platos Closet. Plenty of parking in front of the store and a great Portuguese Bakery in the same plaza if you want a snack or treat!

While not knowing what to do with my shoulder length hair, I found mane attraction as a recommendation on google. I sent an email to mane attraction, and asked if what I wanted could work. They replied within minutes. I was recommended to a hair stylist named Jen. I walked into the salon with welcoming smiles, As Jen helped me figure out what I should do with my long hair. Out of my 20 years of getting hair cuts and trims, I can honestly say it was the greatest cut I’ve ever received. Not only did they treat me to a excellent cut, but they treated me to excellent service and care. I’ve never went anywhere else and haven’t even thought of going anywhere else. UPDATE - I can't delete this review or else I would. After speaking with the owner - I would have to say that any of my bad thoughts about the salon has gone out the window. Stephanie was very pleasant to talk to and was willing to work with me and rebook my appointment without any penalty. I have booked an appointment for the near future and am looking forward to getting my hair done here. Thank you to all the staff that has been in touch with me to address this issue! I wish I could recommend this place to people but the opportunity to do so was taken away from me from the salon. I booked an appointment with a hairstylist to get Balayage done. The process for booking an appointment is to fill out a form, someone will then contact you to book a video consultation and from there you book you appointment and pay of a deposit of $100.00... During my consultation I made it clear that I work and I need a weekend or and evening appointment and Aman suggested an 8:00 appointment on Thursday, which, in my understanding meant that she suggested an 8:00 PM appointment as per my instructions for an evening appointment. On the date of the appointment they advised me that it was actually an AM appointment which I clearly couldn't attend to because of work and they would now be keeping my $100.00 deposit. After speaking to management (I believe they ladies name was Stacy or something close to), they actually confirmed and apologized for the misunderstanding, so I suggested rebooking another appointment and paying an additional deposit (to show good faith) in which both deposits would go towards my appointment - however I told them I did agree to loosing $100.00 for an appointment that was booked in error by their salon. I gave them a chance to rectify this issue and the management told me they would need to talk to the owner (Stephanie) and they they would get back to me but they never got back to me and they decided to keep $100.00 opposed to keeping a possible long term client. Personally, I work hard for my money and I would love my hard earned dollars to go towards honest businesses who don't steal from people - this company is unfortunately completely opposite. Please take this review with caution and be extra careful when paying $100.00 to the salon for your deposits.

Used to be my favourite place to go and get a haircut. They offer you water, coffee or tea right when you enter, making you feel at home. Most of the girls that work there are actually really kind; however I feel like now its gone downhill? Maybe it was just due to the events that happened after my haircut that made me feel that way. Firstoff, they used to reply to their instagram messages more professionally, whereas they've changed quite a bit (picture below for proof) which already made me question if I should even book but I did anyways because I was in dire need of a haircut and I never left Mane Attraction with a bad haircut so hence the 3 stars and not less. But here's where I made my decision on not returning; My haircut was booked for 12-1pm. I was early so they offered me to sit and offered the usual coffee, tea or water. My hair appointment started around 12:30 but I was fine with it because I didn't have anything planned that day and i understand that sometimes things don't go on schedule. They only charged me for 30mins instead of the hour I booked (I didnt need the full hour). Again, like I said earlier their haircuts are always a hit but its what happens next... So I offer my provider their tip and they say "oh no its okay", but i gave them the tip on their table and they proceeded to say "oh thank you" with a smile. You would assume nothing's wrong in this situation, correct? No. I went home and was scrolling through instagram stories and Mane Attraction shortly shared a tiktok type video posted by the owner "explaining" that tips are "racist", "sexist" and considered "harassment" *right* after my appointment (picture/video below). When I messaged the Mane Attraction account replying to the video, my message was read right away but left on read. So I messaged the hairdresser that provided me the service and asked if i offended them but unfortunately they still have yet to answer. I was going to go back to the establishment and ask for my tip back but it has nothing to do with the employee that i tipped but whomever posts on the Mane Attraction's social media and/or the owner. Reminder: it does not say anywhere on Mane Attraction's website, instagram or in their shop that they don't accept tips. It is assumed that a tip is earned. I felt as though the hairdresser earned my tip because they did a great job and made me feel comfortable however now after this ordeal, I don't feel comfortable going back. EDIT: Changing my 3 stars to a 1. The owner contacted me 4 days later saying she’s “only seeing my message now” and instead of apologizing right away for making me uncomfortable, They sent me a random google page stating as to how and why tips are considered racist; might I add I have never seen a single person of colour in the shop nor do they provide hair care or services for POC in general. Considering the place isn’t very diverse, but will preach to me about how tipping was racist; seems very fake “woke” if you will.

