Nice salon, good customer service, high price tag. I liked my haircut and stylist just fine, but paying over $60 for simply a haircut is just nonsensical to me.

Mandi was an absolute pleasure to work with! I walked into the salon with zero confidence and I walked out feeling,and looking like a million bucks! She was AMAZING! She did wonders taking my brown box dye job (that was turning green) to a brilliant dimensional blonde! I am in LOVE! Highly recommend her!! She is my go to gal from here on out!

Was very happy with service I recieved from Marika today. Her color knowledge and styling abilities were updated and on point. She advised me of hair care tips and tricks that will keep me coming back. I left with my hair feeling softer and smoother than ever! She was ontime and welcomed me with a warm smile and enthusiasm even though it was a 9am appointment, the other stylists around seemed fatigued and not ready for the day with a stylist getting her hair done by another right behind me. Over all plesant experince and will return. The only exception is the extreemly warm lighting that accentuated the warm tones in a i want to be ash blond world. (I am a 4 natural).

Rachel is awesome!! Love the salon and love Rachel, she is always learning to techniques and up for trying new things with my hair. I would recommend the services and also Olaplex product.

Amber Digness - one word: QUEEN! I have thick, long, (and what I would consider to be) ethnic hair and Amber can work miracles, darling. I honestly can't trust a lot of stylists to work with my hair, yet thankfully Amber has gained that sacred trust. As an indigenous woman my hair is very important to me and Amber always honours my culture, beliefs and is accommodating to my requests.

After seeing my friends great colored hair I thought I'd give this salon a try. Big mistake. I asked for very light blonde hair and I was told it was doable since my hair is already light blonde. Stylist over processed my hair, I left with grey hair with patches of yellow. The stylist was very nice and told me she'd fix it for free and gave me 20% off and I understand mistakes can happen BUT I was upset when they started saying it probably happened because I brought my newborn baby with me which means it takes longer... mind you I didn't even ask for the stylist to stop to change or feed my baby, I nursed in the chair and changed him while I was processing. I asked beforehand if I could bring my baby and I was told that was definitely fine, then when they screw up my hair they say it's because I brought my baby. Very unprofessional. I went back and the owner was very kind and even rocked my baby in his seat while my hair was getting done. They managed to take the huge yellow chunks out but I still left with hair that was very different then what I asked for and my hair is still so damaged. I didn't feel like saying anything more at that point, I just wanted to get out of there. I will not be going back.

Worst experience ever. My sister and I were rudely sent away because we were 7 minutes late. We walked in and we both had appointments booked. As soon as we walked in one of the girls whispered in the receptionist’s ear “tell them” and walked away. The receptionist didn’t let us speak and said “sorry they don’t have time for you anymore we have other clients booked and told us to reschedule for being 7 minutes late. I will never recommend this place to anyone. We were not 15 minutes late. We were there and plus a few extra minutes trying to figure out which plaza it was located at. When we walked through the door it was just 10:10 and plus two minutes for you to look on the computer and inform the girls we had arrived. So total 13 minutes. If a reschedule is after 15/20 we should have been able to get our hair done.

The place is really nice, all the people are great the only complain is that they sometimes get the color wrong its close enough to want i want but not exactly the same color which is fine cause they make it look pretty

I was going to post my review right after I got my hair done on July 19th by Angie(I think) but thought I'd to see how it would grow out. But I am so disappointed and upset to have paid $180 for dry brittle yellow hair. I use to go to Erin to get my hair and she was fantastic. Never had an issue with my color. Perfect every time and she never bleached it. When I booked my appointment I requested Heather but she was on holidays so I booked with Angie who I was told had 20 years experience cause I was tired of getting a fresh out of school stylist. So I showed Angie what I wanted. Dark brown for the under cut and just lighter platinum like highlights on top because I already had lighter highlights from my previous cut and I didn't want anything warm. Well she seemed to just do what she wanted. Didn't even pay attention of the style I was wanting and ended up with a cut that looks like I had a box placed on my head when it was cut. Plus it longer bits in several places that shouldn't of there. I have naturally curly hair and told her I did not want it all one length. I felt my colour and cut was rushed cause she didn't even style it after. Now I have yellow brittle hair that cost me $180. Never coming back. Not sure why she had to bleach already light hair.

Madison Neu is an absolute gem and I would completely recommend her for any of your hair needs. I'd definitely follow her anywhere. Didn't have much interaction with the others in the building but the atmosphere was delightful and inviting - there were inside jokes and overall relaxing. it's a good place

New to the area I booked an appointment asking to see someone with experience and I was new to the salon so I'm not sure who to see. I wanted highlights and an angled Bob I brought in a photo post my last cut in ontario to show how my hair has been cut. I arrived got a stylist who started that day. My angled Bob is not an angle and it is uneven and I spend every day trying to conceal the bad cut by pinning it up. The colouring is also terrible and you can see a highlight line, it did not get done to blend or to the root. For over $150 I expect an experienced hairstylist as I requested. I expect a stylist doing colour would know how to apply it. I called the salon about getting it fixed before flying out for the weekend and was told sorry they are full. That is bad service. Not a great salon.

Was a very last minute request and I emailed the shop and they were able to get my daughter in for a color the next day of emailing.....did I mention that I emailed after hours. The hairstylist Stephanie did exactly what my daughter asked for she was great and made her experience amazing. Now we will both be coming to this shop!!
