My sister, my daughter and my self all got hair cuts here from different women. My sister has damaged, coloured hair and she wanted it chopped to five it life. It looked great. Didn't catch the woman's name. Joanne did my daughter's hair and she did so well! Sometimes hair dressers hate dealing with kids but she was so patient and cleaned up my daughter's ragamuffin. Thirdly I have fairly long straight hair and had my hair trimmed before a wedding and it was clean and even! And the prices here are phenomenal. Christine cut my hair and had good advice on how to take better care of it! Recommend for all types of hair.

I was there this week. I didn't have an appointment and was seen when I walked through the door. My stylist took my idea and cut my hair beautifully. 10/10. The best part is the conversation, they really made it a pleasant visit and I will be back soon!

Cut my daughter's hair dry because they "had no time" to wash it, then washed it after her cut anyway. It did look cute though. My son had been growing his hair for months and it finally all levelled out, I had trimmed the back for him so he had no mullet, but wanted a clean up around the bottom because school starts in a few days. I told her "he wants it long just cleaned up around the bottom". I had my two youngest with me too so I couldn't stand there and watch, he came out of his haircut with 1 1/2 inch of hair left all over and square bangs and you could see all the lines everywhere. I asked her to at least fix his bangs, and she just made it worse. I was so mad. Still paid, unfortunately.

Went here for a trim. I had a lot of split ends that I wanted to get rid of. The lady who cut my hair got me seated right away. She knew what I wanted. Was a different cutting technique then I was use to. My hair feels healthy and I am pleased with the end result.

The lady who did my moms hair didn't know what she was doing and started doing something else that my mom didn't want. Another lady had to come finish and try to salvage what she could. You can tell which lady did which side. Do not reccomend.

Nia was an amazing hairdresser and does an awesome job on colouring! She is so respectful, asks questions and even gives a person ideas for their face shape. Best hairstylist ever! I will for sure go back to her any day!

Great spot for a nice, simple haircut. I liked that I could book my spot online and get in/out at a time that worked for me. The location in Brighton is quite nice and I think this will become my regular spot. Staff was really friendly and I felt well taken care of.

Visited on November 16, 2021, the lady appeared not interested in seeing new clients, didn't take the initiative in suggesting a style and didn't have a the vibe of a good customer care. She needs to understand that she is in a service industry and has to serve all kind of clients (blue, brown, orange, purple ). Location has good reviews because all clients are having common background. I am not visiting this location again.

Nededza haircut while I was hone visiting family. Not my usual stylist. I was disappointed in the cut...it grew I was fine. Young girl..very inexperienced in dealing with short cuts. Will ask for a different stylist in this location if I go again...love the location at 130th in Calgary. All qualified staff....

Arrived at location at 4:45 on Saturday. Hours posted on website and front door said open until 5:30. Nobody in salon but 1 employee. I needed a 5-10 minute cut - maximum. She said sorry we’re closed. I said I could really use a cut and she said no & turned off the open sign & ushered me out the door. Needless to say, this was brutal customer service Won’t be coming back there.