My sister was getting married and decided that maybe red hair wouldn't look too great for me at the wedding, so she called and set me up an appointment with Jennifer. Despite being pretty booked up they managed to squeeze me in. I arrived and was immediately seated. She did an absolutely amazing job on my hair, and she even left some of the red which I was very happy about! My sister loved it so much and I got a million and one compliments on my hair. The next day the entire bridal party went in for hair and makeup (which they opened early just for us) and they did a stunning job on all the girls! Stephanie and Jennifer are so bubbly and easy to talk to and they do such a great job! The entire staff is so great and welcoming! The salon is clean and beautiful with such a home feel to it! I saw Joanna back in August for a cut, and highlights. Mane attraction is VERY professional and I felt very safe with all the precautions they are taking. I have very curly hair and Joanna transformed me into a goddess. I had a wedding the next day and she gave me instructions how to maintain the style for the wedding. One of the best salon experiences I have ever had...and my mother was a hairdresser for 20 years so that is saying a lot! These girls will take care of you and really understand hair.

Completely dissatisfied with my cut, it looks like a kid ran thru my hair with scissors. It’s ridiculously uneven, choppy and doesn’t suit me. I booked with their senior stylist who rushed thru my appointment, she cut it much shorter than the guide I showed her (her own work), and didn’t make any suggestions about what might suit me. It will take a long time to grow this out to get it evened out and look cleaner.

Quite hard to get a booking now a days, left voicemails and sent messages but no reply, In addition they implemented a security deposit fee that applies to existing customers, not just the new ones. Tried their online booking system but it doesn’t work either. Wish them all the best, time to find a new hair saloon.

I’m very picky with my hair cuts and I rarely have hair dresser do my fade. But I thought I would give Mane Attraction an opportunity since they did so good on my two little girls. To get a little background, I’m the type who’s willing to travel an Hour to innisfil to get a hair cut because I trust I will walk out feeling good about it. So anyways, I gave them a chance and I loved it! Natalia did a fade and a scissor cut on top. The fade was fresh (Great) and the cut was just as good! I will continue to go there, the atmosphere is great too, the girls there are super friendly. Price is a bit high if you compare it to a barber around the area but hey, saves me on an hr ride up north and you walk out saying, “ it was worth it!”

I went there to get my hair dyed and styled for my first visit, jeniffer did an amazing job and was very professional and friendly so I went back again for my daughter's wedding and Stephanie styled my hair and it look absolutely stunning and Jennifer did my make up and made me look like a whole new women. This is the second visit to this salon for me. Normally, I only do one visit because I am never satisfied with results that I would normally receive at other salons. My first haircut was nice but my second haircut was great! I love how AJ cut my hair. She is very talented and really knows what she is doing. The atmosphere here is very laid back and welcoming. The price point is also very reasonable for the service and quality they provide their customers. I will definitely keep coming. I think I will try a colour appointment next time. One more plus for this place is that they are open on Sundays!!

Let me start off by saying that when it comes to my hair, there are few people I trust - Stephanie (and her team) make that list! I’ve been a client of Stephanie’s since before she opened Mane Attraction but now I refuse to go anywhere else. Stephanie is my go-to but I’ve had my hair done by Jen and Joanna as well and would HIGHLY recommend any of the stylists at Mane Attraction. They are a team that work together and just seem to get ‘it’ (no matter what ‘it’ is) – they nail it every time. The salon is inviting, welcoming, and clean. They really do prioritize the client’s experience and have gone out of their way to ensure everyone is safe (and comfortable) in this pandemic world. 10/10, highly recommend.

Got a layered cut from alysha a while back, after she blow dried and styled it you couldn’t really tell how it looks like when it’s waved/curled. Got home and the layers look choppy, not so blended. Definitely wouldn’t recommend her for layers. Got it fixed at koi hair studio !!

AJ and AMAN were absolutely amazing. From the moment I stepped in I was greeted with a smile from AJ. She made me feel comfortable and offered me anything I needed to make myself at home and started with the long four hour process. I was accommodated very quickly by Tracy the beautiful and amazing assistant manager and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. That being said, I just got my 2nd haircut from her and I gotta say she is absolutely THE BEST (no regrets here)!! I had some very unfortunate experiences in the recent years that led to my hair being severely damaged. Stephanie took the time to listen to all of my concerns and handled my delicate hair with such care. I was nervous to do a full head of highlights given my past experiences, but I decided to put my trust in Stephanie. My hair turned out beautifully and felt healthier than ever and there was NO breakage at all. Prices are higher than I ever paid, however I am happy to pay for the quality that I received and not have damaged hair. I will continue to go here and refer anyone looking for a reputable salon.

Would highly recommend! I came into the salon with an awful "blonde" dye job and extremely dead hair. I left the salon looking like a goddess with movement, bounce and dimension. Every single staff member greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. When on a time limit, they had two stylist work on my hair at once to ensure I got out on time. Love love love!

Sadly I was turned away. They don't accept walk in appointments. It didn't seem very busy there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Contrary to what the owner stated I was not greeted right away. I was left awkwardly standing near the front. No one came up to greet me. When I said I was looking for a hair cut I was told no one was available and if I came back in a couple hours they might be able to help. This is a lack of customer service, and I felt unwanted and left. A good or even decent salon is able to tell any customer a time that they are available to accommodate the client. I will never come here again.

Bianca took her time to do a strand test then when my hair passed the test, We started my balayage. My hair turned out beautiful and I love the color!!
