I’ve been to Karen quite a few times now to get my hair coloured and cut and let me tell you I will keep going back and tell all my friends!! I have received countless compliments on the cuts and colour!! I love that she takes the time to explain the process and talks about my hair type and what would work. I recently went blonde (which I had never done before) and it’s now been 3 months and I haven’t had to get it touched up!! It’s growing out beautifully!! Every time I leave her salon my hair feels soft and shiny and amazing!! My first time I ever went I had sent her a few ideas of cuts and colours before the appointment which I highly recommend doing prior to your visit. We talked through and found what worked best for me and my life!! She is thorough in not only her craft but her sanitization processes. Yes her salon is in her home but she has a separate entrance through the back and keeps it completely clean and exclusive to her clients. I for one and very impressed and my hair has never felt healthier!!

Karen has been so amazing . I found her online and wanted to purchase a product from the states and found out that her business was a retailer for it here in Canada . Although I was a person out of province , she was so kind, professional and so knowledgeable about the product . Once she receive restock , she let me know and was very compassionate and kind through it all . Very thankful and impressed . Looking forward to receiving it in the coming weeks .
