I'll preface this email by saying all the stylists are great. I won't be rebooking though because of the following 1) Of the 6 times I booked online 4 of the times I was contacted to try to tweak the time. I have to conclude their online booking tool isn't a great indicator of their actual availability. And if you can't change the time (because you booked for when you needed to book) you'll be the one inconvenienced or have to have an appointment start late etc. 2) They shouldn't have a phone number listed, it goes directly to the owners private VM, isn't monitored by salon staff, and the owner doesn't apparently communicate what's in it so if you try to reach out to it you won't get a response. Instead you need to individually contact whoever you booked with (even if it's multiple because say you booked 2 back to back services) which is at best sketchy as how would you know their contact info the first time you book? 3) untimely and unprofessional communication. The last time I booked the esthetician contacted me at 11pm at night to tweak the time on my next day appointment.
