I called weeks in advance, confirmed my appointment the morning of. When I came, there was no stylist. After 1hour of waiting, and no one updating me with the whereabouts of the stylist. I left. No apologizes or explanation.

Horrible experience, I asked for a trim the stylist cut 6 inches off my hair. The stylist and I use that term loosely Jody cut the back so uneven that its 3 years later and Im still trying to grow it out When I tried to speak with management or the owners I was given the biggest run around. They even tried to get me to pay them to put in extensions to fix my hair after they ruined it. They had me come in and wait for 3 hrs for another stylist who they said would fix the cut three hrs after she came in and snipped off one hanging uneven curl at the back that was it. Then again they tried to get me to pay them to put in extensions. I was given such a big run around when I tried o get to the owner that I started thinking the place is obviously a front for some other type of activity. This was the absolute worse and most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a salon. I also dont understand why you are not permitted to know who the owner is or speak with them

Dynamic7 has been cutting my hair for the past 6 years now. I can tell you that these guys they know what they are doing. it gets really busy Weekends but its always worth the wait. Pricing is very good. You can always talk to the barbers if you want, that saves the time as well while getting your hair cut. #Friendly #TeamWork #NoCaps I rate this place.
