I've been coming to CBSQUARED my haircut since they first opened shop in 2014, and I have yet to ever be disappointed. From the easy booking of my appointments to the great persistence of the receptionists. The vibe is great, the barber's and stylists love what they do, this is forsure. My Barber, Chadwin is a master of his craft, I can always count on him to take care of me. All in all, and amazing place to be.

I have always gone to my guy in Scarborough for a haircut when I lived there but then I moved to Brampton. I finally decided to find someone close by to where I live now as the trek was becoming too much. Though I was hesitant as in my opinion/experience, a good barber is hard to find, I found Jason on Kijiji and made an appointment. He was on time and professional, the end result was me being happy and that is hard to do when it comes to my hair. Today, I saw Travis, he was good too but not on time. You can be the best at what you do but if you don't value my time, then it's over. I will however continue to be a regular client of Jason at CB Squared as the talent is there. Advise for the future: Be on time, the same as you want your clients to be.

I have natural kinky hair and this is the only salon I will trust to wash, blow dry, and trim. The ONLY reason I didn't give them a 5/5 is because they don't have enough appointments so it's hard to get in to do your hair.

Went in for a haircut and the whole experience was terrible. One of the barbers took over an hour on a mediocre cut. Would not recommend because the hair cut here was definitely not worth it for both the TIME and MONEY. Would rate it 0/5 if I had the option. Better off visiting the neighbouring spa's/barber shops.

Straight up amazing overall experience! The barber "Kevin" took his time, was calm and comfortable and not in a hurry. Which is really reassuring for anyone looking to get a haircut. Kim is primarily my hairstylist and I live the fact that she ca deal with my natural hair without the usage of a flat iron. I love the friendly atmosphere, the warm welcome you get whether you're a regular customer, or if it is your first time going into the salon. I will always continue to support CB Squared no matter what.

Not a great experience but I will try and be fair. I ended up with an extended wait time to get my hair cut despite having an appointment. The staff were apologetic but an ETA and Feel free to come back a bit later would have felt appropriate. This, though, was due to customers before me taking much longer than scheduled. On starting the process there was apparently a miscommunication over measurements which left me with a much shorter haircut than I'd intended. I'd explained the idea about three times so while I will give the stylist some credit for being stressed I'm stuck growing out my hair for a considerable time. Overall, not pleased. Will continue hunting for a good barber in this city.

Unfriendly staff with little to no care for customers. Recently had a death in the family and a barber (who is not my stylist) recommended to charge me a no show fee for being unable to contact them due to personal reasons. Staff told me I could have an appointment after I argued with the barber they said nothing was available. Definitely not going back. Only ever got braids done and they overcharged me twice without telling me till the end, still within what I was going to tip but felt like the store was taking the money from my stylist. The fades look ugly you better off finding a real barbers, the girls know how to braid. Don't support a bad business that takes money from the stylists that make the brand.

I am someone who has a lot of hair (length and volume) by the time I need a cut. Because of that, I usually end up with one I am not happy with. Needless to say, I get a little nervous when I book a hair appointment. I recently had a stylist give me a choppy, uneven cut. Luckily I found Camile who knew exactly what to do to fix it and she washed, cut, styled it in less than an hour! Not only is she a lovely person inside and out, she is a wonderful stylist. I am excited to say that after 'years' of looking for someone who knows how to cut my hair, I found Camile! I wouldn't trust my hair in any other hands.

I was scouting around for a new barber in the Brampton area. I came across the reviews and I had walked by and notice the new studio and how cleaned it looked. I walked in and I was told I had to book an appointment. I went ahead and I booked the kings package. Chad is extremely skilled at his art and is also good to have conversations with. I had a minor complication and he did all he could to try and attend to the situation. Tiffany is an amazing CSR who was warm and friendly from point blank and called and made sure I was doing ok. I highly recommend CBsquared. The environment is professional and I felt comfortable. All the barbers and beauticians were friendly and tried to help out. Awesome job standing out among the other substandard shops in the city.

My mom had her hair dyed here last weekend, but when we got home we noticed that the roots were a completely different colour than the ends. The roots were orange and the ends were brown. My mom called the salon right away to express her concerns and was told that she could either get her roots matched to her ends or her ends matched to her roots. She was told that she could call back in a few days with her decision. My mom called back today and was told that she would have to pay for the re-do! This is very upsetting. My mom is not asking for a re-do because she changed her mind about the colour or the cut, she is asking for a re-do due to the quality of the work itself. We are both very disappointed with the customer service.

Well I first met Camille and her stylist Kim in 2008 when I was desperately in need of modern stylists after continuously having bad experiences and since that time, I never looked back! In all honesty, I have never had any issues with any styles, treatments or advice they've given. I literally can fall asleep in either one of their chairs in confidence knowing that the style I want will be turn out exactly as visioned. I admire the entire CB2 team. Every time I walk into the studio the I experience something new. The work I've seen thee all produce is amazing. They are truly passionate about hair most of all they are hair!!!

I had previously been switching from salon to salon in downtown Brampton and never got the right vibe from any of them or the styling wasn't what I would consider the best for myself. I noticed CB Squared on instagram and called in the next day and they were happy to have me come in just a few hours later for a full colour, cut, and style. My stylist was Tashana and she was amazing at what she does to say the least! I went in nervous about another bad experience that put me off from salons for a year or so, but left feeling confident and extremely happy. From the decor, to the vibe, to the other stylists in the salon it was overall such a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This salon is great! Friendly upbeat atmosphere, great service and awesome with kids. Travis is incredible with his designs. My son loves going for his cut just to see what Travis will come up with next. Both Travis and Chad take great care of my son. Travis is careful not to cut my son's sensitive skin when trimming while Chad goes the extra step toclean him up nicely. Thanks guys for all extra special attention. I love this place. Don't let the odd person's low review steer you away from here. You can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time. There's always two sides to a story. Try them out to why so many people love them. .

I did not like the quality service in this place, I went in on a Saturday and the place was packed. I was the first to arrive and had a client waiting to get her hair done as well. Due to this my hair was rushed and my weave that typically would last me at least a month, lasted only weeks. The tracks were falling out in within the first 2 weeks. Never experienced this in my life and I will never reture. This was done by the owner Camille, as an owner of the salon I expected so much more.

I visited this salon in hopes of getting rose gold-blonde hair. However, that was not achieved nor has the stylist informed me that she could not achieve the colour I was initially asking for. I came in with blonde hair and left with orange hair with hot roots. Wasted $200 and when asked if she could fix my hair, I was told to pay more to bleach. Definitely not going to be a returning customer here.

I have been going to Cam for everything from weave to wigs to perm to cuts-you name it!- years before the store opened and from then to now, I always leave her chair feeling confident that my hair was done professionally and with care. I have only tried one other female hair stylist at the Studio (Kim) and I was happy with the results as well. From the barber side, Chad, Travis and Derrick have all hooked me up with a sick line-up for my short styles! Great atmosphere in this place with professional care for each client that walks through the door. Will be returning again and again :)
